Xyloketal H from the mangrove endophytic fungus Xylaria sp. 2508

(3R*,3aR*,9aR*)-3,9a-Dimethyl-2,3,3a,9a-tetrahydro-4H-furo[2,3-b]chromene-5,7-diol (xyloketal H), a representative of a new family of xyloketals, was isolated from the marine-derived mangrove fungus Xylaria sp. 2508. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic data and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Studies on synthesis and infrared and fluorescence spectra of new europium and terbium complexes with an amide-based open-chain crown ether

An amide-based open-chain crown ether ligand and its complexes with europium and terbium were synthesized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra and conductivity. The europium and terbium ions were found to coordinate to the C=O oxygen atoms and pyridine nitrogen atoms. The fluorescence properties of these complexes in DMF and CH3OH/CHCl3 were studied. Under the excitation of UV light, these complexes exhibit characteristic fluorescence of europium and terbium ions. The solvent factors influencing the fluorescent intensity are discussed.     

混合二烃基二氯化锡与水杨醛缩苯胺类Schiff碱1∶1配合物的合成和表征

由混合二烃基二氯化锡（ＲＲ＇ＳｎＣｌ＿２）与水杨醛缩苯胺类Ｓｃｈｉｆｆ碱（２－ＨＯＣ＿６Ｈ＿４ＣＨ＝ＮＡｒ）反应，合成了１４种新的有机锡配合物。经元素分析、ＩＲ、ＮＭＲ和ＴＧ－ＤＳＣ测定，确定配合物的组成是有机锡与Ｓｃｈｉｆｆ碱的１：１配合物，配体以酚羟基氧原子与锡原子配位，摩尔电导率测定表明配合物均为非电解质。     

Determination of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate in pig feed by capillary zone electrophoresis

A capillary zone clectrophoresis method was developed for the determination of IMP and GIMP, commonly used as flavor enhancers in poultry feed, in a real sample of complex composition. A baseline separation of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate was achieved within 10 min and the other components in the sample did not interfere with the separation. Quantitative results obtained from pig feed samples are presented. The separation conditions and experimental reproducibility are also discussed.     

薯蓣皂甙元的分光光度法测定

本文以黄姜为主要对象研究了薯蓣皂甙元的定量测定方法，以香荚兰醛－高氯酸为显色剂，冰醋酸为溶剂，使皂甙元显色，用分光光度法在波长为５３０ｎｍ处测定薯蓣皂甙元的含量。从植物中提取的皂甙元不需分离可直接测定。在１．００～２０．００ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内呈良好的线性关系。     

α-环糊精对铜-[meso-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯)卟啉]显色反应增敏作用的研究

本文研究了α-环糊精存在下,铜与meso-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯)卟啉显色反应的条件,其最大吸收在417nm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.5×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)铜含量在0～2μg/10.75ml内符合比尔定律,并利用此法测定了果树叶和头发中的铜。     

以国产微晶纤维素膜作固体基质五种多环芳烃的室温磷光法研究

本文考察了10种国产纤维素膜用于多环芳烃固体基质室温磷光(SS-RTP)的可行性。实验表明:MN-C和MN-P两种型号的微晶纤维素膜用于多环芳烃的SS-RTP是适宜的。阴离子交换纤维素膜、CM-纤维素膜和聚酰胺-6膜也能诱导出多环芳烃的RTP来,但其性能逊于前两种。故本文应用MN-C和MN-P两种微晶纤维素膜基质考察了五种多环芳烃的RTP特征,并建立了它们的SS-RTP新方法。并与用滤纸作基质的实验结果进行了比较,表明两种新的固体基质的RTP性能优于滤纸基质。     

金属盐在某些底物中的快原子轰击质谱

本文通过研究一系列盐类化合物在底物三乙醇胺和甘油醚中的快原子轰击质谱,总结出它们的加合阳离子系列,并从快原子轰击质谱的离化机理和亚稳跃迁结果探讨了这些离子的来源。
