The concept of efficiency in data envelopment analysis (DEA) is defined as weighted sum of outputs/weighted sum of inputs. In order to calculate the maximum efficiency score, each decision making unit (DMU)’s inputs and outputs are assigned to different weights. Hence, the classical DEA allows the weight flexibility. Therefore, even if they are important, the inputs or outputs of some DMUs can be assigned zero (0) weights. Thus, these inputs or outputs are neglected in the evaluation. Also, some DMUs may be defined as efficient even if they are inefficient. This situation leads to unrealistic results. Also to eliminate the problem of weight flexibility, weight restrictions are made in DEA. In our study, we proposed a new model which has not been published in the literature. We describe it as the restricted data envelopment analysis ((ARIII(COR))) model with correlation coefficients. The aim for developing this new model, is to take into account the relations between variables using correlation coefficients. Also, these relations were added as constraints to the CCR and BCC models. For this purpose, the correlation coefficients were used in the restrictions of input–output each one alone and their combination together. Inputs and outputs are related to the degree of correlation between each other in the production. Previous studies did not take into account the relationship between inputs/outputs variables. So, only with expert opinions or an objective method, weight restrictions have been made. In our study, the weights for input and output variables were determined, according to the correlations between input and output variables. The proposed new method is different from other methods in the literature, because the efficiency scores were calculated at the level of correlations between the input and/or output variables.  相似文献

Time‐domain synchrotron Mössbauer spectroscopy (SMS) based on the Mössbauer effect of 161Dy has been used to investigate the magnetic properties of a DyIII‐based single‐molecule magnet (SMM). The magnetic hyperfine field of [Dy(Cy3PO)2(H2O)5]Br3?2 (Cy3PO)?2 H2O?2 EtOH is with B0=582.3(5) T significantly larger than that of the free‐ion DyIII with a 6H15/2 ground state. This difference is attributed to the influence of the coordinating ligands on the Fermi contact interaction between the s and 4f electrons of the DyIII ion. This study demonstrates that 161Dy SMS is an effective local probe of the influence of the coordinating ligands on the magnetic structure of Dy‐containing compounds.  相似文献

A combination of nuclear resonance vibrational spectroscopy (NRVS), FTIR spectroscopy, and DFT calculations was used to observe and characterize Fe?H/D bending modes in CrHydA1 [FeFe]‐hydrogenase Cys‐to‐Ser variant C169S. Mutagenesis of cysteine to serine at position 169 changes the functional group adjacent to the H‐cluster from a ‐SH to ‐OH, thus altering the proton transfer pathway. The catalytic activity of C169S is significantly reduced compared to that of native CrHydA1, presumably owing to less efficient proton transfer to the H‐cluster. This mutation enabled effective capture of a hydride/deuteride intermediate and facilitated direct detection of the Fe?H/D normal modes. We observed a significant shift to higher frequency in an Fe?H bending mode of the C169S variant, as compared to previous findings with reconstituted native and oxadithiolate (ODT)‐substituted CrHydA1. On the basis of DFT calculations, we propose that this shift is caused by the stronger interaction of the ‐OH group of C169S with the bridgehead ‐NH‐ moiety of the active site, as compared to that of the ‐SH group of C169 in the native enzyme.  相似文献

Incoherent nuclear resonant absorption of synchrotron radiation at the 14.413 keV nuclear resonance of 57Fe was employed to measure directly the Fe-projected (partial) phonon density of states (DOS) in epitaxial FeCr(0 0 1) superlattices and in an 57Fe0.03Cr0.97(0 0 1) alloy film MBE-grown on MgO(0 0 1). The measurements were performed at 300 K with 2.3 meV energy resolution around 14.413 keV. At the interfaces, longitudinal vibrations of Fe atoms are suppressed, and a strong resonance phonon mode appears near 23 meV. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The applications of nuclear resonant scattering in laser‐heated diamond anvil cells have provided an important probe for the magnetic and vibrational properties of 57Fe‐bearing materials under high pressure and high temperature. Synchrotron X‐ray diffraction is one of the most powerful tools for studying phase stability and equation of state over a wide range of pressure and temperature conditions. Recently an experimental capability has been developed for simultaneous nuclear resonant scattering and X‐ray diffraction measurements using synchrotron radiation. Here the application of this method to determine the sound velocities of compressed Fe3C is shown. The X‐ray diffraction measurements allow detection of microscale impurities, phase transitions and chemical reactions upon compression or heating. They also provide information on sample pressure, grain size distribution and unit cell volume. By combining the Debye velocity extracted from the nuclear resonant inelastic X‐ray scattering measurements and the structure, density and elasticity data from the X‐ray diffraction measurements simultaneously obtained, more accurate sound velocity data can be derived. Our results on few‐crystal and powder samples indicate strong anisotropy in the sound velocities of Fe3C under ambient conditions.  相似文献

There is a need to bring methods to bear on public problems that are inclusive, analytic, and quick. This paper describes the efforts of three pairs of academics working from three different though complementary theoretical foundations and intervention backgrounds (ie ways of working) who set out together to meet this challenge. Each of the three pairs had conducted dozens of interventions that had been regarded as successful or very successful by the client groups in dealing with complex policy and strategic problems. One approach focused on leadership issues and stakeholders, another on negotiating competitive strategic intent with attention to stakeholder responses, and the third on analysis of feedback ramifications in developing policies. This paper describes the 10-year longitudinal research project designed to address the above challenge. The important outcomes are reported: the requisite elements of a general integrated approach and the enduring puzzles and tensions that arose from seeking to design a wide-ranging multi-method approach.  相似文献

Nitrogenase catalyzes a reaction critical for life, the reduction of N(2) to 2NH(3), yet we still know relatively little about its catalytic mechanism. We have used the synchrotron technique of (57)Fe nuclear resonance vibrational spectroscopy (NRVS) to study the dynamics of the Fe-S clusters in this enzyme. The catalytic site FeMo-cofactor exhibits a strong signal near 190 cm(-)(1), where conventional Fe-S clusters have weak NRVS. This intensity is ascribed to cluster breathing modes whose frequency is raised by an interstitial atom. A variety of Fe-S stretching modes are also observed between 250 and 400 cm(-)(1). This work is the first spectroscopic information about the vibrational modes of the intact nitrogenase FeMo-cofactor and P-cluster.  相似文献
