China's first interest rate hike during the last decade, aiming to cool down the seemingly overheated real estate market, had aroused more caution on housing market. This paper aims to analyze the housing price dynamics after an unanticipated economic shock, which was believed to have similar properties with the back ward- looking expectation models. The analysis of the housing price dynamics is based on the cobweb model with a simple user cost affected demand and a stock-flow supply assumption. Several nth-order delay rational difference equations are set up to illustrate the properties of housing dynamics phenomena, such as the equilibrium or oscillations, overshoot or undershoot and convergent or divergent, for a kind of heterogeneous backward-looking expectation models. The results show that demand elasticity is less than supply elasticity is not a necessary condition for the occurrence of oscillation. The housing price dynamics will vary substantially with the heterogeneous backward-looking expectation assumption and some other endogenous factors. 相似文献

When using H∞ techniques to design decentralized controllers for large systems,the whole system is divided into subsystems, which are analysed using H∞ control theorybefore being recombined. An analogy was established with substructural analysis instructural mechanics, in which H∞ decentralized control theory corresponds to substructuralmodal synthesis theory so that the optimal H∞ norm of the whole system corresponds to thefundamental vibration frequency of the whole structure. Hence, modal synthesismethodology and the extended Wittrick-Williams algorithm were transplanted from structuralmechanics to compute the optimal H∞ norm of the control system. The orthogonality and theexpansion theorem of eigenfunctions of the subsystems H∞ control are presented in part(I) of the paper. This paper applies a Hamiltonian method to study analytically the stress dis- tributions of orthotropic two-dimensional elasticity in(x,z)plane for arbitrary boundary conditions without beam assumptions.It is a method of separable variables for partial differential equations using displacements and their conjugate stresses as unknowns.Since coordinates(x,z)can not be easily separated,an alternative symplectic expansion is used. Similar to the Hamiltonian formulation in classical dynamics,we treat the x coordinate as time variable so that z becomes the only independent coordinate in the Hamiltonian ma- trix differential operator.The exponential of the Hamiltonian matrix is symplectic.There are homogenous solutions with constants to be determined by the boundary conditions and particular integrals satisfying the loading conditions.The homogenous solutions consist of the eigen-solutions of the derogatory zero eigenvalues(zero eigen-solutions) and that of the well-behaved nonzero eigenvalues(nonzero eigen-solutions).The Jordan chains at zero eigenvalues give the classical Saint-Venant solutions associated with aver- aged global behaviors such as rigid-body translation,rigid-body rotation or bending.On the other hand,the nonzero eigen-solutions describe the exponentially decaying localized solutions usually ignored by Saint-Venant's principle.Completed numerical examples are newly given to compare with established results. 相似文献

Exact solutions in form of elementary functions were derived for the stress and electric displacement intensity factors of a circular crack in a transversely isotropic piezoelectric space interacting with various stress and charge sources: force dipoles, electric dipoles, moments, force dilatation and rotation. The circular crack includes penny-shaped crack and external circular crack and the locations and orientations of these resultant sources with respect to the crack are arbitrary. Such stress and charge sources may model defects like vacancies, foreign particles, and dislocations. Numerical results are presented at last. 相似文献

The topological bifurcation diagrams and the coefficients of bifurcation equation were obtained by C-L method. According to obtained bifurcation diagrams and combining control theory, the method of robust control of periodic bifurcation was presented, which differs from generic methods of bifurcation control. It can make the existing motion pattern into the goal motion pattern. Because the method does not make strict requirement about parametric values of the controller, it is convenient to design and make it. Numerical simulations verify validity of the method. 相似文献
