基于链接反应的导电高分子功能化及电化学性能研究

链接化学(Click Chemistry)是继组合化学之后又一给传统有机合成化学带来重大革新的合成技术.它的实质是选用易得原料,通过可靠、高效而又具选择性的化学反应来实现碳杂原子连接(C-X-C),核心是利用一系列可靠的、模块化的反应生成含杂原子化合物,从而以相对简便的方法达到分子裁剪的目的.     

纳米ZnO修饰电极的制备及其对血红蛋白, 细胞色素c的直接电化学研究

A novel electrochemical method as a sensitive and convenient technique for the determination of heme proteins based on their interaction with ZnO nanorods was developed. A ZnO nanorod modified glassy carbon electrode (ZnO/GCE) was prepared and the electrochemical behaviors of heme proteins, such as hemoglobin (HB) and cytochrome c (Cyt-c), on this modified electrode have been studied. The results showed that both HB and Cyt-c could be oxidized on the modified electrode and the oxidation currents were linear to the concentrations of the analytes in aqueous solutions. In addition, the results of flow injection analysis (FIA) further suggested the high stability and reproducibility of the ZnO nanorod modified electrode. So this method can be applied to the determination of HB and Cyt-c in biological systems.     

(2+2)RESONANCE-ENHANCED MULTIPHOTON IONIZATION-FRAGMENTATION STUDY OF DIMETHYLAMINE

The multiphoton ionization spectra of dimethylamine are given in the 445-470 nm region. A time of flight mass spectrometer was used,and experiment was done under collision free condition. It is found that (2+2) resonance enhanced multiphoton ionization through (n_N,3s) Rydberg state produces parent ions which endure pseudo-α and C—N bond cleavages. The former forms CH₃N⁺H=CH₂ ions,and the latter gives CH₂=N⁺H₂ ions .     

甲胺分子多光子电离质谱研究

胜多光子电离飞行时间质谱法，利用可调谐脉冲激光器，测得了甲胺分子在不同激光波长和激光功率下的多光子电离和解离产物。母体离子ＣＨ３ＮＨ＾＋２的离解速常数随激光发波长的增大而减小。     

糖基转移酶抑制剂研究进展

糖基转移酶是糖蛋白、糖脂中糖链生物合成的关键酶之一, 其活性的非正常表达与肿瘤、免疫系统等疾病的发生、发展有密切关系, 其抑制剂可以用于抗肿瘤、抗免疫系统等疾病的新药研发. 综述了近年来合成的各类糖基转移酶抑制剂的结构及活性研究进展.     

大面积LaBr3:Ce闪烁探测器伽马灵敏度和时间响应测量

在60Co放射性标准源场中,对国内新研制的大面积LaBr3∶Ce闪烁探测器伽马灵敏度进行了测量,并用GD100光电管分别与LYSO:Ce、ST401闪烁体构成闪烁探测器的伽马灵敏度进行了对比分析;应用CΓC-67型三通道的ns快脉冲辐射源对这种大面积新型闪烁晶体本身的时间响应特性进行了测量.实验测量结果表明:直径76 mm的大面积LaBr3∶Ce闪烁探测器伽马灵敏度与LYSO∶Ce、ST401闪烁探测器的同体积归一灵敏度比分别超过5和200;时间响应前沿2.56 ns,后沿56 ns,半高宽23.56 ns,衰减时间25.45 ns.
