We have formed conjugated polymeric aniline–thiophene organic material on p-Si substrate by adding polyaniline–poly-3-methyl thiophene blend solution in acetonitrile on top of a p-Si substrate and then evaporating the solvent. It has been seen that the forward bias current–voltage (IV) characteristics of polyaniline–poly-3-methyl thiophene blend/p-Si/Al with a barrier height value of 0.60 eV and an ideality factor value of 3.37 showed rectifying behaviour at room temperature. The polyaniline–poly-3-methyl thiophene blend/p-Si/Al Schottky barrier diode showed non-ideal IV behaviour with the value of ideality factor greater than unity that could be ascribed to the interfacial layer, interface states and series resistance. Furthermore, Cheung's functions and modified Norde's function were used to extract the diode parameters including ideality factor, barrier height and series resistance. It has been seen that there is a good agreement between the barrier height values from all methods. However, the values of series resistance obtained from Cheung's functions is higher than the values obtained from Norde's functions. The energy distribution of interface states density, determined from forward bias current–voltage (IV) characteristic technique at room temperature, increases exponentially with bias from 2.81 × 1016 cm?2 eV?1 in (0.73–Ev) eV to 1.14 × 1017 cm?2 eV?1 in (0.48–Ev) eV.  相似文献

In this study, poly(vinylbenzylchloride) (PVBC) was produced by free‐radical polymerization of 4‐vinylbenzylchloride, and then it was functionalized with 3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazole (ATri) and 1H‐1,2,4‐triazole (Tri). The composition of the polymers was verified by elemental analysis, and the structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared and 13C‐nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. PVBC was modified by ATri with 68% and Tri with 50% yield. The polymers were doped with trifluoromethanesulfonic acid (TA) at various molar ratios, X = 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 with respect to aminotriazole and triazole units. Proton transfer from TA to the triazole rings was proved with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the samples are thermally stable up to approximately 200 °C. Differential scanning calorimetry results illustrated the homogeneity of the materials. Under anhydrous conditions, PVBCATri3TA and PVBCTri3TA showed highest proton conductivity of 0.086 and 0.042 S/cm, respectively. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 4-[3-(1-benzopyran-2-one)] derivativesof benzo[12]crown-4, benzo[15]crown-5 andbenzo-[18]crown-6 were synthesized from4-[3-(1-benzopyran-2-one)]-1,2-dihydroxy-benzenereacting with bis-ethyleneglycol dihalides orpentaethylene glycol ditosylate in alkali carbonate/DMF/water. The original products were identified byhigh resolution EI-mass spectra as well as IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. The 1 : 1binding constants of Mg2+, Li+, Na+ andK+ with the coumarin-benzocrowns were estimated usingfluorescence emission spectroscopy in acetonitrile.The complexing enhanced quenching fluorescence spectra(CEQFS) and complexing enhanced fluorescence spectra(CEFS) exhibited the ion binding powers due tocationic recognition rules of the macrocycles.  相似文献

The sorption behavior of 235U fission fission products 99Mo and 132Te was studied through batch and dynamic experiments when they were dissolved in 1 to 7M HNO3 solutions. It was found that 99Mo is always totally adsorbed on hydrated SnO2, while 132Te is rather weakly adsorbed, therefore they can be separated from each other although 132Te in the solution still remains contaminated with other radionuclides as well as 99Mo does in the solid.  相似文献

