The concentrations of five toxic metals were monthly determined in two fish species,obtained from fish markets in Turkey during 2010—2011.For the determinations,AAS and ICP-AES were used.The obtained lead concentrations for all studied Pomatomus saltatrix(mean 635μg·kg-1)and Dicentrarchus labrax(mean 463μg·kg-1)samples were found to be significantly higher than the maximum allowances concentration(MAC)of 300μg·kg-1.Mean chromium(324μg·kg-1)and Cu(940μg·kg-1)concentrations in Pomatomus saltatrix were higher than in Dicentrarchus labrax(268μg Cr·kg-1 and 600μg Cu·kg-1)while Ni in Pomatomus saltatrix(216μg·kg-1)was lower in Dicentrarchus labrax(291μg·kg-1).The estimated non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic health risks by the Target Hazard Quotient and target carcinogenic risk indicate that there are no sytemic effects,and the risk of developing cancer over a human lifetime is between 2~9in 1 000 000.  相似文献

In this work, a new rational approximation scheme, based on the recently developed Transformational High Dimensional Model Representation (THDMR) approximation method is developed. As an initial step to the construction of a rational approximation for multivariate functions via THDMR, this paper focuses on the general theoretical background of the method and gives explicit formulae for the computation of such approximants. The concentrator location problem is to choose a subset of a given terminal set to install concentrators and to assign each remaining terminal node to a concentrator to minimize the cost of installation and assignment. The concentrators may have capacity constraints. We study the polyhedral properties of concentrator location problems with different capacity structures. This paper presents an integer programming formulation for the hospital re-planning problem which arises after hospital network mergers. The model finds the best re-allocation of resources among hospitals, the assignment of patients to hospitals and the service portfolio to minimize the system costs subject to quality and capacity constraints. An application in the Turkish hospital networks case is illustrated to show the implications of consolidation of health insurance funds on resource allocations and flow of patients in the system.  相似文献

The mixture of two surfactants (C12EO10-CTAB and C12EO10-SDS) forms lyotropic liquid-crystalline (LLC) mesophases with [Zn(H2O)6](NO3)2 in the presence of a minimum concentration of 1.75 H2O per C12EO10. The metal ion/C12EO10 mole ratio can be increased up to 8.0, which is a record high metal ion density in an LLC mesophase. The metal ion concentration can be increased in the medium by increasing the CTAB/C12EO10 or SDS/C12EO10 mole ratio at the expense of the stability of the LLC mesophase. The structure and some thermal properties of the new mesophase have been investigated using XRD, POM, FTIR, and Raman techniques.  相似文献

Nanocomposites of nanocrystalline cellulose for enzyme immobilization   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We describe the synthesis, characterization and use of a composite material made of a renewable source and metallic nanoparticles for biosensing applications. Nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) is a product isolated from natural cellulose fibers, which is of approximately 100 nm long and 10 nm wide in size. We augmented the surface area and tailored the chemical affinity of NCC by optimally dressing it with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). The deposition of AuNPs on NCC was controlled by using cationic polyethylenimine (PEI) at different pHs. AuNPs were thiol-functionalized using different linkers prior to enzyme immobilization. The enzyme (glucose oxidase or GOx) was conjugated on the composite by carbodiimide coupling, and subsequent activation of linker-carboxylic acid group. Our results showed that GOx was attached to the surface of the NCC nanocomposite. Moreover, the amount of GOx loaded onto the support depended on the length of the thiol-linker used. The lower value (20.3 mg/mg of support) was obtained with the longer thiol-linker (11 carbon chain) compared to 25.2 mg/mg of support for the smaller thiol-linker (3 carbon chain).  相似文献

Butane‐1‐sulfonic acid immobilized on magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2‐Sultone) was easily prepared via direct ring opening of 1,4‐butanesultone with nanomagnetic Fe3O4@SiO2. The prepared reagent was characterized and used for the efficient promotion of the synthesis of barbituric acid and pyrano[2,3‐d] pyrimidine derivatives. All reactions were performed under mild and completely heterogeneous reaction conditions affording products in good to high yields. The catalyst is easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation and can be reused at least eight times without significant loss in activity.  相似文献

Quantum chemical study of N‐formylformamide (NFF) was carried out at various theoretical levels and the determinate equilibrium conformations were recomputed at the high level ab initio methods such as G2MP2, G2, G3, and complete basis set (CBS)‐QB3. The computational results reveal that the amide resonance and intramolecular hydrogen bonding are two superior factors in determining the most stable conformation of diamide (DA) and amide–imidic (AI) acid tautomers, respectively. The evaluation of hydrogen bond energies predicts that the hydrogen bond (HB( strength of NFF is weaker than the malonaldehyde (MA). But the results of atoms in molecules (AIM(, natural bond orbital (NBO), and geometrical parameters are given a different order, EHB(NFF) > EHB(MA). Although the bond average energies of tautomerization process emphasized on more stability of AI tautomer, but our theoretical calculations reveal that the DA conformers are more stable than the AI ones. The population analyses of equilibrium conformations by NBO method also predict that the origin of tautomeric preference is mainly because of the electron delocalization of amide functional group, especially LP(N)→ π*C?O charge transfer. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The heterogeneous esterification reaction of acrylic acid with hexanol over three different cation‐exchange resins, Amberlyst 131, Amberlyst 15, and Dowex 50Wx‐400, was investigated. Surface area, pore volume, average pore diameter, and acid capacity analyses were carried out for these three catalysts. Amberlyst 131 gave the highest conversion, and therefore, further experiments were performed catalyzed by Amberlyst 131. The absence of external and internal mass transfer resistances was investigated for the esterification of acrylic acid with hexanol. Experiments showed that the reaction is controlled by chemical step rather than external and internal mass transfer steps. The effects of temperature, catalyst loading, and alcohol to acid molar ratio on the conversion of acrylic acid were determined. The activation energy and kinetic and adsorption constants were determined according to the Langmuir–Hinshelwood–Hougen–Watson mechanism.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) using water‐assisted vapor phase polymerization (VPP) and oxidative chemical vapor deposition (oCVD) are reported. For the VPP PEDOT, the oxidant, FeCl3, is sublimated onto the substrate from a heated crucible in the reactor chamber and subsequently exposed to 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) monomer and water vapor in the same reactor. The oCVD PEDOT was produced by introducing the oxidant, EDOT monomer, and water vapor simultaneously to the reactor. The enhancement of doping and crystallinity is observed in the water‐assisted oCVD thin films. The high doping level observed at UV–vis–NIR spectra for the oCVD PEDOT, suggests that water acts as a solubilizing agent for oxidant and its byproducts. Although the VPP produced PEDOT thin films are fully amorphous, their conductivities are comparable with that of the oCVD produced ones.
