反相高效液相色谱法半制备分离[T(4-MOP)PS4]卟啉的研究

本文研究了新水溶性５，１０，１５，２０－四（４－甲氧基－３－磺酸苯基）卟啉［Ｔ（４－ＭＯＰ）ＰＳ４］的反相高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）分离条件。采用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＰＲＥＰ－ＯＤＳ半制备色谱柱，用含有１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ四乙基碘化铵的乙腈－水（体积比２５：７５）为流动相，流速１８ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，于４１８ｎｍ波长下检测。［Ｔ（４－ＭＯＰ）ＰＳ４］与合成中生成的杂质组分完全分离。经此制备的卟啉纯度高，已成功地应用于自来水样中微量钴、锌、铜离子的ＨＰＬＣ测定中。     

哺乳期母婴微量元素含量的干预研究

通过对陕西省西安地区营养正常的母婴进行干预试验,研究了在其饮食习惯下,哺乳期母婴体内锌、铁、钙三种必需元素的代谢情况,以及是否需要补充,给予适当的补充是否有害。     

Fe(Ⅲ)与两种4-羟基吡啶二酸形成的配合物的合成与晶体结构

0 引言 最近,我们对2,6-吡啶二酸的衍生物4-羟基-2,6-吡啶二酸(2,6-HAD)的配合物进行了一系列的研究,结果发现2,6-HAD是一个优良的刚性配体,其配位方式种类繁多,特别是配体上的4位羟基,既具有较强的配位能力[1],又可以形成分子间氢键[2,3],影响和控制配合物的超分子结构,4-羟基-2,6-吡啶二酸不仅能与过渡金属、镧系金属离子分别形成稳定的配合物[1-3],而且能同时与稀土和过渡金属形成具有纳米孔穴的混金属配合物,这些配合物在磁性、光学等方面都显示出优异的性能[4].     

A simple and general method for the synthesis of multicomponent Na2V6O16.3H2O single-crystal nanobelts

Multicomponent Na2V6O16.3H2O (barnesite) single-crystalline nanobelts were synthesized by a direct reaction-crystallization growth of bulk V2O5 and NaF powders under hydrothermal treatment without using any templates or catalysts. This new strategy could be extended to prepare other one-dimensional multicomponent nanomaterials including ammonium, alkali-metal or alkali-earth metal vanadium oxide bronzes and other transition metal oxyfluorides. This is an efficient and mild solution method with clear advantages over the traditional high-temperature approach for the large-scale production of 1D multicomponent nanomaterials. The applicability of this approach toward the preparation of other inorganic systems, such as tungstates and molybdates, will be explored.     

Transfer Hydrogenation of C= C Double Bonds Catalyzed by Ruthenium Amido-Complexes: Scopes, Limitation and Enantioselectivity

The reduction of C = C double bonds is one of the most fundamental synthetic transformations and plays a key role in the manufacturing of a wide variety of bulk and fine chemicals. Hydrogenation of olefinic substrates can be achieved readily with molecular hydrogen in many cases, but transfer hydrogenation methods using suitable donor molecules such as formic acid or alcohols are receiving increasing attention as possible synthetic alternatives because it requires no special equipment and avoids the handling of potentially hazardous gaseous hydrogen.     

Synthesis of Imidazo[2,1‐a]isoquinolines from α‐Tosyloxyketones and 1‐Aminoisoquinoline in Ionic Liquid Solvent

The room temperature ionic liquid n‐butylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate (BPyBF₄) is used as a ‘green’ recyclable alternative to classical molecular solvents for the cyclocondensation of α‐tosyloxyketones with 1‐aminoisoquinoline to prepare imidazo[2,1‐a]isoquinolines in good yields.     

邻羟基二苯甲酮类紫外吸收剂离解常数的测定

本工作对两种常见的商品紫外吸收剂——2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(UV-9)和2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)在基态和激发态时的离解常数进行了测定。对UV-0存在着反常的吸收强度和pH关系曲线作了合理的解释, 并结合测得的离解常数对上述紫外吸收剂耗失能量的机理进行了讨论。     

含噻二唑环苯甲酰脲化合物的合成及杀虫活性

用活性亚结构连接法设计合成了6个新的含1，3，4-噻二唑杂环苯甲酰脲类化合物，其结构经红外光谱、核磁氢谱、元素分析方法确证。同时对其杀虫活性进行了初步研究，发现该类化合物在普筛浓度下对淡色库蚊幼虫具有较好的杀虫活性。化合物Ⅲb(R1=Cl,R2=n-C5H11),Ⅲd(R1=CH3,R2=n-C5H11),Ⅲf(R1=2,6-difluoro,R2=-C5H11)在10mg/L浓度下对淡色库蚊幼虫的杀虫死亡率大于90％。
