ns脉冲激光对K9玻璃的破坏实验

 采用高速PIN光电探测器和高带宽的数字存储示波器，实时检测透射光脉冲和散射光脉冲的变化特征，并将之用作材料破坏的光学判据，测量得到K9玻璃在1.06μm纳秒脉冲激光作用下的能量损伤阈值约18mJ，相应的能量密度阈值为1.0kJ/cm²。通过分析透射光脉冲和散射光脉冲的特征，给出了材料的破坏时刻，并推断出K9玻璃所能承受的极限光强为10¹⁵W/m²。研究了能量透过率与泵浦能量的关系，并初步探讨了透明材料的破坏机理。结果表明：在多纵模激光的作用下，透明光学材料破坏是电离击穿与自聚焦效应综合作用的结果。     

Analysis of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in soil using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) is used to determine the total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) in soil.Quantitative determinations are conducted using the line intensity of the analyte element and element concentration.Calibration models are obtained using ten samples for TN and seven samples for TP.The rest samples are used to validate the results.Strong linear correlations are obtained from the determined TN and TP concentrations.LIBS is a powerful tool for analyzing soil samples to determine nutrient elements by selecting calibration and validation samples with similar matrix composition.

烟草叶肉原生质体的漂浮电介质电泳研究

本文根据电介质电泳理论,首次对单个烟草叶肉细胞原生质体进行了电介质电泳漂浮实验。对单个原生质体在频率10Hz—15MHz的范围内测定了不同电导率(12.5μs/cm—520μs/cm)下的电介质电泳频谱,并根据实验数据计算了单个原生质体的膜电容C_m,数值为0.40±0.03μF/cm~2。本文还根据实验数据对细胞电融合过程中的原生质体偶极相互作用进行了分析,得出当施加外电场E_c=1.5kV/cm的情况下,两细胞之间的偶极相互作用压力π_d在频率高于20kHz时将显著地大于膜电压产生的压力π_m,成为膜穿孔的主要原因,这将为改进细胞电融合方案提供了新的依据。     

完备度量空间中集值映象的几个不动点定理

研究了完备度量空间中集值映象序列的不动点性质，得到了几十新的不动点定理，并指出了参考文献中的一个错误。     

Crystal thickness and sphere dispersion dependence of the photonic band gap of silica colloidal crystals

Experimental results demonstrate that the band gap of colloidal suspension crystal changes with both the thickness of crystal and the dispersity of micro-spheres.As the thickness decreases,a red shift of band gap is observed,and there is a maximum of red shift.The values of the maximum red shifts are dependent on the standard deviations of micro-spheres.The experimental results are consistent with theoretical calculation.As the colloidal suspension crystal is assembled from micro-spheres with a standard deviation of 8.4% in a thick cell,an incident angles independent broadband is observed,which is explained as an amorphous structure.Two amorphous models are discussed.     

Broad Omnidirectional Reflection Band Forming using the Combination of Fibonacci Quasi－Periodic and Periodic One－Dimensional Photonic Crystals

By combining two Fibonacci quasi-periodic structures and a periodic structure to form a heterostructure, abroad omnidirectional reflection band is obtained. From the numerical results performed by the transfer matrixmethod, it is found that the reflection bands of the two Fibonacci quasi-periodic sub-structures and the periodicsub-structure can be compensated for each other. This method is expected to be useful in constructing a one-dimensional quasi-periodic photonic crystal structure with a broad omnidirectional reflection band.
