Nanoparticles of nitrogen-modified TiO2 (N-doped TiO2) calcined at 300°C and 350°C, have been prepared with and without water rinsing. Samples were characterized by x-ray diffractrometry (XRD) and optical spectroscopy. The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra from centers involving oxygen vacancies were recorded for all samples. These could be attributed to paramagnetic surface centers of the hole type, for example to paramagnetic oxygen radicals O?, O2 ? etc. The concentration of these centers increased after water rising and it further increased for samples annealed at higher temperature. Additionally, for samples calcined at 300°C, and calcined at 350°C and rinsed, the EPR spectra evidenced the presence of magnetic clusters of Ti3+ ions. The photocatalytic activity of samples was studied towards phenol decomposition under unltraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) irradiation. It was found that, in comparison to the starting materials, the rinsed materials showed increased photocatalytic activity towards phenol oxidation. The light absorption (UV-Vis/DRS) as well as surface Fourier transform infrared/diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (FTIR/DR) studies confirmed a significantly enhanced light absorption and the presence of nitrogen groups on the photocatalysts surfaces, respectively. A significant increase of concentration of paramagnetic centers connected with oxygen vacancies after water rising has had an essential influence on increasing their photocatalytic activity.   相似文献

A multiconfiguration time‐dependent Hartree method oriented toward calculations of a non‐Born‐Oppenheimer nature has been applied to the calculation of the dynamical properties of a confined H atom. The calculation is fully six‐dimensional and does not take into account constraints arising from linear or angular momentum conservation. The orbital evolution is monitored and the energy level spectrum of the system, as well as the dependence of the results on the decomposition of the Hamiltonian and on the correlation between radial degrees of freedom, is determined. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

α-Hydroxy carboxylate ligands like gluconate or polyaminocarboxylate ligands such as ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) are frequently used in decontamination procedures at nuclear power plants. The presence of these organic substances among nuclear wastes could enhance the solubility of actinides by forming soluble complexes. Thermodynamic data on the stability of gluconate and EDTA with actinides are essential to predict their increase in mobility, especially in high pH systems characteristic of cement environments of a nuclear waste repository. In this work, the solubility of thorium oxyhydroxide in the presence of gluconate and EDTA has been studied. The results highlight the key role of these organics in increasing the solubility of thorium at pHc = 12. The presence of calcium at concentrations below 10?2 mol·dm?3 (characteristic of cement porewaters corresponding to cement compositions at the second degradation stage) does not seem to affect significantly the thorium solubility under the studied conditions.  相似文献

The metabolic fate of the estrogenic mycotoxin zearalenone in rainbow trout is presently unknown. In this study, the tissue concentration of zearalenone and its principal metabolites (α-zearalenol and β-zearalenol) was determined. A known amount of zearalenone was administered as a single bolus to ten fish, and the biological tissue concentration was determined at various times following administration. The analytes were extracted from liver and muscular tissue using an on-line matrix solid-phase dispersion–solid-phase extraction sample preparation protocol, and their concentration determined by HPLC–Turboionspray–tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that zearalenone is mainly metabolized into α-zearalenol in both liver and muscular tissues. The maximum concentrations of each analyte found in liver were 76.1, 211.2 and 63.7?ng/g respectively for zearalenone, α-zearalenol and β-zearalenol, while in muscular tissue they were 10.7, 8.2 and 6.5?ng/g. These values were reached after 2?h in liver tissue and 12?h in muscular tissue. Moreover the data obtained showed that the elimination rate in liver is quite fast since 48?h after the exposure less than 7% of the maximum concentration found is still present. In muscular tissue, however, about one-third of the maximum concentration found is still present after 48?h.  相似文献

A method for determination of 61 organic pollutants (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and organochlorine, organophosphorous and organonitrogen pesticides) is proposed. It is based on solid phase extraction (SPE) and subsequent analysis of the extract by liquid and gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry. Method validation yielded to the following values: limits of quantification, from 0.005 to 0.020?µg?L?1; trueness, 95% to 113% and reproducibility (as percent relative standard deviation), 2% to 15%. Additionally, the method performed well in various proficiency tests.  相似文献

