合成重要中间体1,4位官能化化合物的简便方法

5,6-取代环烯醚2在乙腈的单重态氧反应有效的生成一系列1,4位官能化化合物3。1,4位官能化化合物为合成上重要的中间体。环烯醚2可以通过β-二酰基化合物1和1,3-二溴丙烷在稀碱(碳酸钾/丙酮)条件下缩合生成。     

Polymer bound glutamic acid salicylaldehyde Schiff‐base complex ­catalyst for oxidation of olefins with ­dioxygen

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane. 反相离子对高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中多菌灵残留量

建立了一种用HPLC测定蔬菜中多菌灵残留量的分析方法。样品中多菌灵经甲醇提取,在pH 1~2时用二氯甲烷液液净化,水相调至弱碱性,再用二氯甲烷提取,提取液经浓缩,癸烷磺酸钠离子对试剂处理后,用HPLC-DAD分离测定,外标法定量。对于50 g样品,定容至10 mL,进样量20μL,检出限为0.05mg/kg,样品回收率>80%,RSD<10%,能满足农药残留分析的要求。     

V（V）促进SO4^2-／ZrO2固体超强酸的制备及催化反应

用低温陈化的方法制得V（V）促进型SO4^2-／ZrO2固体超强酸（SZV），用流动指示剂法测定其酸强度，用IR，XRD和XPS进行结构表征，并将制得的催化剂用于催化乙酸和丙三醇的酯化反应．结果表明，低温陈化样品比常温陈化有更强的酸性和更高的催化活性，IR谱图中S—O键的伸缩振动峰显著增强，在600～650℃的焙烧温度下，低温陈化样品的晶体结构为ZrO2四方相，XPS图中Zx3d峰位出现较大的化学位移，表明低温陈化使SZV样品具有较高的酸性．     

对乙酰基偶氮胂两波长标准加入法同时测定铁和镍

ｐＨ５．５的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ绶冲介质中，铁和镍与对乙酰基偶氮胂形成最大吸收波长分别为６２０ｎｍ和６３０ｎｍ的有色配合物，其吸收光谱严重重叠。本文用两波长标准加入法，同时光度测定微量铁和镍。该法灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便、应用于铝合金中铁、镍的同时测定．结果满意。     

Synthesis of porphyrin nitrogen mustards with potential anti-tumor activities in chemotheraphy and photodynamic therapy

2,7,12,18-Tetramethyl-13,17-di[3'-N,N'-di(2"-chloroethyl)aminopropyl]porphin and it's 3,8-di(1'-alkyloxyethyl)-analogous or porphyrin-nitrogen mustards were synthesized for the first time Their structures were determined by spectroscopics and elemental analyses.Most of the compounds possess both the chemotherapeutic and photodynamic effects on tumor and deserve further investigation.

稀土冠醚配合物的研究ⅩⅩⅠ.单羟基冠醚与钙、稀土元素间的竞争配位及其钙配位化合物的晶体结构

研究了单羟基冠醚配位体6-羟基-2,3,9,10-二苯并-1,4,8,11,14-五氧杂环十六-2,9-二烯(L)对钙和镧系元素的竞争配位反应,发现该配位体在我们的实验条件下对钙的配位能力要明显大于对重稀土的配位能力;同时研究了标题大环配位体和钙的配位化合物的晶体结构,该配位化合物的分子结构式为[Ca(NO3)(H2O)L](NO3),Mr=528.47,晶体属单斜晶系,a=1.5285(6),b=0.9713(3),c=1.5134(7)nm,β=98.79(3)°,V=2.2205nm3,Dex=1.531g/cm3,Dc=1.527g/cm3,Z=4,空间群为P21/c.
