The angular distributions and the partial branching fraction of the decay B0 → K*0 μ+ μ- are studied by using an integrated luminosity of 0.37 fb(-1) of data collected with the LHCb detector. The forward-backward asymmetry of the muons, A(FB), the fraction of longitudinal polarization, F(L), and the partial branching fraction dB/dq2 are determined as a function of the dimuon invariant mass. The measurements are in good agreement with the standard model predictions and are the most precise to date. In the dimuon invariant mass squared range 1.00-6.00 GeV2/c4, the results are A(FB)=-0.06(-0.14)(+0.13)±0.04, F(L)=0.55±0.10±0.03, and dB/dq2=(0.42±0.06±0.03)×10(-7) c4/GeV2. In each case, the first error is statistical and the second systematic.  相似文献

Finite-time stabilization of a special class of hybrid systems, namely impulsive dynamical linear systems (IDLS), is tackled in this paper. IDLS exhibit jumps in the state trajectory which can be either time-driven (time-dependent IDLS) or subordinate to specific state values (state-dependent IDLS). Sufficient conditions for finite-time stabilization of IDLS are provided. Such results require solving feasibility problems which involve Differential–Difference Linear Matrix Inequalities (D/DLMIs), which can be numerically solved in an efficient way, as illustrated by the proposed examples.  相似文献

In this short review, we attempt to give a comprehensive discussion of studies performed to date by muon-spin spectroscopy (more precisely the relaxation and rotation technique, also know as μSR) on the recently discovered layered iron-based superconductors. On one side, μSR has been used to characterize the magnetic state of different families of layered iron-based systems. Similarly the subtle interplay of the magnetic state and the structural transition present in some families has been investigated. We will also discuss the information provided by this technique on the interaction between the magnetic state and the superconducting phase. Finally the μSR technique has been used to investigate the magnetic penetration depth of the superconducting ground state. The study of its absolute value, temperature and magnetic field dependence provides crucial tests for investigating possible unconventional superconducting states in such systems.  相似文献

The decay B(s)(0) → J/ψK+ K- is investigated using 0.16 fb(-1) of data collected with the LHCb detector using 7 TeV pp collisions. Although the J/ψ? channel is well known, final states at higher K+ K- masses have not previously been studied. In the K+ K- mass spectrum we observe a significant signal in the f(2)'(1525) region as well as a nonresonant component. After subtracting the nonresonant component, we find B(B(s)(0) → J/ψf(2)'(1525))/B(B(s)(0) → J/ψ?) = (26.4 ± 2.7 ± 2.4)%.  相似文献

Magnetic susceptibility, NMR, muon spin relaxation, and inelastic neutron scattering measurements show that kapellasite, Cu_{3}Zn(OH)_{6}Cl_{2}, a geometrically frustrated spin-1/2 kagome antiferromagnet polymorphic with herbertsmithite, is a gapless spin liquid showing unusual dynamic short-range correlations of noncoplanar cuboc2 type which persist down to 20?mK. The Hamiltonian is determined from a fit of a high-temperature series expansion to bulk susceptibility data and possesses competing exchange interactions. The magnetic specific heat calculated from these exchange couplings is in good agreement with experiment. The temperature dependence of the magnetic structure factor and the muon relaxation rate are calculated in a Schwinger-boson approach and compared to experimental results.  相似文献

We present a measurement of the time-dependent CP-violating asymmetry in B(s)(0) → J/ψ? decays, using data collected with the LHCb detector at the LHC. The decay time distribution of B(s)(0) → J/ψ? is characterized by the decay widths Γ(H) and Γ(L) of the heavy and light mass eigenstates, respectively, of the B(s)(0) - B(s)(0) system and by a CP-violating phase ?(s). In a sample of about 8500 B(s)(0) → J/ψ? events isolated from 0.37 fb(-1) of pp collisions at sqrt[s] = 7 TeV, we measure ?(s) = 0.15 ± 0.18(stat) ± 0.06(syst) rad. We also find an average B(s)(0) decay width Γ(s) ≡ (Γ(L) + Γ(H))/2 = 0.657 ± 0.009(stat) ± 0.008(syst) ps(-1) and a decay width difference ΔΓ(s) ≡ Γ(L) - Γ(H) = 0.123 ± 0.029(stat) ± 0.011(syst) ps(-1). Our measurement is insensitive to the transformation (?(s),ΔΓ(s)) ? (π - ?(s), -ΔΓ(s)).  相似文献

It is widely believed that, in contrast to its electron-doped counterparts, the hole-doped compound Ba(1-x)K(x)Fe(2)As(2) exhibits a mesoscopic phase separation of magnetism and superconductivity in the underdoped region of the phase diagram. Here, we report a combined high-resolution x-ray powder diffraction and volume-sensitive muon spin rotation study of Ba(1-x)K(x)Fe(2)As(2) showing that this paradigm does not hold true in the underdoped region of the phase diagram (0≤x≤0.25). Instead we find a microscopic coexistence of the two forms of order. A competition of magnetism and superconductivity is evident from a significant reduction of the magnetic moment and a concomitant decrease of the magnetoelastically coupled orthorhombic lattice distortion below the superconducting phase transition.  相似文献
