锆对铂重整催化剂性能的影响规律

以正庚烷的转化为探针反应 ,研究了添加元素锆对铂重整催化剂性能的影响规律。结果表明 ,在 4 50℃和连续流动条件下 ,Pt/γ -Al2 O3催化剂中引入锆不仅能够提高铂催化剂的稳定性和芳构化产率、抑制氢解和异构化 ,而且能使铂催化剂保持初活性。锆含量在 0 .56%左右 ,其调变作用最为显著。     

MORPHOLOGY OF VULCANIZED EPDM/PP BLEND THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMERS

Dynamic vulcanization of rubber in rubber/plastic blend thermoplastic elastomers poses challenge to the traditional concept on morphology of thermoplastic elastomers. TEM and SEM micrographs of OsO_4-stained samples and samples with EPDM dissolved by heptane or etched with CrO_3/H_2SO_4 reveal that the blends with uncrosslinked EPDM have a predominant component as the continuous phase, while the blends with crosslinked EPDM always have PP as the continuous phase even at R/P>50/50. In the latter case, crosslinked EPDM exists as the micro-domains imbedded in the PP matrix. This explains the plasticity and higher strength of the crosslinked blends.     

钕对Mg-5Al-1Si高温蠕变及组织性能的影响

研究了不同Nd含量对Mg-5Al-1Si镁合金的高温蠕变性能影响, 对析出相进行了分析, 研究了微观组织与力学性能的关系. 研究结果表明, 该合金中的主要强化相Mg2Si呈粗大的汉字状, 分布在晶界的周围, 在受到应力时, 这种汉字状相与基体的界面处易产生微裂纹, 降低合金的抗拉强度、塑性等力学性能. 在Mg-5Al-1Si合金中加入微量的Nd以后, 合金的组织得到明显的细化, 并使Mg2Si强化相形貌由粗大的汉字状转变为细小、弥散分布的颗粒状. 由于显微组织的改善, 使得Mg-5Al-1Si镁合金的室温和高温力学性能均有一定的提高, 并明显的改善了Mg-5Al-1Si的抗蠕变性能.     

油菜花粉气味成分研究

为了提高气相色谱/质谱的检出灵敏度,采用进样新方法对油菜花粉气味组分进行分离测定,对下列11种成分作了鉴定:二甲二硫;正辛烷;1,3-二甲苯,异硫氰酸丙烯酯;1,4-二甲苯;1,2-二甲苯;3,4-二甲基庚烷;二甲三硫;2-甲基-5-已烯腈;萘;对-甲氧基苯丙烯。

胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定吡哌酸

采用不同表面活性剂对吡哌酸在胶束体系中的荧光性质进行了研究，发现在酸性介质中十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对吡哌酸有较强的增敏作用，据此建立了胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定吡哌酸的新方法。方法线性范围为0．07-0．36μg／mL，检出限为0.04μg／mL，平均回收率为98．6％-101．3％，相对标准偏差为1．1％-1．2％。样品测定结果令人满意。     

CL-P507萃淋树脂分离钇铒的研究

本文以填充萃取剂2-乙基已基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯[HEH(EHP)]的树脂CL-P507为色层固定相,研究了在盐酸介质中淋洗液酸度、温度、流速对钇铒分离的影响。用钇和铒的1gD对-1g[H~ ]作图,得到了斜率均为3~-的两条直线,其表明Ln~(3 )与H~ 按1∶3进行交换反应。研究了温度对平衡分配的影响,测算了钇和铒色层反应的焓增最。CL-P507树脂的红外光谱表明色层反应是按液-液萃取机理进行的。在此基础上计算了表观平衡常数、自由能和熵的变化。给出了钇铒分离的适宜条件,并对CL-P507树脂颗粒及其表面结构作了扫描电子显微镜观察。     

硅钼杂多阴离子薄膜修饰电极的研究和应用—线性扫描伏安法测定水中可溶性

本研究了以玻碳电极为基体的１：１２硅钼杂多酸根修饰电极的制备及其电化学行为，将１２－ＭＳＡ电极应用于线性扫描伏安法测定天然水中可溶性硅酸盐，结果满意，硅浓度在８．０×１０＾－７－１．７×１０＾－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，相对标准偏差（ｎ＝７）为１．８５％，加标回收率为９８．２％－１０３．６％，ＳｉＭｏ１２电极具有优良的选择性和稳定性。     

交联酚醛型咪唑啉树脂的合成与吸附性能研究

以苯酚及一氯醋酸为原料,合成了新型交联酚醛咪唑啉树脂.合成树脂对Au3 、Pt2 、Cu2 、Ag 、Hg2 、Co2 、Ni2 具有良好的吸附性能,其静态吸附容量分别为2.278mmol/g,1.530mmol/g,2.692mmol/g,2.390mmol/g,1.901mmol/g,1.644mmol/g,1.488mmol/g(25℃).吸附Cu2 、Hg2 、Ag 、Co2 的表观速率常数(k/min)分别为3.2659×10-2,1.7124×10-2,1.9611×10-2,2.8175×10-2.吸附Cu2 ,Ni2 ,Co2 和Ag 的最佳pH值分别为6.0～6.5,6.0～6.5,6.0～6.5和5.5～6.0.
