The reaction of cyanoacetylhydrazine with chloroacetyl chloride gave N'-(2-chloroacetyl)-2-cyanoacetohydrazide. The latter underwent cyclization to afford 1-(5 amino-3-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-chloroethanone, which underwent nucleophilic substitution to give 3-(5-amino-3-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile. The latter two compounds were used as key synthons to synthesize new thiophene, pyran, thiazole and some fused heterocyclic derivatives. The antitumor activity of the newly synthesized compounds was evaluated against three human tumor cells lines, namely breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7), non-small cell lung cancer (NCI-H460) and CNS cancer (SF-268) and some of these compounds were found to exhibit much higher inhibitory effects towards the three tumor cell lines than the Gram positive control doxorubicin.  相似文献

We study global regularity properties of transition kernels associated to second order differential operators in \mathbb RN{\mathbb {R}^N} with unbounded drift and potential terms. Under suitable conditions, we prove pointwise upper bounds. We use time dependent Lyapunov function techniques allowing us to gain a better time behaviour of such kernels.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to propose a modified finite element called double quarter point finite element (DQPE) for modeling the singularity near the crack tip. Two techniques of evaluation (displacement correlation technique DCT and quarter point displacement technique QPDT) were used to estimate numerically the calibration factor for CN specimen. This study appears that the DQPE element is more effective than the QPE element. Not only that, but the length of the double quarter point finite element (DQPE) has little impact on the results. Numerical experiments are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed element.  相似文献

The dynamic viscosity and rheological properties of two different non-aqueous graphene nano-plates-based nanofluids are experimentally investigated in this paper, focusing on the effects of solid volume fraction and shear rate. For each nanofluid, four solid volume fractions have been considered ranging from 0.1% to 1%. The rheological characterization of the suspensions was performed at 20 C, with shear rates ranging from 101s1 to 103s1, using a cone-plate rheometer. The Carreau–Yasuda model has been successfully applied to fit most of the rheological measurements. Although it is very common to observe an increase of the viscosity with the solid volume fraction, we still found here that the addition of nanoparticles produces lubrication effects in some cases. Such a result could be very helpful in the domain of heat extraction applications. The dependence of dynamic viscosity with graphene volume fraction was analyzed using the model of Vallejo et al.  相似文献

Polymerization of β‐myrcene with neodymium borohydride‐based coordination catalysts is very efficient, affording poly‐β‐myrcene (polymyrcene, PMy) with high selectivity. With stoichiometric amounts of n‐butylethyl magnesium (BEM) as co‐catalyst, good control over macromolecular data along with cis‐stereoselectivity up to 98.5%, are obtained. In the presence of excess BEM, high level of transfer reactions efficiency between neodymium and magnesium is clearly evidenced whereas the selectivity switches to 3,4‐rich. Combining the neodymium pre‐catalyst with triisobutyl aluminum in the presence of a boron activator affords PMy in good yield, but the polymer material displays low solubility, likely due to the occurrence of crosslinking. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We present an analytic approach to solve a degenerate parabolic problem associated with the Heston model, which is widely used in mathematical finance to derive the price of an European option on an risky asset with stochastic volatility. We give a variational formulation, involving weighted Sobolev spaces, of the second‐order degenerate elliptic operator of the parabolic PDE. We use this approach to prove, under appropriate assumptions on some involved unknown parameters, the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions to the parabolic problem on unbounded subdomains of the half‐plane. Zirconia-hydroxyapatite nanocomposites were prepared by sol-gel deposition of zirconium oxide from a zirconium alkoxide in the presence of apatite colloidal suspension under ultrasonication. The material porosity evolves from mainly microporous zirconia to mesoporous hydroxyapatite, with decreasing surface area and increasing pore volume. XRD studies indicate that the apatite phase is well-preserved within the composite materials. The homogeneous dispersion of apatite colloids within the zirconia network was supported by TEM observations and nitrogen sorption measurements. (31)P solid-state NMR studies suggest that partial dissolution of apatite may have occurred during the preparation, leading to the adsorption of phosphate species on zirconia particles. This is confirmed by XRD studies of nanocomposites after thermal treatment that demonstrate the preferred formation of tetragonal over monoclinic ZrO(2) in the presence of hydroxyapatite. In order to investigate the surface properties of these novel materials, the adsorption of Pb(2+), Cr(3+), and Cr(2)O(7)(2-) was evaluated. Metal cations were preferentially adsorbed on apatite-rich composites, whereas Cr(2)O(7)(2-) shows a good affinity for the zirconia-rich phases. Zirconia-apatite materials showed the most promising performance in terms of recyclability. These nanocomposites that combine microporosity, mesoporosity and dual sorption properties for these species appear as interesting materials for metal ion remediation and may also find applications as biomaterials.  相似文献
