基于气体吸附法和压汞法对页岩孔隙结构的研究1)

四川盆地威远、渝西地区下志留统龙马溪组页岩广泛发育,为定量研究该区页岩孔隙结构特征,以威远、渝西地区页岩样品为例,运用二氧化碳吸附、低温氮吸附和高压压汞等实验技术,研究了目标储层的孔隙结构及孔径分布特征。结果表明,微孔发育主要集中于0.45 ~ 0.65 nm之间,介孔发育主要集中于2 ~5 nm之间,宏孔发育相对较差且分布不均匀;比表面积与微孔成正相关性,主要孔隙类型是细颈广体的墨水瓶孔等无定形孔隙,并含有一定量四周开放的平行板孔。     

超导隧道结中的电流相位关系

计算了等自旋配对超导隧道结中的直流Josephson电流.结果表明,当两侧超导体中配对势的轨道对称性分别属于磁点群D₄的A不可约表示和 ²E不可约表示的情况下,电流相位关系是I∝sin4φ. 关键词： 超导隧道结 Josephson电流     

Anisotropy of p-wave Josephson junction

<正>The anisotropy of the dc Josephson current in the superconducting junctions of the p-wave equal spin pairing symmetry is theoretically investigated by the Furusaki-Tsukada-like formula.The current phase relations exhibit different oscillation periods and different phase shifts for the current along different directions,respectively.     

Impurity Effects at Surfaces of a Photon-Dressed Bi_2Se_3 Thin Film

We investigate the impurity effects on surfaces of a thin film topological insulator, applied by an off-resonant circular polarized light. It is found that the off-resonant driving induces a quantized total Hall conductivity, when the driving strength is larger than a critical value and the Fermi level lies in the band gap, indicating that our system is converted into the topological phase. We also find that with the increasing disorder strength, the Dirac masses of top and bottom surfaces are renormalized and then fixed to half of their initial values, respectively,which will shrink the widths of the half-integer plateau of anomalous Hall conductivities.
