In this study, proton total reaction cross sections have been investigated for some isotopes such as 12C, 27Al, 9Be, 16O, 181Ta, 197Au, 6Li, and 14N by a proton beam up to 600 MeV. Calculation of the proton total cross sections has been carried out by the analytic expression formulated by M.A. Alvi by using Coulomb-modified Glauber theory with the Helm model nuclear form factor. The obtained results have been discussed and compared with the available experimental data and found to be in agreement with each other.  相似文献

Planar metamaterials with omega shaped metallic inclusions were studied experimentally and theoretically. Our results show that when the incidence is perpendicular to the plane of the omega structure, the omega medium acts effectively as an electric resonator metamaterial. The stop band of the omega medium is due to the negative part of the electric resonance of the omega structure. The transmission band of the composite metamaterial (CMM) that is based on the omega medium is due to the strong positive part of the electric resonance of the omega structure. Consequently, the transmission band of the CMM does not coincide with the stop band of the omega medium. Furthermore, the transmission band of the CMM is a band with positive refractive indices. Our experimental and numerical results are in good agreement.  相似文献

The applicability of the complete orthonormal sets of ψ^a-exponential-type orbitals introduced by one of the authors to the study of electronic structure of one electron diatomic molecules is demonstrated using single-zeta approximation. As an example of application, tile calculations have been performed for o, 7r and 5 states of one electron homo- and hetero-nucleac diatomic molecules H+2 and Hell2+, respectively. The calculation results are presented. The values for these molecules obtained in eight-digit accuracy ace close to the results of solution presented in literature.  相似文献

Let M be an n-dimensional differentiable manifold with an affine connection without torsion and T_1~1(M) its(1, 1)-tensor bundle. In this paper, the authors define a new affine connection on T_1~1(M) called the intermediate lift connection, which lies somewhere between the complete lift connection and horizontal lift connection. Properties of this intermediate lift connection are studied. Finally, they consider an affine connection induced from this intermediate lift connection on a cross-section σ_ξ(M) of T_1~1(M) defined by a(1, 1)-tensor field ξ and present some of its properties.  相似文献

In this research we examine the ability of West’s bubble test [1] in detecting speculative bubbles using Brock’s (1982) [2] intertemporal general equilibrium model of asset pricing as the basis for a simulation study. In this setting, (1) the economy, by construction is efficient and produces the maximally possible amount of welfare for society, and (2) asset prices reflect the utility-maximizing behavior of consumers and the profit-maximizing behavior of firms. We find that the West’s bubble test flag as “bubbles” in the simulated data yet the data is produced from an economy in which markets are efficient in welfare production.  相似文献

The normal Raman and surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra of flavanthrone and indanthrone were obtained at several excitation wavelengths. The spectral assignments were aided by density functional calculations. Since both molecules have very high symmetry (C2h) including a center of inversion, we expect that the modes of u symmetry will be forbidden in the normal Raman spectrum. However, proximity to the surface causes special SERS enhancement of several of the bu modes, along with somewhat weaker enhancement of the au and bg modes. Enantiopure β-aminocyclooctenenitriles, as precursors of β-amino acids and β-lactams, were synthesized from a readily available chloroalkene nitrile and (S)-methylbenzylamine via a straightforward substitution reaction and purified by crystallization. Acidic hydrolysis of the nitrile groups to their corresponding amides followed by DCC assisted carbonyl group activation gave novel α,β-unsaturated lactams. The treatment of 3-bromo-8-chlorocyclooctenecarbonitrile with (S)-methylbenzylamine furnished a diastereomeric mixture of bromoaminocyclooctenecarbonitriles via an SN2′ pathway rather than bromide substitution via an SN2 pathway. The diastereomeric mixture of bromoaminocyclooctanecarbonitriles provided two novel aziridines upon heating. TFA catalyzed aziridine ring opening gave γ-hydroxyl-β-aminocyclooctenecarbonitriles and γ-amino-β-hydroxycyclooctenecarbonitriles.  相似文献

Recently analogous results were obtained for functions of several variables. Our aim here is to present an abstract approach to the problem and show that Bohr's phenomenon occurs under very general conditions.

We have evaluated, by dispersion-theoretic techniques, the form factors and the magnetic moment of leptons, taking into account the new particles introduced in the gauge theory of weak interactions. In these calculations all particles are on the mass shell, and only particles contributing to the unitarity condition need to be considered. The calculations are unambiguous and there is no problem of choice of the loop variable. The relation of the gauge and the corresponding additional particles in the unitarity is discussed.  相似文献
