分析了场致发射的物理机理,在3维Yee网格模型的基础上导出并实现了场致发射的发射条件,并引入Pade网格算法加密尖端网格。以一个楔形阴极场致发射模型为例得到了场致发射的伏安特性曲线,并且在高电压时得到了3/2次方的空间电荷限制流。同时为了解决粒子数与网格的巨大引起的计算量大的问题,引入了消息传递机制并行算法,得到3.0以上的并行加速比。  相似文献

Many studies (such as Pepin in Learners and pedagogy, Sage Publications, London, 1999; Kaiser in ZDM 34(6):241–257, 2002; Park and Leung in Mathematics education in different cultural traditions: a comparative study of East Asia and the West. The 13th ICMI Study, pp. 227–238, Springer, New York, 2006) have revealed that there is a strong dependence on cultural traditions in mathematics teaching in different countries. Education in Germany is influenced by the Central and North European Didaktik tradition (Westbury in Teaching as a reflective practice: the German Didaktik tradition, L. Erlbaum Associates, Mahwah, pp. 15–39, 2000), while that in East Asia is influenced by Confucian heritage culture. However, there have not been studies investigating the relationships between these two cultural traditions and their influences on teaching and learning. This study aims at filling this gap in knowledge. Some commonalities in the aims and beliefs in the underlying philosophies in education in traditional China and Germany were found and are presented in this paper. Specifically, the relationship between cultural traditions and the implemented mathematics curriculum was investigated, using Berlin and Hong Kong as examples. It was found that culture affects the implemented curriculum in a complicated way and that other factors such as the intended curriculum and textbooks may also influence the implemented curriculum.  相似文献

In this paper, we study economic growth and its volatility from an episodic perspective. We first demonstrate the ability of the genetic algorithm to detect shifts in the volatility and levels of a given time series. Having shown that it works well, we then use it to detect structural breaks that segment the GDP per capita time series into episodes characterized by different means and volatility of growth rates. We further investigate whether a volatile economy is likely to grow more slowly and analyze the determinants of high/low growth with high/low volatility patterns. The main results indicate a negative relationship between volatility and growth. Moreover, the results suggest that international trade simultaneously promotes growth and increases volatility, human capital promotes growth and stability, and financial development reduces volatility and negatively correlates with growth.  相似文献

Currently, the potential utilization of fruits and vegetable waste as a source of micronutrients and antioxidants has increased. The present study, therefore, aimed to determine the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activities of Citrus nobilis peel extract. A modified solvent evaporation technique was employed for peel extract preparation. For effective utilization of the natural product, quantitative analysis of phenolic compounds was carried out using liquid chromatography and mass spectroscopy technique. Phenolic and flavonoids were present in high amounts, while β-carotene and lycopene were present in vestigial amounts. The antimicrobial efficiency of peel extract was evaluated against four bacterial strains including Staphylococcus aureus (MTCC 3160), Klebsiella pneumoniae (MTCC 3384), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MTCC 2295), and Salmonella typhimurium (MTCC 1254), and one fungal strain Candida albicans (MTCC 183), and zone of inhibition was comparable to the positive control streptomycin and amphotericin B, respectively. The extract of Citrus nobilis peels showed effective anti-inflammatory activity during human red blood cell membrane stabilization (HRBC) and albumin denaturation assay. The extracts also exhibited 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging activity ranging from 53.46 to 81.13%. Therefore, the obtained results suggest that Citrus nobilis peel could be used as an excellent source of polyphenols and transformed into value-added products.  相似文献

