建立了杜仲中京尼平甙酸的硅胶柱色谱分离纯化及反相高效液相色谱/液相色谱-电喷雾质谱/核磁共振(RP-HPLC/LC-ESI-MS/NMR)鉴定方法。杜仲皮经粉碎后,用70%乙醇提取,提取液经减压蒸馏至干,再用甲醇溶解,然后吸附于硅胶上,并以不同体积比的氯仿-甲醇混合液按洗脱剂的极性由小到大进行洗脱,以RP-HPLC法检测洗脱液中物质的种类和含量。结果表明:洗脱剂为氯仿-甲醇(体积比为8∶1)的洗脱液经分析为单一组分,其保留时间为5.142 min;以对照品京尼平甙酸添加法测定,其峰高增加;相关紫外光谱和红外光谱检测结果与京尼平甙酸对照品基本一致;结合LC-ESI-MS、 1H-NMR和13C-NMR等测定,确定该洗脱组分为京尼平甙酸。 相似文献

LED显示屏的图像显示质量一直是显示行业内重点关注的问题,而LED显示屏的白平衡参数决定了其复现和还原的显示图像的亮度和色调,是影响图像显示质量的重要因素。一般情况下,显示屏的白平衡由红、绿、蓝三基色的亮度配平比例确定,而且该配平比例相对稳定;但是对于LED的各个基色来说,环境因素的变化会引起基色参量的变化,从而导致显示屏白平衡的漂移,严重影响图像显示质量。本文基于色度学理论和LED显示特性,构建了特定LED显示颜色空间模型;并在设定颜色空间探究不同温度环境各个基色仅在亮度变化条件下对白平衡参数的影响,重点研究了在温度波动条件下白平衡的漂移规律以及显示图像产生的色调的畸变情况;通过归纳不同波动参数定量分析温度变化对LED显示屏白平衡主要参数的影响,为高清LED显示控制系统提供较有价值的图像修正理论依据,有助于提升高端LED显示产品的显示质量。 相似文献

A method for the determination of the migration of 14 endocrine disruptors(bisphenol A,bisphenol E,bisphenol F,bisphenol S,bisphenol B,bisphenol Z,bisphenol AF,bisphenol AP,tetrabromobisphenol A, tetrachlorobisphenol A,octylphenol,4-n-octylphenol,4-nonylphenol and 4-n-nonylphenol)in food packaging materials by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. The samples were soaked in water,4% acetic acid solution,10% ethanol solution,50% ethanol solution,olive oil,simulated sweat and simulated saliva. The soakings were purified by solvent extraction or Oasis HLB solid phase extraction. After separation by a Waters Atlantis™ T3 column,the samples were determined by multiple reaction monitoring mode with electrospray negative ion source,and quantified by matrix external standard method. The linear correlation coefficients of 14 endocrine disruptors were 0.9901-0.9986,the recoveries were 82.3%-108.7% with the relative standard deviations of 0.8%-6.8%,the limits of detection were 0.1-0.5 μµg/L and the limits of quantification were 0.3-1.5 μµg/L. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. Imidacloprid mesoporous surface molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was rapidly synthesized by one[1]step method, with imidacloprid as template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinker. The characterization of MIP was completed by SEM, TEM, FT-IR, and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms. The adsorption conditions were optimized. At the imidacloprid concentration of 100 µg/mL, MIP reached adsorption saturation and the adsorption time was shorter than that of the corresponding non-imprinted polymer (NIP), with the saturated adsorption value of 3.628 mg/g, and the imprinting factor of 1.27, indicating that the mesoporous structure and surface imprinting improved the mass transfer rate of imidacloprid in the adsorption process, so as to improving the adsorption capacity. In addition, under the same conditions, the adsorption capacity of MIP for imidacloprid was higher than acetamiprid, thiacloprid and thiamethoxam, indicating that MIP had better specific recognition ability. The imidacloprid mesoporous surface MIP can be prepared simply and rapidly, which may be a potential material in the field of sample pretreatment and rapid detection. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. 儿童通过手、口等途径接触儿童消费品时,双酚A等酚类物质会通过唾液或汗液迁移到体内,影响儿童健康,而关于唾液和汗液中酚类物质迁移量检测的报道较少,因此进行了题示研究。将样品剪碎或粉碎成粒径小于2mm的颗粒,分取1.00g,加入20mL模拟汗液或模拟唾液,浸泡2.0h后分取10mL过活化好的Oasis HLB固相萃取柱,用5mL水淋洗,8mL甲醇洗脱。收集洗脱液,氮吹至近干,用30%(体积分数)甲醇溶液稀释至2.0mL,过0.22μm滤膜。滤液进入液相色谱-串联质谱仪,目标物在AtlantisTMT3色谱柱上以不同体积比的水和体积比1∶1的甲醇-乙腈混合溶液进行梯度洗脱分离,以电喷雾离子源负离子模式电离,以多反应监测模式检测,以基质匹配法定量。结果显示:14种酚类物质的质量浓度分别在0.1~20.0μg·L-1(双酚A、双酚AF和四氯双酚A)和0.5~100.0μg·L-1(其他11种酚类物质)内与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.3~1.5μg·kg-1。按标准加入法进行回收试验,模拟汗液和模拟唾液中14种酚类物质... 相似文献
