The syntheses and structures of two mixed‐ligand complexes of platinum(II) with deprotonated oxopurine bases and tri­phenyl­phosphine are reported, namely the theophyllinate complex cis‐bis(1,2,3,6‐tetra­hydro‐1,3‐di­methyl­purine‐2,6‐dionato‐κN7)­bis(tri­phenyl­phosphine‐κP)­platinum(II), [Pt(C7H7N4O2)2(C18H15P)2], (I), and the theobrominate complex cis‐chloro(1,2,3,6‐tetrahydro‐3,7‐dimethylpurine‐2,6‐dionato‐κN1)­bis(tri­phenyl­phosphine‐κP)­platinum(II) ethanol hemisolvate, [PtCl(C7H7N4O2)(C18H15P)2]·0.5C2H5OH, (II). In (I), the coordination geometry of Pt is square planar, formed by the two coordinating N atoms of the theophyl­linate anions in a cis arrangement and two P atoms from the tri­phenyl­phosphine groups. In (II), there are two crystallographically independent mol­ecules. They both exhibit a square‐planar coordination geometry around Pt involving one Cl atom, the coordinating N atom of the theobrominate anion and two P atoms from the tri­phenyl­phosphine groups. The two tri­phenyl­phosphine groups are arranged in a cis configuration in both structures. The heterocyclic rings are rotated with respect to the coordination plane of the metal by 82.99 (8) and 88.09 (8)° in complex (I), and by 85.91 (16) and 88.14 (18)° in complex (II). Both structures are stabilized by intramolecular stacking interactions involving the purine rings and the phenyl rings of adjacent tri­phenyl­phosphine moieties.  相似文献

A naturally occurring Cameroonian smectite clay has been grafted with trimethylpropylammonium groups and the resulting organoclay deposited as thin film onto a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface. It was then exploited as a suitable matrix for the accumulation and the electrochemical detection of ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). Cyclic voltammetry revealed an increase in oxidation peak responses along with a negative shift of the corresponding anodic peak potential for both AA and UA species when using the organoclay coated GCE in comparison with the bare electrode. The electroanalytical response was improved by coating the electrode surface with a first layer of sublimed ferrocene (FC(s)), and then overcoating with the organoclay film to avoid the mediator leaching. The resulting bilayer film exhibited good characteristics such as extended linear range and high sensitivities for AA and UA, in cyclic voltammetry and amperometry. Interestingly, the redox mediator FC(s) was likely to lower overpotentials for AA oxidation (but not for UA), making possible the selective detection of these species in a mixture. The developed method could be used for the determination of AA in a pharmaceutical preparation and for UA in urine.  相似文献

Superhydrophobic aluminum surfaces with excellent corrosion resistance were successfully prepared by electrospinning of a novel fluorinated diblock copolymer solution. Micro- and nanostructuration of the diblock copolymer coating was obtained by electrospinning which proved to be an easy and cheap electrospinning technology to fabricate superhydrophobic coating. The diblock copolymer is made of poly(heptadecafluorodecylacrylate-co-acrylic acid) (PFDA-co-AA) random copolymer as the first block and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as the second one. The fluorinated block promotes hydrophobicity to the surface by reducing the surface tension, while its carboxylic acid functions anchor the polymer film onto the aluminum surface after annealing at 130 °C. The PAN block of this copolymer insures the stability of the structuration of the surface during annealing, thanks to the infusible character of PAN. It is also demonstrated that the so-formed superhydrophobic coating shows good adhesion to aluminum surfaces, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance.  相似文献

Optical excitation in the visible region of trans-(Cl)-[Os(bpy)(CO)(2)Cl(2)] (bpy=2,2'-bipyridine; C1) and trans-(Cl)-[Os(dmbpy)(CO)(2)Cl(2)] (dmbpy=4,4'-dimethyl 2,2'-bipyridine; C2) is known to induce the common CO dissociation reaction. However, the quantum yield of the reactions is less than 0.15, although C1 and C2 display pronounced photoluminescence in the visible region at room temperature with a lifetime of few tens of nanoseconds. Taking into account the characteristics of their emitting state, we have investigated the capability of C1 and C2 to act as a photosensitiser in redox reactions in different solvents (MeCN, PrCN and DMF). The efficient oxidation and reduction of both complexes under continuous irradiation in the presence of a sacrificial electron acceptor or donor is reported here. The photo-induced transformations and the nature of the resulting compounds were analysed by UV/Vis and IR spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry. Photo-induced oxidation of C1 and C2 leads to the corresponding monocarbonyl oxidised species, whereas photo-induced reduction under argon leads mainly to the formation of the corresponding Os-bonded molecular wires P1 and P2 after exchange of two electrons associated with the loss of two chloro ligands. The chemical yield of the latter reaction (around 65%) becomes quantitative by adding [Ru(bpy)(3)](2+) as an external redox photosensitiser. This behaviour has been used to photocatalyse the two electron, two proton conversion of CO(2) to CO. Turnover numbers (TON) of 11.5 and 19.5 have been obtained respectively for C1 and C2 after 4.5 h of irradiation under CO(2) in DMF with triethanolamine as the electron donor. TON can be slightly increased by adding [Ru(bpy)(3)](2+) to the solution.  相似文献