Heterobimetallic oxalato complex precursors, manganese(II)tetraaquatris(oxalato)lanthanate(III)hexahydrate (MnOLa), cobalt(II)pentaaquatris(oxalato)lanthanate(III)trihydrate (CoOLa), nickel(II)pentaaquatris(oxalato)lanthanate(III)hexahydrate (NiOLa) and copper(II)diaaquatris(oxalato)lanthanate(III)monohydrate (CuOLa) of the type, M3[La(C2O4)3(H2O) m ]2·nH2O have been synthesized in aqueous medium. The precursors were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, electronic spectral and powder X-ray diffraction studies. The good crystalline nature with monoclinic structures predominates in MnOLa and NiOLa whereas triclinic structures were found in CoOLa and CuOLa. The solid-state thermal behaviour of the precursors was explored using TG, DTG and DTA in air. The MnOLa generated a mixture species consisting mainly of MnO2, Mn3O4, Mn5O8, La2O3 and LaMn7O12 at 1000 °C through the formation of several intermediate species at 380 and 570 °C. The studies revealed that CoOLa led mainly to LaCoO3 and La2CoO4 along with some oxides of both the cobalt and lanthanum at 1000 °C. In case of nickel analogue the mixture species identified at 1000 °C are mainly of La2NiO4, La2O3, Ni2O3 and NiO2. In case of CuOLa the product at 1000 °C consisted of La2CuO4, La2Cu2O5 and oxides of copper and lanthanum. The nature of decomposition of the precursors in nitrogen were seen from DSC study and the kinetic parameters i.e., E * , lnk 0, ΔH # , ΔS # and order of reaction of all the steps were evaluated and discussed.  相似文献

The combustion process (efficiency and toxicity of combustion generated emissions) depends on the chemical composition and physical characteristics of materials, the oxidizing agents, and the temperature. This article will determine the influence of temperature (450 and 600?°C) and the volume of oxygen concentration (9, 15, and 21%) in an oxidizing atmosphere on the main emissions of burning White Birch wood (Betula verrucosa Ehrh.) The examined samples weighed 3?±?0.05?g; the average density was 540?kg/m3; and the absolute humidity was 8%. The samples were thermally loaded in a Setchkin furnace specially modified to enable the thermal sample in an atmosphere with an adjustable oxygen concentration and the withdrawal of fire emissions by means of UniGas C440 analyzer probes and BERNATH ATOMIC Modell 3006 analyzers. At 450?°C, the concentration of oxygen in the oxidation mixture did not significantly influence the maximum concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) and the total organic carbon (TOC) in the fire emissions. At 600?°C, the decrease of the oxygen concentration in the oxidation atmosphere caused a significant increase of the maximum concentration of CO and TOC in the fire emissions. However, the generally accepted presumption of a maximum concentration increase of CO in the emissions as a result of the oxygen (O2) concentration decrease in the oxidation atmosphere has not been confirmed. The highest concentration of CO and TOC were measured in the initiation phase or closely after it.  相似文献

The preferred adsorption sites of xenon in the recently synthesized metal-organic framework MFU-4l(arge) possessing a bimodal pore structure (with pore sizes of 12 ? and 18.6 ?) were studied via the combination of low temperature thermal desorption spectroscopy and in situ X-ray powder diffraction. The diffraction patterns were collected at 110 K and 150 K according to the temperature of the desorption maxima. The maximum entropy method was used to reconstruct the electron density distribution of the structure and to localize the adsorbed xenon using refined data of the Xe-filled and empty sample. First principles calculations revealed that Xe atoms exclusively occupy the Wyckoff 32f position at approximately 2/3 2/3 2/3 along the body diagonal of the cubic crystal structure. At 110 K, Xe atoms occupy all 32 f positions (8 atoms per pore) while at 150 K the occupancy descends to 25% (2 atoms per pore). No Xe occupation of the small pores is observed by neither experimental measurements nor theoretical studies.  相似文献

Vibrational energy relaxation (VER) of solvated polyatomic molecules can occur via different pathways. In this paper, we address the question of whether treating VER classically or quantum-mechanically can lead to different predictions with regard to the preferred pathway. To this end, we consider the relaxation of the singly excited asymmetric stretch of a rigid, symmetrical, and linear triatomic molecule (A-B-A) in a monatomic liquid. In this case, VER can occur either directly to the ground state or indirectly via intramolecular vibrational relaxation (IVR) to the symmetric stretch. We have calculated the rates of these two different VER pathways via classical mechanics and the linearized semiclassical (LSC) method. When the mass of the terminal A atoms is significantly larger than that of the central B atom, we find that LSC points to intermolecular VER as the preferred pathway, whereas the classical treatment points to IVR. The origin of this trend reversal appears to be purely quantum-mechanical and can be traced back to the significantly weaker quantum enhancement of solvent-assisted IVR in comparison to that of intermolecular VER.  相似文献
