Vanadium oxide thin films deposited on indium tin oxide glass by radio—frequency magnetron sputtering

Highly oriented VO₂(B), VO₂(B) + V₆O₁₃ films were grown on indium tin oxide glass by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. Single phase V₆O₁₃ films were obtained from VO₂(B) +V₆O₁₃ films by annealing at 480℃ in vacuum. The vanadium oxide films were characterized by x-ray diffraction and x-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS). It was found that the formation of vanadium oxide films was affected by substrate temperature and annealing time, because high substrate temperature and annealing were favourable to further oxidation. Therefore, the formation of high valance vanadium oxide films was realized. The V₆O₁₃ crystalline sizes become smaller with the increase of annealing time. XPS analysis revealed that the energy position for all the samples was almost constant, but the broadening of the V_2p3/2 line of the annealed sample was due to the smaller crystal size of V₆O₁₃.     

对新一版《光学手册》的印象

李景镇教授主编的新版《光学手册》一书（分上、下两册）已经在2010年由陕西科学技术出版社出版．前一版《光学手册》是20世纪80年代初由龚祖同先生提出,在严济慈和王大珩先生的支持下于1986年出版的．新版《光学手册》和前一版《光学手册》的出版时间相隔了25年,和前一版《光学手册》相比较,新版《光学手册》有哪些特点呢？

相变前后VO2薄膜光学性质的研究

测量了玻璃、熔融石英及蓝宝石衬底上VO2 薄膜变温过程的红外透过率谱 ,对样品相变前后的光学性质进行了研究。特定温度下VO2 薄膜发生相变 ,其光学性质随之发生突变。不同衬底、不同制作工艺影响相变发生的温度以及相变前后光学性质的变化量。蓝宝石衬底上磁控溅射所得的VO2 膜 5 μm处透过率的减小量ΔT为 70 % ,相对变化ΔT TRT为 94 % ,玻璃衬底上磁控溅射所得的VO2 膜 2 5 μm处ΔT =6 4 2 % ,而ΔT TRT高达 98% ,接近于 1。     

Surface oxidation of vanadium dioxide films prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering

This paper reports that the thermochromic vanadium dioxide films were deposited on various transparent substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering, and then aged under circumstance for years. Samples were characterized with several different techniques such as x-ray diffraction, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and Raman, when they were fresh from sputter chamber and aged after years, respectively, in order to determine their structure and composition. It finds that a small amount of sodium occurred on the surface of vanadium dioxide films, which was probably due to sodium ion diffusion from soda-lime glass when sputtering was performed at high substrate temperature. It also finds that aging for years significantly affected the nonstoichiometry of vanadium dioxide films, thus inducing much change in Raman modes.     

TmYb共掺氟氧化物玻璃的间接上转换敏化发光的研究

研究了Tm(0.1)Yb(10.9)氟氧化物玻璃在800nm半导体激光激发下的间接上转换敏化发光现象.通过Tm(0.1)Yb(3)：ZBLAN玻璃和Tm(0.1)Yb(10.9)氟氧化物玻璃中Tm³⁺离子上转换发光的比较研究,发现在间接上转换敏化的情况下,Tm(0.1)Yb(10.9)氟氧化物玻璃中Tm³⁺离子的上转换发光极大地增强,超过了Tm(0.1)Yb(3)：ZBLAN玻璃的水平.说明在此类上转换激发机制下,有着较高的稀土溶解度和较大的截止声子能量的材料可能有最佳的上转换效率,它将可能有比目前最好的ZBLAN材料高许多的上转换发光强度,这对于上转换研究迅速走向实际应用有重大的意义.目前尚未见到其他类似研究报道. 关键词：     

NON-RESONANT UPCONVERSION ENERGY TRANSFER OF CRYSTAL ErP5O14

This paper reports the upconversion luminescence phenomenon of crystal ErP₅ O₁₄ in ultraviolet to blue-green wave range induced by red DCM dye laser. The upconversion passage of each upconversion fluorescence is confirmed. It is found that the upconversion mechanism is mainly non-resonant upconversion energy transfers between rare earth ions when laser wavelength is near 650 nm. It is very interesting that the non-resonant upconversion energy transfer is achieved directly through a kind of coupling state of rare earth ion cluster and the ions do not exchange their phonon energy with crystal lattice.     

飞秒钛宝石光学频率梳的精密锁定

经相位锁定后的飞秒钛宝石光学频率梳已经广泛用于绝对光频的测量，这是光频标领域一个革命性的突破.在自建的90MHz飞秒钛宝石激光器的基础上首先采用光子晶体光纤将其光谱展宽到一个光倍频程，接着利用锁相环技术分别将重复频率和载波包络频移同时高精度地锁定到一台稳定度为6×10^－14的Cs钟上，进而得到了稳定度相同的飞秒光学频率梳.
