纳米磁性微球免疫伏安法测定乙肝表面抗原 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
采用化学键合法将乙肝抗体固化在自行制备的纳米磁性高分子功能微球表面 ,利用免疫夹心反应原理 ,捕获溶液中的乙肝表面抗原和标记有辣根过氧化物酶的乙肝第二抗体 .在外加磁场的作用下 ,抗体抗原结合物从样品溶液中分离 ,在含有邻氨基苯酚和过氧化氢的底液中 ,生成具有电活性的化合物 3 氨基吩呃嗪 ,用示差脉冲伏安法进行测定 .响应电流与乙肝表面抗原浓度分别在 0 2~ 1 0和 1 0~ 5 0 0ng·mL-1成线性关系 ,检出限达 0 0 60ng·mL-1.采用本方法检测血清中乙肝表面抗原 ,灵敏度大大高于目前临床采用的酶联免疫吸附法 . 相似文献

The condition number of the incremental unknowns matrix on nonuniform meshes associated to the elliptic problem is analyzed. Comparing to the usual nodal unknowns matrix, the condition number of the incremental unknowns matrix is reduced significantly even if the meshes are nonuniform. Furthermore, if a diagonal scaling is used, the condition number of the preconditioned incremental unknowns matrix comes out to be O(1). Numerical experiments are performed respectively on Shishkin mesh and Chebyshev mesh. Computational results with respect to the two particular nonuniform meshes confirm our theoretical analysis. 相似文献

用固相反应法制备了Na0.25K0.25Bi0.5TiO3 (NKBT50)陶瓷,研究了该陶瓷在室温至400℃温度范围内的介电性能.发现该陶瓷的介电温谱与烧结气氛、极化状态有关.在空气中烧结的未极化样品在70℃附近存在介电和损耗峰,而极化后及在氧气氛中烧结的样品并不存在该介电、损耗峰.分析认为70℃的介电和损耗峰与氧空位形成的缺陷偶极子的极化弛豫有关.热激电流显示,陶瓷的去极化温度为225℃,与此相对应的介电、损耗峰也

Two novel heterotrimetallic tetranuclear complexes [Cu(H2L)(CH3OH)]2Gd(DMF)Fe(CN)6·2H2O·DMF (1) and [Cu(H2L)(CH3OH)]2Tb(H2O)0.57(DMF)0.43Fe(CN)6·5.5H2O (2) are reported (H4L = N,N′-ethylenebis(3-hydroxysalicylidene)). The central Ln(III) ion is surrounded by two neutral [Cu(H2L)(CH3OH)] moieties, forming a Cu2Ln trinuclear unit. The [Fe(CN)6]3? anion is weakly coordinated to one Cu(II) ion of [Cu(H2L)(CH3OH)] through a cyanide nitrogen atom with the N–Cu distance of ca. 3.2 Å. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate the presence of overall ferromagnetic interactions in complexes 1 and 2. The magnetic coupling constant in complex 1 is J Cu1Gd1 = 4.54 cm?1 and J Cu2Gd1 = 7.97 cm?1 based on \( \hat{H} = - 2J_{\text{Cu1Gd1}} \hat{S}_{\text{Cu1Gd1}} - 2J_{\text{Cu2Gd1}} \hat{S}_{\text{Cu2Gd1}} \) . Dynamic AC magnetic susceptibility studies reveal that complex 2 shows frequency-dependent out-of-phase signals, typical of single molecule magnet behavior. The energy barrier for complex 2 under a 2 kOe applied DC magnetic field is 13 K. 相似文献

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N'-(aminoethyl)ethylenediamide bis(2-salicylideneimine)binuclear copper(Ⅱ)complex[Cu(Ⅱ)_2-AEBS]as an ionophore was developed.The electrode has a linear range from1.0×10~(-1) to 5.0×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1) with a near-Nernstian slope of(-55±1)mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1) in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25℃.It shows good selectivity for Sal~- and displaysanti-Hofmeister selectivity seoquence:Sal~->SCN~->ClO_4~->I~->NO_2~->Br~->NO_3~->CI~->SO_3~(2-)>SO_4~(2-)The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper(Ⅱ)complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used forat least 2 months without any major deviation.The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating cur-rent(AC) impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique.The effect of the electrode membranecompositions and the experimental conditions were studied.The electrode has been successfully used for the deter-mination of salicylate ion in drug pharmaceutical preparations. 相似文献

The hydrothermal synthesis of a heterocyclic quaternary nitrogen compound, namely, 6,7-dihydro-pyrido[2′,1′:3,4]pyrazino[1,2-a]imidazol-5-ium-bromide
monohydrate (LBr · H2O) is reported. Various spectroscopic analyses were performed on the cationic heterocycle. CuII and ZnII halide complexes of this novel ligand were prepared. The heterocycle and its complexes were characterized by single crystal
X-ray diffraction analysis. Both complexes contain neutral [MIILX3] molecules, where the cyclic ligand (L+) is coordinated to the metal as a monodentate ligand. The Cu2+ complex has a distorted tetrahedral geometry, indicating an obvious steric effect from L+ on the chloride co-ligand.
