Two novel dithiophosphonate ligands, HS2P(p‐C6H4OMe)(OCH2CH2CH(CH3)2) ( 1 ) and HS2P(p‐C6H4OMe)(OCH(CH3)2) ( 2 ), were synthesized and characterized by multinuclear (1H, 31P, and 13C) NMR, infrared spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis. The reactions of 1 and 2 with NiCl2·6H2O and Cd(NO3)2·4H2O in methanol led to novel complexes 3 and 4 . The single crystal X‐ray structures of 3 and 4 showed tetracoordinated structure with square planar geometry for the nickel complex, while it showed pentacoordinated structure with distorted square‐pyramid environment for the cadmium complex.  相似文献

An unexpected coupling reaction between isocyanides and carboxylic acids which led to the synthesis of highly stable symmetrical and unsymmetrical alkylamidine and arylamidine carbocations under mild reaction conditions is described. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, mass, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies and a plausible mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

The aim of this review is to provide an overview of the contributions and recent advances made by Iranian scientists in the field of isocyanide-based reactions between 1999 and 2009. With over 100 publications during this period, Iranians are responsible for approximately 10% of all publications in the world involving isocyanide-based multicomponent reactions (IMCRs). Some important aspects of these IMCRs include the execution of reactions in green reaction mediums like water or ethanol, high atom economies, mild reaction conditions, high yields, and catalyst-free processes. On the other hand, in most of these reactions, new classes of heterocyclic compounds with potential biological and medicinal activities have been reported.  相似文献

Cefotaxime, a cephalosporin antibiotic, used to treat bacterial infections was investigated to label with 99mTc. Labeling was performed using sodium dithionite as a reducing agent at 100 °C for 10 min and radiochemical analysis involved ITLC and HPLC methods. The stability of labeled antibiotic was checked in the presence of human serum at 37 °C up to 24 h. The maximum radiolabeling yield was 92 ± 2%. Bacterial binding assay was performed with S. aureus and the in vivo distribution was studied in mice. Images showed minimal accumulation in non-target tissues, with an average target/non-target ratio of 2.89 ± 0.58.  相似文献

Heat transfer coefficients were measured and new correlations were developed for two-phase, two-component (air and water) heat transfer in a horizontal pipe for different flow patterns. Flow patterns were observed in a transparent circular pipe using an air–water mixture. Visual identification of the flow patterns was supplemented with photographic data, and the results were plotted on the flow regime map proposed by Taitel and Dukler and agreed quite well with each other. A two-phase heat transfer experimental setup was built for this study and a total of 150 two-phase heat transfer data with different flow patterns were obtained under a uniform wall heat flux boundary condition. For these data, the superficial Reynolds number ranged from 640 to 35,500 for the liquid and from 540 to 21,200 for the gas. Our previously developed robust two-phase heat transfer correlation for a vertical pipe with modified constants predicted the horizontal pipe air–water heat transfer experimental data with very good accuracy. Overall the proposed correlations predicted the data with a mean deviation of 1.0% and an rms deviation of 12%.  相似文献

The seven transmembrane helices G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) form one of the largest superfamilies of signaling proteins found in humans. Homology modeling, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulation were carried out to construct a reliable model for CCR1 as one of the GPCRs and to explore the structural features and the binding mechanism of BX471 as one of the most potent CCR1 inhibitors. In this study, BX471 has been docked into the active site of the CCR1 protein. After docking, one 20 ns MD simulation was performed on the CCR1-ligand complex to explore effects of the presence of lipid membrane in the vicinity of the CCR1-ligand complex. At the end of the MD simulation, a change in the position and orientation of the ligand in the binding site was observed. This important observation indicated that the application of MD simulation after docking of ligands is useful. Explorative runs of molecular dynamics simulation on the receptor-ligand complex revealed that except for Phe85, Phe112, Tyr113, and Ile259, the rest of the residues in the active site determined by docking are changed. The results obtained are in good agreement with most of the experimental data reported by others. Our results show that molecular modeling and rational drug design for chemokine targets is a possible approach.  相似文献

Let M1,…,Mn be right modules over a ring R. Suppose that the endomorphism ring of each module Mi has at most two maximal right ideals. Is it true that every direct summand of M1⊕?⊕Mn is a direct sum of modules whose endomorphism rings also have at most two maximal right ideals? We show that the answer is negative in general, but affirmative under further hypotheses. The endomorphism ring of uniserial modules, that is, the modules whose lattice of submodules is linearly ordered under inclusion, always has at most two maximal right ideals, and Pavel P?íhoda showed in 2004 that the answer to our question is affirmative for direct sums of finitely many uniserial modules.  相似文献

A theoretical study on the plasmon-polariton modes coupled with a fast electron beam inside a metallic single-walled carbon nanotube is presented. The Maxwell’s equations coupled with a linearized hydrodynamic model for the nanotube’s charge oscillations are used. By considering the electron beam effects, general expression of dispersion relation of electromagnetic modes on nanotube’s surface is obtained. It is shown numerically that by considering the electron beam effects, the polariton frequency shifts to lower values.  相似文献

A novel, sensitive and selective adsorptive stripping procedure for simultaneous determination of iron, copper and cadmium is presented. The method is based on the adsorptive accumulation of thymolphthalexone (TPN) complexes of these elements onto a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by reduction of adsorbed species by voltammetric scan using differential pulse modulation. The influences of control variables on the sensitivity of the proposed method for the simultaneous determination of iron, copper and cadmium were studied using the Derringer desirability function. The optimum analytical conditions were found to be TPN concentration of 2.0 μM, pH of 9.5, and accumulation potential at ?0.4 V vs. Ag/AgCl with an accumulation time of 60 s. The peak currents are proportional to the concentration of iron, copper and cadmium over the 1–80, 0.5–100 and 1–100 ng mL?1 ranges with detection limits of 0.5, 0.4 and 0.9 ng mL?1, respectively. The R.S.D. at a concentration level of 20 ng mL?1 of iron, copper and cadmium were 2.5%, 0.9% and 1.5% (n=6), respectively. The procedure was applied to the simultaneous determination of iron, copper and cadmium in the tap water and some synthetic samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献