The high-yielding synthesis and application of the first polymer supported reagent for the kinetic resolution (KR) of amines through enantioselective acetylation is described; this new supported chiral reagent allows the KR of primary amines with excellent selectivities at room temperature; moreover, this supported approach is highly efficient as the Merrifield-supported chiral scaffold can be quantitatively recovered and recycled.  相似文献

A comprehensive study of the photomagnetic behavior of the [Fe(L222N5)(CN)2].H2O complex has been carried out. This complex is characterized by a low-spin (LS) iron(II)-metal center up to 400 K and exhibits at 10 K the well-known Light-Induced Excited Spin State Trapping (LIESST) effect. The critical LIESST temperature (T(LIESST)) has been measured to be 105 K. The kinetics of the transition from the metastable high-spin (HS) state to the low-spin state have been determined and used for reproducing the experimental T(LIESST) curve. This study represents a second example of a fully low-spin iron(II)-metal complex up to 400 K, which can be photoexcited at low temperature with an atypical long-lived metastable HS state. This underlines the preponderant role of the inner coordination sphere for stabilizing the lifetime of the photoinduced HS state.  相似文献

Palladium loaded calcium-hydroxyapatite, Pd(z)/CaHAp, and calcium-fluoroapatite, Pd(z)/CaFAp, were synthesised and characterised by TEM, XRD, IR and UV–vis–NIR spectroscopies. Introduction of palladium does not change the structure of CaHAp and CaFAp. The average size of PdO particles was found to be around 4–5 nm on Pd(1)/CaHAp but larger (6–7 nm) on Pd(1)/CaFap. The acid–base properties of the supports and of the catalysts were studied using butan-2-ol conversion. On CaHAp and CaFAp, the butenes yield (dehydration reaction) is very low either in the absence or in the presence of oxygen. The methyl ethyl ketone yield (dehydrogenation reaction) is significant only in the presence of oxygen and higher over CaFAp. Conversely, the performances of Pd(z)/CaHAp are better than those of Pd(z)/CaFAp below 180 °C. Above 180 °C, buta-2-ol combustion is favoured on Pd/CaHAp but not on Pd/CaFAp.

In methane oxidation, Pd(z)/CaHAp showed also a much larger activity than Pd(z)/CaFAp. On 2 wt% Pd loaded CaHAp, the methane oxidation reaches a conversion of almost 100% at 350 °C, which is comparable with the performance of conventional Pd/Al2O3 catalysts. The reducibility of PdO under methane–oxygen mixtures is lower on Pd(z)/CaHAp. For both reactions, the lower activity of Pd(z)/CaFAp is related to its higher acidity, resulting from the substitution of OH by F, and to the larger PdO particle size.  相似文献

The development of multicomponent molecular systems for the photocatalytic reduction of water to hydrogen has experienced considerable growth since the end of the 1970s. Recently, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the catalysis, single‐component photocatalysts have been developed in which the photosensitizer is chemically coupled to the hydrogen‐evolving catalyst in the same molecule through a bridging ligand. Until now, none of these photocatalysts has operated efficiently in pure aqueous solution: a highly desirable medium for energy‐conversion applications. Herein, we introduce a new ruthenium–rhodium polypyridyl complex as the first efficient homogeneous photocatalyst for H2 production in water with turnover numbers of several hundred. This study also demonstrates unambiguously that the catalytic performance of such systems linked through a nonconjugated bridge is significantly improved as compared to that of a mixture of the separate components.  相似文献

mAbs are highly complex proteins that present a wide range of microheterogeneity that requires multiple analytical methods for full structure assessment and quality control. As a consequence, the characterization of mAbs on different levels is particularly product‐ and time‐consuming. CE‐MS couplings, especially to MALDI, appear really attractive methods for the characterization of biological samples. In this work, we report the last instrumental development and performance of the first totally automated off‐line CE‐UV/MALDI‐MS/MS. This interface is based on the removal of the original UV cell of the CE apparatus, modification of the spotting device geometry, and creation of an integrated delivery matrix system. The performance of the method was evaluated with separation of five intact proteins and a tryptic digest mixture of nine proteins. Intact protein application shows the acquisition of electropherograms with high resolution and high repeatability. In the peptide mapping approach, a total number of 154 unique identified peptides were characterized using MS/MS spectra corresponding to average sequence coverage of 64.1%. Comparison with NanoLC/MALDI‐MS/MS showed complementarity at the peptide level with an increase of 42% when using CE/MALDI‐MS coupling. Finally, this work represents the first analysis of intact mAb charge variants by CZE using an MS detection. Moreover, using a peptide mapping approach CE‐UV/MALDI‐MS/MS fragmentation allowed 100% sequence coverage of the light chain and 92% of the heavy chain, and the separation of four major glycosylated peptides and their structural characterization.  相似文献
