Physical and chemical properties of a durably efficacious ammonium bicarbonate as a fertilizer and its yield-increasing mechanism

A new fertilizer of cocrystal type,known as durably efficacious ammonium bicarbonate (DEAB),has been developed by adding a certain amount of dicyandiamide (DCD) as an ammonia-stabilizing agent to ammonium bearbenate(AB)during the process of its production.As compared with AB,DEAB was found to have a reduction of direct volatilization loss by 53%,a fertilizer availability period prolonged from 35-45 to 90-110 d,and an increase in the rate of nitrogen in fertilizer being utilized by 5.9%-10.2%,and a saving of the amount of fertilizer to be ap-phed by 20%-30% for the same level of yield,or an increase of the crop yield by over 10% for the same level of ni-tregen fertilization;in addition,it was found to show usually a function of promoting the crop to early mature.It can be apptied as basal dressing all in one time to soil and thus also used as a labour-saving and crop yield-increasing fertil-izer for is non-mtertillage,plastics film covering and water-saving agriculture     

抗活化血小板单克隆抗体与尿激酶杂合分子的纤溶作用

用双功能团试剂将尿激酶(UK)B链和抗人活化血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白GMP-140单克隆抗体(SZ-51)的Fab片段共价偶联。偶联的杂合分子UK-SZ-51保留了原抗体的结合专一性,它在体外的溶栓效率较尿激酶提高约5倍,其溶栓作用对血浆中纤维蛋白原的含量无影响。     

(Me3Si)2NBCl2和(Me3Si)2NB(Cl)NHSiMe3的合成及其成环反应

自从氮化硼陶瓷纤维用聚合物先驱体法[1]合成以后,硼氮六元环化合物越来越为人们所重视[2],文中在制备氮化硼纤维先驱体的过程中,合成了其中间产物,通过热缩合成环反应,合成了含有硼氮六员环的化合物,并采用色-质联用技术对其进行了表征。1　实验部分参照文献[3],改用液氮和丙酮为冷冻剂,控制温度在-50到-40℃,搅拌下向三氯化硼的正戊烷溶液中缓慢滴加三乙胺的正戊烷溶液,滴完后Ｎ2气氛下-50℃加丙酮冷凝回流2ｈ,慢慢由-50℃升至室温,抽滤即得到白色产物Ｅｔ3ＮＢＣｌ3(Ａ)。将Ａ溶于适量苯中[4,5],加入等物质的量的三乙胺,加热回流搅拌…     

二阶Dirichlet问题的三维等参元逼近及其数值积分格式

本文研究了求解三维二阶Drichlet问题的四面体等参元逼近格式.基于对等参变换的细致估计,证明了格式的收敛性,并得到了H~1-误差的最优估计.为简化等参元的复杂计算,本文还构造了一种简单的数值积分格式,并证明了其收敛性.     

基于生活实践的工程流体力学启发性教学初探

工程流体力学教学中需要强调理论与实践的有机结合.本文提出基于生活实践案例以问题链形式进行启发性工程流体力学教学.以总流能量方程及水头损失计算教学为例,设计了"自来水水龙头堵住一部分出口后水流喷射的距离和流量如何变化"这一简单生活实践问题,将重要知识点贯穿其中.教学应用效果表明,启发性、开放性的生活实践问题,能够很好地引导学生综合运用理论知识,解决实际问题,同时能够培养学生的生活观察和独立思考能力.     

学习轨迹视角下的化学教师教育课程建设机制与路径——中学化学课程与教材研究

从学习轨迹的理论视角,立足于课程能力提升取向,基于首都师范大学教师教育学院化学教育硕士必修课程“中学化学课程与教材研究”5轮实证改进的探索,揭示职前化学教师教育必修课程建设的机制与路径。学习目标确认、学习任务拆解与设计、职前教师课程能力进阶假设这3项要素之间的互动作用是课程建设的机制。课程建设路径为：知识精致→方法获得→价值确认→结果实现→学理揭示。     

微波消解-ICP-MS测定电镀污泥中的重金属

采用微波消解系统对某电镀污泥进行消解,利用ICP-MS对污泥中的重金属进行测定。称取制备后样品,置于消解罐中充分反应后,赶酸、定容后利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。电镀污泥中的铬为18845.2mg/kg、镉为10.3mg/kg、镍为5200.0mg/kg、铅为189.7mg/kg、铜为3271.7mg/kg、锌为49632.6mg/kg。测定结果表明所检测项目工作曲线线性关系好,相关系数r均大于0.999。铬加标回收率在91.6～97.7%之间、镉加标回收率在92.0～97.0%之间、镍加标回收率在95.1～98.0%之间、铅加标回收率在94.3～95.2%之间、铜加标回收率在97.1～102%之间、锌加标回收率在96.3～98.7%之间,均满足相关测定要求。计算的潜在生态危害系数、潜在生态危害指数结果表明,电镀污泥中的铬、镉、铅、铜、锌为轻微生态危害,镍为强生态危害;潜在生态危害指数RI计算值为216.69,属于中等生态危害。     

Low-Threshold Mid-Infrared Optical Parametric Oscillator Using Periodically Poled LiNbO33

We report the generation of tunable mid-infrared optical pulses using all-solid-state pumped optical parametri coscillator in a periodically poled lithium niobate. Several ways were used to lower the threshold, resulting in a mean threshold as low as 6.5mW and an achievement of wavelength conversion in the 2.77-4.04μm spectral range. Continuous tuning range from 2.97 to 3.25μm was achieved. The maximum idler output power of 466mW at the wavelength of 3.41μm was obtained, which represents an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 19% from incident pump power to the idler output.     

Mid-infrared generation based on a periodically poled LiNbO3 optical parametric oscillator

We report a nanosecond Nd:YVO_4-pumped optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based on periodically poled LiNbO_3 (PPLN). Tuning is achieved in this experiment by varying the temperature and period of the PPLN. The design of double-pass singly resonant oscillator (DSRO) and confocal cavity enables the OPO threshold to be lowered considerably, resulting in a simple, compact, all-solid-state configuration with the mid-infrared idler powers of up to 466mW at 3.41μm.     

H2O2络合凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/SiO2复合催化剂及其光催化性能

采用H2O2络合凝胶法获得钛的络合物[TiO(H2O2)]2 水溶胶,并与SiO2水溶胶包覆复合,制备了纳米TiO2/SiO2复合半导体催化剂,其结构经XRD和BET表征。以含阳离子艳红染料模拟废水降解为模型反应,考察了复合催化剂的光催化性能。实验结果表明:经650℃焙烧后的复合催化剂中TiO2粒径为9.8 nm,光催化活性最好,SiO2的最佳掺杂量为25%。
