HVOF制备的多峰WC-12Co涂层摩擦磨损特性

本文采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺制备了2种多峰结构和1种亚微米结构WC-12Co涂层,并采用SEM、XRD等方法对3种涂层进行了显微组织、孔隙率、相结构及显微硬度分析;在进行涂层球盘摩擦磨损试验的基础上,探讨了多峰WC-12Co涂层的磨损机理.研究结果表明:由含30% 纳米WC-12Co的粉末制备的多峰涂层WC氧化脱碳程度最低,显微硬度最高;采用含50%纳米WC-12Co的粉末制备的多峰涂层孔隙率最低、耐磨损性能最为优良.     

Low beta spoke cavity multipacting analysis

The simulation and analysis for electron multipacting phenomenon in a low β spoke superconducting cavity in ADS proton accelerator are proposed. Using both CST and Track3P codes, the electron multipacting calculation for β=0.12 spoke superconducting cavity is implemented. The methods of multipacting calculation on both codes are studied and described. With the comparison between the calculation results and the cavity vertical test result, the accuracy and reliability of different codes on calculating multipacting are analyzed. Multipacting calculation can help to understand the results of vertical test and also can help to do the optimization in cavity design.     

Horizontal test for BEPC 500 MHz spare cavity

The horizontal test for the BEPC 500 MHz spare cavity has been completed at IHEP. The maximum voltage of the cavity reached 2.17 MV, while Q 0 was 5.78 × 108 . The process and results of the high power horizontal test are presented and discussed in this paper.     

BEPCⅡ国产500 MHz超导腔运行综述

北京正负电子对撞机二期(BEPCⅡ),国产500 MHz超导腔经过紧张的安装调试于2017年10月正式投入带束流运行。首先对此国产超导腔两次降温调试的相关参数进行了监测和对比分析;其次研究了通过高功率老练的方法改善超导腔的品质因数,并实时监测超导腔老练过程中的辐射剂量;最后对超导腔的带束流运行情况进行了介绍分析。结果表明：BEPCⅡ国产500 MHz超导腔虽然放置了6年,但是状态良好,通过高功率老练能够降低超导腔的辐射剂量,改善其性能,完全满足束流运行要求。     

A tuning system for BEPCⅡ

The tuning system plays a very important role when a superconducting cavity is in operation. It cooperates with other control loops to adjust the cavity frequency with high precision, reduce the reflection power, guarantee the stability of beam, and ensure the safety of the superconducting cavity. This paper focuses mainly on the tuning system working principle, the working state and problems that Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC ) has encountered during operation.     

A digital low-level radio-frequency system R&D for a 1.3 GHz nine-cell cavity

To test and verify the performance of the digital low-level radio-frequency (LLRF) and tuner system designed by the IHEP RF group, an experimental platform with a retired KEK 1.3 GHz nine-cell cavity is set up. A radio-frequency (RF) field is established successfully in the cavity and the frequency of the cavity is locked by the tuner in ±0.5° (about ±1.2 kHz) at room temperature. The digital LLRF system performs well in a five-hour experiment, and the results show that the system achieves field stability at amplitude <0.1% (peak to peak) and phase <0.1° (peak to peak). This index satisfies the requirements of the International Linear Collider (ILC), and this paper describes this closed-loop experiment of the LLRF system.     

高碘酸钾氧化中性红褪色催化动力学光度法测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)

基于3.2×10-4mol/LH2SO4介质中,痕量硒(Ⅳ)催化KIO4氧化中性红的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)的动力学光度法。在固定加热时间段(6min)后,于530nm处测定中性红的吸光度降低值监控反应速率。方法检出限为0.36μg/L,校准曲线的质量浓度线性范围为0～8.0μg/L。实验了酸度、反应物浓度、温度、反应时间、干扰离子等因素的影响。研究了反应的最佳条件,并测定了一些动力学参数,催化反应的表观活化能为81.60kJ/mol。11次重复测定0.1μg/25mL和0.2μg/25mLSe(Ⅳ)的相对标准偏差分别为2.1%和1.9%。方法用于食品和人发样品中痕量硒(Ⅳ)的测定,相对标准偏差为0.33%～3.8%,加标回收率为96.0%～103.0%。     

BEPCⅡ超导腔失效分析

以北京正负电子对撞机(BEPCII)超导腔为例,通过监测运行中超导腔的主要参数,如腔压、输入功率、调谐角等,并与理论计算相比较的方法,对超导腔失效常见的几种原因,包括：高频系统硬件故障、束流丢失以及调谐器机械运动不畅等,进行了分析,重点解决了调谐器机械运动不畅导致超导腔失效这一比较复杂的问题。这些分析为减少BEPCII高频故障,增加BEPCII运行可靠性提供了重要参考。     

Selection of quantum path in high-order harmonics and isolated sub-100 attosecond generation in few-cycle spatially inhomogeneous laser fields

We theoretically study the selection of the quantum path in high-order harmonics(HHG) and isolated attosecond pulse generation from a one-dimensional(1D) model of a H_2~+ molecule in few-cycle inhomogeneous laser fields.We show that the inhomogeneity of the laser fields play an important role in the HHG process.The cutoff of the harmonics can be extended remarkably,and the harmonic spectrum becomes smooth and has fewer modulations.We investigate the time-frequency profile of the time-dependent dipole,which shows that the short quantum path is enhanced and the long quantum path disappears in spatially inhomogeneous fields.The semi-classical three-step model is also applied to illustrate the physical mechanism of HHG.The influence of driving field carrier-envelop phase(CEP) on HHG is also discussed.By superposing a series of properly selected harmonics,an isolated attosecond pulse(IAP) with duration 53 as can be obtained by a 15-fs,1600-nm laser pulse with the parameter ε = 0.0013(e is the parameter that determines the order of inhomogeneity of the laser field).