As a consequence of the depleting of fossil reserves and environmental issues, today, plant oils and fatty acids derived therefrom have a respectable status within the polymer chemistry community. However, maximizing the benefits of these renewable feedstocks requires the utilization of sustainable and efficient chemical transformations. The emergence of click chemistry concept and especially the renaissance of thiol‐ene addition reaction have had an impact on the way to make plant oil‐derived polymers. The metal‐directed supramolecular synthetic approach has paved the way for the development of functional nanosized molecules. In this work, we report the preparation of the new nanocapsule 3? (CF3SO3)8 with a A4B2 tetragonal prismatic geometry, where A corresponds to the dipalladium hexaazamacrocyclic complex Pd‐1 , and B corresponds to the tetraanionic form of palladium 5,10,15,20‐tetrakis(4‐carboxyphenyl)porphyrin ( 2 ). The large void space of the inner cavity and the supramolecular affinity for guest molecules towards porphyrin‐based hosts converts this nanoscale molecular 3D structure into a good candidate for host–guest chemistry. The interaction between this nanocage and different guest molecules has been studied by means of NMR, UV/Vis, ESI‐MS, and DOSY experiments, from which highly selective molecular recognition has been found for anionic, planar‐shaped π guests with association constants (Ka) higher than 109 M ?1, in front of non‐interacting aromatic neutral or cationic substrates. DFT theoretical calculations provided insights to further understand this strong interaction. Nanocage 3? (CF3SO3)8 can not only strongly host one single molecule of M(dithiolene)2 complexes (M=Au, Pt, Pd, and Ni), but also can finely tune their optical and redox properties. The very simple synthesis of both the supramolecular cage and the building blocks represents a step forward for the development of polyfunctional supramolecular nanovessels, which offer multiple applications as sensors or nanoreactors.  相似文献

One of the most important reactions in fullerene chemistry is the Diels–Alder (DA) reaction. In two previous experimental studies, the DA cycloaddition reactions of cyclopentadiene (Cp) and 1,2,3,4,5‐pentamethylcyclopentadiene (Cp*) with La@C2v‐C82 were investigated. The attack of Cp was proposed to occur on bond 19 , whereas that of Cp* was confirmed by X‐ray analysis to be over bond o . Moreover, the stabilities of the Cp and Cp* adducts were found to be significantly different, that is, the decomposition of La@C2v‐C82Cp was one order of magnitude faster than that of La@C2v‐C82Cp*. Herein, we computationally analyze these DA cycloadditions with two main goals: First, to compute the thermodynamics and kinetics of the cycloadditions of Cp and Cp* to different bonds of La@C2v‐C82 to assess and compare the regioselectivity of these two reactions. Second, to understand the origin of the different thermal stabilities of the La@C82Cp and La@C82Cp* adducts. Our results show that the regioselectivity of the two DA cycloadditions is the same, with preferred attack on bond o . This result corrects the previous assumption of the regioselectivity of the Cp attack that was made based only on the shape of the La@C82 singly occupied molecular orbital. In addition, we show that the higher stability of the La@C82Cp* adduct is not due to the electronic effects of the methyl groups on the Cp ring, as previously suggested, but to higher long‐range dispersion interactions in the Cp* case, which enhance the stabilization of the reactant complex, transition state, and products with respect to the separated reactants. This stabilization for the La@C82Cp* case decreases the Gibbs reaction energy, thus allowing competition between the direct and retro reactions and making dissociation more difficult.  相似文献

TiO2/N-cellulose nanocomposite was successfully prepared in the (cyclohexyl)hexyl-dimethylammonium acetate–dimethyl sulfoxide solution. The obtained composite was characterized with various techniques like UV–Vis/DR, FTIR/DRS, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, DLS method and BET SSA measurements. TiO2/N-cellulose nanocomposite exhibited high UV–Vis light absorption with energy gap shifted to the visible region. Additive of TiO2/N photocatalyst to cellulose-IL-DMSO solution leads to obtaining the material with higher thermostability and limited photoactivity.  相似文献
