Reaction of [RuCl(3)(dppb)H(2)O] (dppb=1,4 bis(diphenylphospine)butane) with 2-benzoylpyridine thiosemicarbazone (H2Bz4DH) and its N(4)-methyl (H2Bz4M) and N(4)-phehyl (H2Bz4Ph) derivatives gave [RuCl(dppb)(H2Bz4DH)]Cl (1), [RuCl(dppb)(H2Bz4M)]Cl (2) and [RuCl(dppb)(H2Bz4Ph)]Cl (3). The cytotoxic activity of the studied compounds was tested against the MCF-7, TK-10 and UACC-62 human tumor cell lines. The precursor [RuCl(3)(dppb)H(2)O] exhibits cytocidal activity against the tree cell lines. H2BzDH, H2Bz4M, and [RuCl(dppb)(H2Bz4M)]Cl (2) show a selective cytocidal effect against the UACC-62 cell line which makes them the most promising compounds.  相似文献

A new exact algorithm that solves the Resource Availability Cost Problem (RACP) in project scheduling is shown to yield a significant improvement over the existing algorithm in the literature. The new algorithm consists of a hybrid method where an initial feasible solution is found heuristically. The branching scheme solves a Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP) at each node where the resources of the RACP are fixed. The knowledge of previously solved RCPSPs is used to produce cuts in the search tree. A worst-case-performance theorem is established for this new algorithm. Experiments are performed on instances adapted from the PSPLIB database. The new algorithm can be used to minimize any resource availability cost problem once a procedure for the underlying resource-constrained problem is available.  相似文献

A Li1.5[Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3] glass composition was subjected to several crystallization treatments to obtain glass–ceramics with controlled microstructures. The glass transition (Tg), crystallization onset (Tx) and melting (Tm) temperatures of the parent glass were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The glass has a reduced glass transition temperature Tgr = Tg/Tm = 0.57 indicating the possibility of internal nucleation. This assumption was corroborated by the similar DSC crystallization peaks from monolithic and powder samples. The temperature of the maximum nucleation rate was estimated by DSC. Different microstructures were produced by double heat treatments, in which crystal nucleation was processed at the estimated temperature of maximum nucleation rate for different lengths of time. Crystals were subsequently grown at an intermediate temperature between Tg and Tx. Single phase glass–ceramics with Nasicon structures and grain sizes ranging from 220 nm to 8 μm were then synthesized and the influence of the microstructure on the electrical conductivity was analysed. The results showed that the larger the average grain size, the higher the electrical conductivity. Controlled glass crystallization allowed for the synthesis of glass–ceramics with fine microstructures and higher electrical conductivity than those of ceramics with the same composition obtained by the classical sintering route and reported in literature.  相似文献

This study reports on the preparation, characterization and in vitro toxicity test of a new nano-drug delivery system (NDDS) based on bovine serum albumin (BSA) nanospheres which incorporates surface-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) and/or the silicon(IV) phthalocyanine (NzPc). The new NDDS was engineered for use in photodynamic therapy (PDT) combined with hyperthermia (HPT) to address cancer treatment. The BSA-based nanospheres, hosting NzPc, MNP or both (NzPc and MNP), present spherical shape with hydrodynamic average diameter values ranging from 170 to 450 nm and zeta potential of around −23 mV. No difference on the fluorescence spectrum of the encapsulated NzPc was found regardless of the presence of MNP. Time-dependent fluorescence measurements of the encapsulated NzPc revealed a bi-exponential decay for samples incorporating only NzPc and NzPc plus MNP, in the time window ranging from 1.70 to 5.20 ns. The in vitro assay, using human fibroblasts, revealed no cytotoxic effect in all samples investigated, demonstrating the potential of the tested system as a synergistic NDDS.  相似文献

In the Nb–Si system the αNb5Si3 phase is not a superconductor. Considering the high solubility of this phase for boron, in this work it has been evaluated the effect of boron doping in αNb5Si3 on the electrical and magnetic properties of the produced materials. It has been shown that boron doping promoted superconductivity for all studied compositions. The Nb5Si2.4B0.6 sample presented the maximum superconducting critical temperature (7.8 K) with upper critical magnetic field close to μoH~4.2 T. Thus, this work shows for the first time superconductivity in a phase with Cr5B3-prototype structure.  相似文献

Novel 8-(het)aryl-6H-pyrano[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[3,2-b]pyridines were prepared in good to high yields by a tandem one-pot procedure of Sonogashira coupling and 6-endo-dig lactonization from 3-bromothieno[3,2-b]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid and (het)arylalkynes. Sonogashira coupling products were also prepared from the corresponding methyl ester giving in the same reaction the corresponding 6-endo-dig compounds as minor products. The Sonogashira phenyl ester product gave cyclization with electrophiles only in low to moderate yields. Nevertheless, halolactonizations using Cu(I) or (II) salts/N-halosuccinimides (NXS) from either the phenyl ester or the carboxylic acid derivatives occurred in good to high yields. The growth inhibition potential of the compounds was evaluated using human tumor cell lines, HCT-15 (colorectal adenocarcinoma) and NCI-H460 (non-small cell lung cancer) and studies of apoptosis induction were performed for the three most promising compounds in HCT-15?cells. Two of them caused almost 40% of cell death by apoptosis when tested at their 1.5?×?GI50 concentrations. The tricyclic lactone with a F atom in the meta position showed to be the most promising one.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study the behavior of the solutions of two synchronized chaotic systems when the solutions switch from the first to the second system and vice-versa. The initial condition is chosen in the first system and the solutions travels for time $t \in [0, h]$, where $h>0$. The value of the solution at time $h$ is then chosen as the initial condition for the solution of the second system and this solution travels for time $t \in [h, 2h]$. The value of the solution at time $2h$ is then chosen as the initial value for the solution of the first system and so on. The first system is composed of two subsystems, Master and Slave that are synchronized. We present applications using the Lorenz, Chua and Chen systems. This study evaluated the production of lignocellulose-degrading enzymes by solid-state fermentation (SSF) using a microbial consortium of Aspergillus fumigatus SCBM6 and A. niger SCBM1 (AFN extract). The fungal strains were cultivated in sugarcane bagasse (SCB) and wheat bran (WB) as lignocellulosic substrates for 7 days at 30 °C. After SSF, the highest peaks of enzyme production were 150 and 80 U g−1 for β-xylosidase and β-glucosidase at 48 h, 375 U g−1 for xylanase at 96 h, and 80 U g−1 for endoglucanase and 4 U g−1 for cellulase activity on filter paper (FPase) at 144 h. The efficiency of the produced AFN extract was investigated in the enzymatic hydrolysis of crude biomass sorghum (BS) and after the removal of extractives (ES). After saccharification, the glucose and xylose concentrations were 10× superior in ES than in BS hydrolysate (2.5 g L−1 after 12 h). The presence of inhibitors of alcoholic fermentation, such as formic acid, was also reduced in ES hydrolysates, indicating that the removal of extractives positively contributed to the effectiveness of enzymatic hydrolysis of biomass sorghum using AFN extract.
