Structures of N-glycans released from rat CEACAM1 expressed in human embryonic kidney cells were determined by MALDI and negative ion nanospray MS/MS techniques. The major carbohydrates were bi-, tri- and tetra-antennary complex glycans with and without sialic acid, fucose and bisecting GlcNAc residues. High-mannose glycans, predominantly Man(5)GlcNAc(2), were also found. The negative ion fragmentation technique easily identified the branching pattern of the triantennary glycans (mainly branched on the 6-antenna) and the presence of 'bisecting' GlcNAc residues (attached to the 4-position of the core mannose), features that are difficult to determine by traditional techniques. Sialic acids were in both alpha2-3 and alpha2-6 linkage as determined by MALDI-TOF MS following linkage-specific derivatization. 相似文献

This work describes a rational approach for addressing the prototropy-related problems in heterocycle-based self-assembling systems by the use of degenerate prototropy. As a proof of principle, the utility of degenerate prototropy is demonstrated herein by developing heterocycle-based AADD-type self-assembling modules that exist as "single set of protameric pair (duplex)" in both solution and solid states. These self-assembling modules are quickly accessible in good yield by reacting 2-amino-5,5-disubstituted-1H-pyrimidine-4,6-diones, available in one step by the condensation of alpha,alpha-dialkyl malonates and free guanidine, with isocyanates. Evidence from NMR spectroscopy, ESI mass spectrometry, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies confirmed the formation of molecular duplexes. The effect of electronic repulsion in duplex formation is also investigated. Their ready synthetic accessibility, remarkably high propensity to crystal formation, and the novel property of degenerate prototropy would make these novel self-assembling molecules promising candidates for many proposed applications. 相似文献

Crystal structures of two bis-phenols namely bis-(3,5-dimethyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)(3-amino phenyl)methane 1 and bis-(3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)(3-aminophenyl) methane 2 are determined. The compound 1 crystallises in monoclinic P21/c with a = 12.2579(16) ?, b = 16.0906(19) ?, c = 10.6664(13) ?, β = 115.417(7)°, V = 1900.2(4) ?3 whereas 2 crystallizes in monoclinic C2/c, a = 9.2538(2) ?, b = 18.6579(4) ?, c = 23.2725(5) ?, β = 98.796(2)°, V = 3970.89(15) ?3. Abstract
The structural aspects of one-dimensional coordination polymer (1) of nickel(II) with 1,3,5-benzene tricarboxylate and a three-dimensional interpenetrating coordination polymer (2) of zinc(II) with 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate ligand are studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Coordination polymer (1) forms a hydrogen bonded three dimensional network structures. The coordination polymer 1 having a composition [Ni3(TMA)2(H2O)12] n where (TMA = trimesate anion), crystallizes in monoclinic crystal system with C2 space group and has a/?, 17.3387(4); b/?, 12.8748(4); c/?, 6.5302(2); β/°111.620(2); V/?3, 1355.20(7). The zinc coordination polymer 2 crystal system is orthorhombic, with space group Pbca. It has a/?, 14.5049(3); b/?, 17.1616(3); c/?, 18.1389(4); V/?3, 4515.27(16). The 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate three dimensional coordination polymer of zinc(II) comprises of novel hydroxo bridged tetranuclear zinc(II) secondary building units and has a composition [Zn2(C6H4C2O4)1.5{(CH3)2SO}2(OH)] n . The electrical properties of siloxane oligomers prepared from the reaction of 1,4‐naphthalenediol or 1,4‐naphthoquinone with diphenylsilane using different palladium catalysts, such as PdCl2, Pd(TMEDA)Cl2, Pd(TEEDA)Cl2 (where TMEDA = N,N′‐tetramethylethylenediamine, TEEDA = N,N′‐tetraethylethylenediamine), are dependent on the catalyst. Thermoelectric switching properties can be obtained from the siloxane prepared from the coupling reaction of diphenylsilane with 1,4‐naphthoquinone or 1,4‐naphthalenediol using Pd(TMEDA)Cl2 as catalyst. We compute the longitudinal structure function F L of proton from its QCD (Quantum Chromodynamics) evolution equation in next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) approximation at small-x. Here we use Taylor series expansion method to solve the evolution equation for small-x and the obtained simple analytical expressions for F L provide t- and x-evolution equations for the computation of the longitudinal structure function. Finally, we compare our results with the recent H1, ZEUS experimental data and results of MSTW, CT10 parameterizations and Block, Donnachie-Landshoff (DL) models. Our results are in good agreement with the data and the related fittings and parameterizations, which can also be described within the framework of perturbative QCD. 相似文献
