基于牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在碱性介质中对luminol-H2O2体系化学发光的增敏作用,结合流动注射化学发光技术提出了一种快速、 灵敏检测BSA的新方法。在优化条件下,检测BSA的线性范围为2.5×10-9~1.0×10-6 mol·L-1,检出限为5.8×10-10 mol·L-1,样品检测速率达112个·h-1。对1.0×10-7 mol·L-1 BSA溶液重复测定11次,相对标准偏差RSD为0.8%。该方法已成功应用于实际样品牛血清中BSA含量的测定。结合化学发光光谱和紫外可见吸收光谱,对luminol-H2O2-BSA体系可能的反应机理进行了探讨。 相似文献

Controllable synthesis of high aspect ratio Mg_2B_2O_5 nanowires and their applications in reinforced polyhydroxyalkanoate composites 下载免费PDF全文
Highly pure magnesium borate (Mg2B2O5) nanowires with an average diameter of - 30 nm, an average length of 15 μm, and a high aspect ratio of - 500 have been synthesized on a large scale via a two-step method. MgBO2(OH) nanowires with high aspect ratios were first prepared via a PVP-assisted hydrothermal technique. Using these nanowires as precursors, single crystalline Mg2B205 nanowires were synthesized by post-annealing treatment at a relatively low temperature of 700 ℃. The important effect of the MgBO2(OH)-Mg2B2O5 conversion process on the morphology of the Mg2B2O5 nanowires was investigated and it was indicated that the recrystallization process plays an important role in the protection of the one-dimensional (1D) nanostructure. Moreover, the rigidity and the toughness of the Mg2B2O5 nanowire- reinforced PHA composites were tremendously improved compared to those of the pure PHA. Low temperature photoluminescence(PL) measurements have been performed for a set of GaN/AlxGa1-xN quantum wells(QWs). The experimental results show that the optical full width at half maximum(FWHM) increases relatively rapidly with increasing Al composition in the AlxGa1-xN barrier, and increases only slightly with increasing GaN well width. A model considering the interface roughness is used to interpret the experimental results. In the model, the FWHM’s broadening caused by the interface roughness is calculated based on the triangle potential well approximation. An intra-cavity coherent coupling Michelson Er-doped fibre (EDF) laser (MCEDFL) is proposed and demonstrated. Characteristics of the MCEDFL are investigated. It is found that the MCEDFL with a polarizer can be coherent combined effectively. By the experiment based on fibre Bragg gratings (FBGs) with different reflectivity, we find that the reflectivity of the FBG play a vital role in improving the performance of the MCEDFL. This outcome adequately shows many favourable features, such as high efficiency, easy operation, and simple all-fibre configuration. 相似文献

The mutual interaction of three different defects in photonic crystals is studied theoretically. A theoretical model based on the classical wave analogue of the tight-binding (TB) picture is applied to the structure. We obtain analytic expressions for the eigenfrequencies and eigenmodes, from which the transmissions at resonance are derived. Based on this, a new type of the photonic quantum-well structure is investigated and its possible application is discussed.
