为了从结构方面改善Capstone C30微型燃气轮机燃烧室性能,选用预混燃料喷嘴入射角分别为25°、30°、35°、40°、45°来研究燃烧室的流场、温度场、NO_x生成分布。通过Fluent数值模拟软件,采用Standardk-ε双方程模型来封闭求解N-S方程,有限速率/涡耗散模型模拟燃烧化学反应,热力型和快速型NO_x模拟燃烧生成的NO_x,SIMPLE算法进行流场计算。结果表明:在入口条件不变的情况下,随着入射角不断变大,回流区尺寸不断增加,有利于稳定燃烧,流场分布更为合理,而出口温度不均匀系数和NO_x排放浓度震荡变化,综合分析,当入射角为45°时是最佳入射角,NO_x排放浓度和出口温度不均匀系数均有大幅改善。  相似文献

We report a theoretical study of pumped spin currents in a silicene-based pump device, where two time-dependent staggered potentials are introduced through the perpendicular electric fields and a magnetic insulator is considered in between the two pumping potentials to magnetize the Dirac electrons. It is shown that giant spin currents can be generated in the pump device because the pumping can be optimal for each transport mode, the pumping current is quantized. By controlling the relevant parameters of the device, both pure spin currents and fully spin-polarized currents can be obtained.Our results may shed a new light on the generation of pumped spin currents in Dirac-electron systems.  相似文献

We investigate the spin-dependent electron transport in single and double normal/ferromagnetic/normal zigzag graphene nanoribbon (NG/FG/NG) junctions.The ferromagnetism in the FG region originates from the spontaneous magnetization of the zigzag graphene nanoribbon.It is shown that when the zigzag-chain number of the ribbon is even and only a single transverse mode is actived,the single NG/FG/NG junction can act as a spin polarizer and/or a spin analyzer because of the valley selection rule and the spin-exchange field in the FG,while the double NG/FG/NG/FG/NG junction exhibits a quantum switching effect,in which the on and the off states switch rapidly by varying the cross angle between two FG magnetizations.Our findings may shed light on the application of magnetized graphene nanoribbons to spintronics devices.  相似文献

We study the possible topological phase in a one-dimensional(1D) quantum wire with an oscillating Rashba spin–orbital coupling in real space. It is shown that there are a pair of particle–hole symmetric gaps forming in the bulk energy band and fractional boundary states residing in the gap when the system has an inversion symmetry. These states are topologically nontrivial and can be characterized by a quantized Berry phase ±π or nonzero Chern number through dimensional extension. When the Rashba spin–orbital coupling varies slowly with time, the system can pump out 2 charges in a pumping cycle because of the spin flip effect. This quantized pumping is protected by topology and is robust against moderate disorders as long as the disorder strength does not exceed the opened energy gap.  相似文献
