Determination of ephedrine alkaloids by capillary electrophoresis

A simple and rapid method for the simultaneous determination of six ephedrine alkaloids (ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, norephedrine, norpseudoephedrine, methylephedrine and methylpseudoephedrine) in Ephedrae herba by capillary electrophoresis was developed. A buffer solution that contained 0.005 M barium hydroxide and 0.02 M isoleucine and adjusted to pH 10.0 with ammonia solution was found to be the most suitable electrolyte for this separation. The contents of the six alkaloids in the crude drug of Ephedrae herba could be easily determined.     

固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用测定水中酚类化合物

建立了固相微萃取与气相色谱－质谱联用技术（SPME－GC－MS）测定水中酚类化合物的新方法，探讨了萃取时间、搅拌速度、离子强度、pH值和解吸时间等条件对萃取量的影响。结果表明：65μm PDMS/DVB涂层对水中的酚类化合物有较好的萃取效果，用于水中酚类化合物的测定，结果满意。     

Synthesis and in vivo study of metallofullerene based MRI contrast agent

Gd@C₈₂(OH)₄₀ has been developed as a new generation of MRI contrast agent. But recently, it was found that Gd@C₈₂(OH) _x with a larger number of OH (x>36) would lead to cage break and hence, release of highly toxic Gd ions. We synthesized the more stable Gd@C₈₂(OH) _x with less OH-number, Gd@C₈₂(OH)₁₆, and studied its proton relaxivity and MRI images. The results indicate that Gd@C₈₂(OH)₁₆ also gives high proton relaxivity, even higher than that of (NMG)₂-Gd-DTPA. The bio-distribution indicated that Gd@C₈₂(OH)₁₆ tends to be entrapped in the liver and kidney and remained in tissue for about 2 hours. The results suggest that the more stable metallofullerene derivative Gd@C₈₂(OH)₁₆ can be the potential candidate of the new MRI contrast agent.     

耐硫催化剂上合成混合醇的研究

通过改进制备方法和添加助剂，用浸渍－热分解法制得了具有高活性和高选择性的MoS2-K-C型耐硫低碳混合醇催化剂。在8.0-11.0MPa,290-340℃，6000-12000h^-1,H2 S 浓度为100ppm 左右的条件下，在直流反应器中对催化剂进行了性能测试，结果表明，醇得率为0.14-0.47gROH(gcat·h)^-1，选择性为89-98%。同时，考察了操作条件对催化剂性能的影响。1042h的试验，证明催化剂具有很好的稳定性。     

电场作用下苏氨酸的电流特性研究

制备了以液态苏氨酸为沟道材料的四端有机场效应晶体管,观测了其随着栅极电压的不同呈现出源漏两极之间不同的电学特异现象;还观测了苏氨酸在外电场作用下,阻抗随着源漏之间电压频率变化的关系,提出一个极性液体模型解释了其导电机理。     

钍-铬天青S的极谱吸附波

在0.12moL/L乙酸铵-0.05%磺基水杨酸-0.15%乙醇,pH5.8～6.0的条件下,钍与铬天青S在-0.45W(vs SCE)有一良好的导数极谱波。钍浓度在0～0.4μg/mL范围内与波高呈直线关系。     

Synthesis of multi-hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized room temperature ionic liquids

Starting from the hydroxylamine (dimethyl amino ethanol, triethanolamine) and 1,3-propane sultone, a series of hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized zwitterionic salts and corresponding acidic room temperature ionic liquids have been synthesized. The hydroxyl groups of the synthesized substances were confirmed by the 1H NMR measurement. These zwitterionic salts and ionic liquids may be used for synthesizing other functionalized ionic liquids or ionic liquid-polymer (polyelectrolyte).     

Chiral Cu(II) complex catalyzed enantioselective addition of phenylacetylene to N-aryl arylimines

Chiral tridentate N-tosylated aminoimine ligands were used in the Cu(II)-catalyzed enantioselective addition of phenylacetylene to N-aryl arylimines, affording products up to 92% ee.     

植物胞外钙调素与拮抗剂W7-Agarose结合作用的荧光光谱法研究

W 7-agarose是常用的细胞外CaM功能的拮抗剂,本实验采用荧光光谱法研究了水溶液中钙调素拮抗剂W 7-agarose与植物胞外钙调素的相互结合反应。W 7-agarose是一种将W 7-共价连接到颗粒型agarose(琼脂糖)的粒子。W 7-agarose颗粒较大且容易沉淀,静置5m in后,溶液中的荧光强度完全由游离的CaM产生。在溶液中加入W 7-agarose后,溶液中一部分CaM与其结合后沉降至荧光比色皿底部,导致溶液中CaM的荧光强度下降。由此可以确定溶液中游离CaM的浓度。根据公式lg{[Q]t(F0-F)/F0}=nlg{[Q]tF/F0} lgnK[B]t,从而计算出配位体系的结合常数和配比。研究表明:二者以摩尔比1∶1结合,其平衡常数为4.9×105。由此进一步计算了W 7-agarose对胞外钙调素的拮抗率,在拮抗剂W 7-agarose浓度达到15~20μmol/L时,拮抗率可达到90%以上,与文献报道的生物学体内实验结果一致,从分子水平上解释了W 7-agarose与CaM的结合作用。
