A novel method for the determination of cobalt(II) by stripping voltammetry is described. It involves an adsorptive accumulation of the cobalt(II)-2-aminocyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxylic acid complex on a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by a stripping voltammetric measurement of the catalytic reduction current of the complex at –1.4 V at pH = 9 (vs. Ag/AgCl). The effects of various experimental parameters on the catalytic current were investigated. An accumulation time of 60 s results in a low experimental limit of detection of 0.1 ng/mL of Co(II), and 0.50 to 40.0 ng/mL of cobalt can be determined. The relative standard deviation at 0.50 ng/mL is 2.8%. Possible interferences from co-existing ions were also investigated. The effect of replacing the anion from N to Bi down the group in the periodic table is investigated on SrMg_2X_2(X = N,P,As,Sb,Bi).A full potential linearized augmented plane wave plus local orbitals method is used along with different exchange–correlation potentials to obtain the lattice constants,phonons,electronic,and optical properties of the Sr Mg_2X_2(X = N,P,As,Sb,Bi) Zintl compounds.A good agreement is achieved and our calculations are validated by previous experimental and theoretical data.All compounds have shown stable dynamical behavior with gamma centered longitudinal response having no imaginary frequencies.Electronic band structures reveal the semiconducting nature of the compounds.The Pnictogen(X)-p state contributed mainly in the valence band and the Sr-d state forms the conduction of the compounds.Relative charge transfer and low overlapping of the atomic densities indicates the preferable ionic bonding character of these materials.In the optical properties,real and imaginary parts of dielectric function,complex refractive index,birefringence,reflectivity,and optical conductivity are calculated.These compounds can be utilized in the optical and optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

In this paper, an analytical solution to solve 1-D partial differential equation is presented for fully developed turbulent flow through highly permeable sloping deposited porous medium. The present solution will be applicable for a wide range of slopes varying from zero to relatively steep slopes. To confirm the solution, the analytical results have been validated using two sets of experimental data including rounded and crushed material. To see the compatibility of solution, a Darcy-based form of the solution is derived and compared with proposed solution and experimental data. The results showed a satisfactory agreement with experimental records from water surface profiles through rock cavities for both rounded and crushed rock materials. Finally, it may be concluded that the proposed solution could be used to analyze water surface profiles and normal depth in such slanting permeable porous media. This solution provides a reliable realization of the flow profiles in porous materials which are widely used in open-channel flow concepts.  相似文献

Alangium salviifolium root was screened for phytochemical and anti-inflammatory properties. The percentage inhibition of carrageenan induced paw oedema was studied in rats. Alangium salvifolium gave maximum extractive values with Ethanol and the Loss on Drying value, total ash value and acid-insoluble ash and water soluble ash values were within limits. The extract gave positive tests for phytosterols, triterpenes, flavonoids, carbohydrates and alkaloids. The extract was free from glycosides, saponins, tannins, proteins and amino acids. In acute toxicity studies, Alangium salviifolium root extract was found to be safe up to 3000?mg?kg?1, p.o. in the albino rats. The Alangium salviifolium root gave significant per cent inhibition of the maximal paw oedema and very highly significant per cent inhibition of total paw oedema during 6?h. This study revealed that Alangium salviifolium root has good anti-inflammatory actions when compared with Diclofenac sodium.  相似文献

A nano-composite consisting of amine functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes and a room temperature ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) was prepared and used for modification of glassy carbon electrode. By immobilizing choline oxidase (ChOx) on the modified electrode, the enzyme direct electron transfer has been achieved. The modified electrode exhibited a pair of well-defined cyclic voltammetric peaks at a formal potential of ?0.395?V versus Ag/AgCl in 0.2?M phosphate buffer solution at pH 7.0. This peak was characteristic of ChOx-FAD/FADH2 redox couple. The electrochemical parameters such as charge transfer coefficient (??) and apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (k s) were estimated to be 0.36 and 2.74?s?1, respectively. When the enzyme electrode was examined for the detection of choline, a relatively high sensitivity (2.59???A?mM?1) was obtained. Under the optimized experimental conditions, choline was detected in the concentration range from 6.9?×?10?3 to 6.7?×?10?1?mM with a detection limit of 2.7???M. The peak currents of ChOx were reasonably stable and retained 90% of its initial current after a period of 2?months.  相似文献

In the present study an extension of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm which is in conformity with actual nature is introduced for solving combinatorial optimization problems. Development of this algorithm is essentially based on balanced fuzzy sets theory. The classical fuzzy sets theory cannot distinguish differences between positive and negative information of membership functions, while in the new method both kinds of information “positive and negative” about membership function are equally important. The balanced fuzzy particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for fundamental optimization problem entitled traveling salesman problem (TSP). For convergence inspecting of new algorithm, method was used for TSP problems. Convergence curves were represented fast convergence in restricted and low iterations for balanced fuzzy particle swarm optimization algorithm (BF-PSO) comparison with fuzzy particle swarm optimization algorithm (F-PSO).  相似文献

A series of palladium complexes bearing monodentate and bidentate ligands were applied in the Suzuki reaction of aryl halides and the Heck reaction of styrene with phenylboronic acid. This study aimed to investigate CO2 absorption using chemical solvent of amine H2O-TEA-CO2 in presence of activated carbon (AC) particles. The studied experimental range includes the temperature in range of 293–333 K, pressure in range of 3.5–9.5 bar, the concentration of solvents in range of 2.5–8.5 wt%, and amount of activated carbon in range of 0.3–0.9 kg/m3. The central composite design (CCD) with four parameters of temperature, pressure, amine concentration, and active carbon was applied in 5 levels. The physical solubility CO2 in amine solutions decreases with the increasing temperature that indicates the process is exothermic. The optimal values of temperature, pressure, concentration, and active carbon are 303.0 K, 8.00 bar, 7.00 M, 0.75 g, respectively, and 25.99% for the input variables and desirability index of 0.732. The CO2 loading, absorption capacity, and absorption percentage are obtained in the range of 0.572–1.180 molCO2/molTEA, 0.208–0.506 wt%, and 12.73–32.61% in Triethanolamine (TEA) solutions in activated carbon, respectively. All dependent variables had a p value of less than 0.05, indicating that models were significant and substantial. The result showed that the addition of solid particles to chemical solvents effectively enhances CO2 absorption.

Laminar stagnation flow, axisymmetrically yet obliquely impinging on a moving circular cylinder, is formulated as an exact solution of the Navier–Stokes equations. Axial velocity is time‐dependent, whereas the surface transpiration is uniform and steady. The impinging free stream is steady with a strain rate k?. The governing parameters are the stagnation‐flow Reynolds number Re=k?a2/2ν, and the dimensionless transpiration S=U0/k?a. An exact solution is obtained by reducing the Navier–Stokes equations to a system of differential equations governed by Reynolds number and the dimensionless wall transpiration rate, S. The system of Boundary Value Problems is then solved by the shooting method and by deploying a finite difference scheme as a semi‐similar solution. The results are presented for velocity similarity functions, axial shear stress and stream functions for a variety of cases. Shear stresses in all cases increase with the increase in Reynolds number and suction rate. The effect of different parameters on the deflection of viscous stagnation circle is also determined.
