金属-碳管复合结构的计算力学研究

系统地研究了金属-碳纳米管复合结构的力学行为,考察了单轴压缩载荷作用下填充管的临界屈曲应变对管内金属原子数目的依赖性,分析了管的几何特征,包括管径、管长及手性,对填充管变形与力学行为的影响,并与连续体力学模型的预测进+行了对比分析.本文的研究结果对金属-碳管复合结构的理论研究和工程应用都具有较好的指导意义.     

一阶线性模糊微分方程的解

利用文[8]中的扩展原理求解了一阶线性模糊微分方程,给出了解可表示的条件,讨论了同其他求解方法之间的关系,最后给出了具体算例。     

PbO对YAG∶Ce3+发光性能的影响

在YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉中加入黄色PbO,得到YAG∶Ce3+,Pb2+荧光粉。比较了PbO掺入前后荧光粉的发射光谱,结果表明:PbO的加入可以使Ce3+的黄光发射发生红移,增加了光谱的红光成分;同时,Ce3+的发射强度也有所增加,形貌表明PbO可能起助熔作用,在PbO的含量为5%时,强度增加10%。比较YAG∶Ce3+,Pb2+和YAG∶Ce3+的温度特性曲线,证明YAG∶Ce3+,Pb2+荧光粉的温度特性好于YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉。

对毛细管区带电泳与反相液相色谱分离一组亲水性(Gly)_n小肽选择性的差异作了对比,同时考察了小肽分子结构以及温度变化对小肽迁移行为的影响。

Optical Planar Waveguides in KTiOPO4 Crystals by MeV Oxygen Ion Implantation

We report on the optical planar waveguide formation in KTiOPO4 crystals by single or double oxygen ion implantation at energies of 2.4-3.0 MeV and doses of 1015 ions/cm^2. The dark-line spectroscopy properties are investigated by a prism-coupling method. With an effective refractive index method, the refractive index profiles of the waveguides are reconstructed. The program code TRIM＇98 （transport of ions in matter） is used to simulate the implantation process of oxygen ions into the KTiOPO4 crystal. It is found that an inherent relationship exists between the nuclear damage and the refractive index changes induced by the ion-beam implantation.

In the absence of any ligand, a recoverable palladium（O） on poly（vinylpyrrolidone） （PVP） catalyzed Suzuki reaction of aryl iodide and bromide with potassium aryltrifluoroborate was developed. The reaction conditions involved the use of water as the solvent, potassium carbonate as the base, and PVP supported palladium metal colloids as the catalyst. The palladium metal could be recovered and recycled for eight consecutive trials without significant loss of its activity.

多点流场压力实时测量系统的研制是为了测量某设备内部的各种液体或气体等参数的流动情况，实时地监测设备内部的流动参数的变化情况，准确得到压力测量值，并对所测的压力分布数据进行分析、判断，找出流场参数对设备性能的影响。     

Effects of SiNx on two-dimensional electron gas and current collapse of A1GaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors

SiNx is commonly used as a passivation material for AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs). In this paper, the effects of SiN x passivation film on both two-dimensional electron gas characteristics and current collapse of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs are investigated. The SiNx films are deposited by high- and low-frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition, and they display different strains on the AlGaN/GaN heterostructure, which can explain the experiment results.
