Zero-dimensional (0D)/two-dimensional (2D) heterojunctions have attracted great attention in photocatalysis due to their superior interfacial effects. In this work, 0D g-C3N4 quantum dots (CNQDs) were firstly used to modify {001}-faceted 2D TiO2 nanosheets by a simple solvothermal method. During the controlled growth of TiO2 nanosheets with exposed reactive {001} facets, the CNQDs can be simultaneously assembled on the surface of TiO2 nanosheets in a highly dispersive way. The 0D/2D composite containing only 0.5% of CNQDs shows the optimized solar photocatalytic activity for the degradation of rhodamine B and 4-chlorophenol. More importantly, the 0D/2D composite exhibits a better solar photocatalytic activity than the bulk g-C3N4/TiO2 nanosheets composite. This improvement can be ascribed to the close interfacial contact and strong interaction between the highly dispersed CNQDs and the TiO2 nanosheets, which could lead to efficient separation of the photogenerated electron–hole pairs, provide more catalytic active sites, and enhance the absorption of solar light. The 0D/2D composite also shows good stability for its practical applications.  相似文献

Aromatic amides bearing 2-azulenyl group on the amide nitrogen were synthesized and their structures were investigated. The π-electron density of the N-aryl group was found to influence the cis-trans conformational preferences of these compounds in solution. X-ray crystallography revealed that the plane of the 2-azulenyl ring has a strong tendency to lie coplanar with the amide plane when the azulene group is located on the same side as the amide oxygen atom.  相似文献

20(R)-panaxadiol (PD) was metabolised by the fungus Aspergillus niger AS 3.3926 to its C-3 carbonylated metabolite and five other hydroxylated metabolites (1–6). Their structures were elucidated as 3-oxo-20(R)-panaxadiol (1), 3-oxo-7β-hydroxyl- 20(R)-panaxadiol (2), 3-oxo-7β,23α-dihydroxyl-20(R)-panaxadiol (3), 3,12-dioxo- 7β,23β-dihydroxyl-20(R)-panaxadiol (4), 3-oxo-1α,7β-dihydroxyl-20(R)-panaxadiol (5) and 3-oxo-7β,15β-dihydroxyl-20(R)-panaxadiol (6) by spectroscopic analysis. Among them, compounds 26 were new compounds. Pharmacological studies revealed that compound 6 exhibited significant anti-hepatic fibrosis activity.  相似文献

An aptamer based method is described for the electrochemical determination of ampicillin. It is based on the use of DNA aptamer, DNA functionalized gold nanoparticles (DNA-AuNPs), and single-stranded DNA binding protein (ssDNA-BP). When the aptamer hybridizes with the target DNA on the AuNPs, the ssDNA-BP is captured on the electrode surface via its specific interaction with ss-DNA. This results in a decreased electrochemical signal of the redox probe Fe(CN)6 3? which is measured best at a voltage of 0.188 mV (vs. reference electrode). In the presence of ampicillin, the formation of aptamer-ampicillin conjugate blocks the further immobilization of DNA-AuNPs and ssDNA-BP, and this leads to an increased response. The method has a linear reposne that convers the 1 pM to 5 nM ampicillin concentration range, with a 0.38 pM detection limit (at an S/N ratio of 3). The assay is selective, stable and reproducible. It was applied to the determination of ampicillin in spiked milk samples where it gave recoveries ranging from 95.5 to 105.5%.

Submicron LiCoO2 was synthesized by a polymer pyrolysis method using LiOH and Co(NO3)2 as the precursor compounds. Experimental results demonstrated that the powders calcined at 800 °C for 12 h appear as well-crystallized, uniform submicron particles with diameter of about 200 nm. As a result, the as-prepared LiCoO2 electrode displayed excellent electrochemical properties, with an initial discharge capacity of 145.5 mAh/g and capacity retention of 86.1% after 50 cycles when cycled at 50 mA/g between 3.5 and 4.25 V. When cycled between 3.5 and 4.5 V, the discharge capacity increased to 177.9 mAh/g with capacity retention of 85.6% after 50 cycles.  相似文献

The liquid membrane oscillation of a novel water (aqueous tetradecyl trimethyl ammoniumbromide, TTAB and alcohol solution)/oil (picric acid in chloroform solution)/water (aqueous glucose solution) system was investigated. By using homemade device, the curves of various liquid membranes oscillation with different concentration of TTAB and picric acid, types of alcohol and other organic solvents at different temperature were measured. The results show that the water (aqueous 7 mmol/L of TTAB and 0.5 mol/L of n-propanol solution)/oil (0.5 mmol/L of picric acid in chloroform solution)/water (aqueous glucose solution) system performed sustained and stable oscillation at 30 ℃. 利用聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚类(俗称OP乳化剂)的增色增溶作用,用双硫腙加OP乳化剂直接比色法测定废水中的镉。在0-5μg/mL范围内,镉浓度与吸光度线性相关,相关系数为0.999。方法的相对标准偏差为1.5%(n=5),样品加标回收率为98.0%-101.9%。该法与国标GB7471-1987双硫腙分光光度法比较,操作简便、无毒性。  相似文献

A rapid, simple and sensitive electrochemical assay of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) performed on disposable screen‐printed carbon electrode was developed. HRP activities were monitored by square‐wave voltammetric (SWV) measuring the electroactive enzymatic product in the presence of o‐aminophenol and hydrogen peroxide substrate solution. SWV analysis demonstrated a greater sensitivity and shorter analysis time than the widely used amperometric and differential‐pulsed voltammetric methods. The voltammetric characteristics of substrate and enzymatic product as well as the parameters of SWV analysis were optimized. Under optimized conditions, a linear response for HRP from 0.003 to 0.1 U/mL and a detection limit of 0.002 U/mL (1.25×10?15 mol in 25 μL) were obtained with a good precision (RSD=8%; n=6). This rapid and sensitive HRP assay with microliter‐assay volume could be readily integrated to portable devices and point‐of‐care (POC) diagnosis applications.  相似文献

Eleven 3-substituted isocoumarins and a benzylidenephthalide were synthesized through thermal cyclization reaction of delta- and gamma-ketoamides, respectively. Subsequent deprotection of the hydroxyl groups of the resulting isocoumarin and benzylidenephthalide compounds afforded thunberginols A, B, and F, respectively, which originated from the processed leaves of Hydrangea macrophylla SERINGE var. thunbergii MAKINO. The synthesized isocoumarins and thunberginols were evaluated for their anti-allergic activity, in which thunberginol B exhibited the highest inhibitory potency on the degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells induced by antigen. Structure-activity relationship studies were carried out to determine the necessary substituents on the 3-phenylisocoumarin skeleton for inhibitory activity.  相似文献