Cationic polymers can bind DNA to form polyplexes, which are noncovalent complexes used for gene delivery into the targeted cells. For more insight on such biologically relevant systems, the noncovalent complexes between the cationic polymer poly(ethylene imine) (PEI) and the nucleotide mimicking dye Cibacron Blue F3G‐A (CB) were investigated using mass spectrometry methods. Two PEIs of low molecular weight were utilized (Mn ≈ 423 and 600 Da). The different types of CB anions produced by Na+/H+ exchanges on the three sulfonic acid groups of CB and their dehydrated counterparts were responsible for complex formation with PEI. The CB anions underwent noncovalent complex formation with protonated, but not with sodiated PEI. A higher proportion of cyclic oligomers were detected in PEI423 than PEI600, but both architectures formed association products with CB. Tandem mass spectrometry studies revealed a significantly stronger noncovalent interaction between PEI and dehydrated CB than between PEI and intact CB. A Nafion-graphene (Nafion-GR) nanocomposite film modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated by a simple drop-casting method, and used in the electrochemical detection of p-aminophenol (4-AP). Owing to the large surface area, good conductivity of GR and good affinity of Nafion, the sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of 4-AP. The electrochemical behaviors of 4-AP on Nafion/GR film modified glassy carbon electrodes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. A calibration curve is constructed in the same matrix, urine, as the unknown samples to be analyzed. The Nafion-GR film modified electrode was linearly dependent on the 4-AP concentration and the linear analytical curve was obtained in the ranges of 0.5–200 μM with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and the detection limit was 0.051 μM. The Nafion-graphene nanocomposite modified electrode exhibited good reusability than pure graphene modified GCE. This procedure can be used for the determination of p-aminophenol in the presence of its degradation products and paracetamol. Finally, the proposed method was successfully used to determine p-aminophenol in local tap water samples in urine samples and pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

N‐Heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) are of great importance and are powerful ligands for transition metals. A new series of sterically hindered benzimidazole‐based NHC ligands (LHX) ( 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2f ), silver–NHC complexes ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ) and palladium–NHC complexes ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f ) have been synthesized and characterized using appropriate spectroscopic techniques. Studies have focused on the development of a more efficient catalytic system for the Suzuki coupling reaction of aryl chlorides. Catalytic performance of Pd–NHC complexes and in situ prepared Pd(OAc)2/LHX catalysts has been investigated for the Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction under mild reaction conditions in aqueous N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF). 二环己基-18-冠-6(DCH18C6)可以有效地从高放废液中分离90Sr,对于减小放射性废物的危害和实现高放废物的减容有重要意义.由于在实际应用中DCH18C6处于射线照射下,其结构可能会被破坏并引起络合能力的变化,因此有必要对该配合物的辐射稳定性进行研究.本文合成了Sr(NO3)2?DCH18C6配合物晶体,并通过单晶X射线衍射(XRD)与扩展X射线吸收精细结构谱(EXAFS)等方法进行了表征,确定Sr2+与周围氧原子的配位数为10,Sr―O平均键长约为0.268 nm/0.266 nm(XRD/EXAFS).配位原子来自DCH18C6的六个氧原子以及两个作为双齿配体的硝酸根的四个氧原子.对该配合物晶体在空气中进行γ辐照,EXAFS结果表明吸收剂量为400 kGy时,Sr―O键长及配位数没有发生变化,配位结构没有被破坏,具有很好的耐辐照稳定性.显微红外光谱(Micro-FTIR)结果进一步证明辐照后冠醚环的部分C―H键氧化为羟基或羰基,但并不影响DCH18C6与Sr2+的配位结构.  相似文献

Phosphonic acid functional polymers are currently of interest because of their high proton conductivity in humidified and anhydrous systems. In addition, heterocyclic compounds are used in anhydrous proton conducting polymer membranes. In that study, a new copolymer based on 1‐vinyl‐1,2,4‐triazole (VTri) and diisopropyl‐p‐vinylbenzyl phosphonate (VBP) was synthesized, and their thermal, chemical, and proton conducting properties were investigated. The copolymers were synthesized by free radical copolymerization of the corresponding monomers at several monomer feed ratios to obtain P(VTri‐co‐VBP) copolymers. The copolymer samples were then hydrolyzed to produce poly(vinyl triazole‐co‐vinyl phosphonic acid) copolymers. The composition of the copolymers was determined by elemental analysis. The copolymerization and hydrolysis reactions were verified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and ion exchange capacity measurements. Thermogravimetry analysis indicates that the copolymers are thermally stable up to 300°C. In order to increase the proton conductivity, the copolymers were doped with H3PO4 at several stoichometric ratios. The proton conductivity increases with triazole and phosphoric acid content. In the absence of humidity, the copolymer electrolyte, P(VTri‐co‐VBPA)1:0.5 X = 2, showed a proton conductivity of 0.005 S/cm at 150°C. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
