High temperature characteristics of bilayer epitaxial graphene field-effect transistors on SiC Substrate

In this paper,high temperature direct current(DC) performance of bilayer epitaxial graphene device on SiC substrate is studied in a temperature range from 25℃ to 200℃.At a gate voltage of-8 V(far from Dirac point),the drainsource current decreases obviously with increasing temperature,but it has little change at a gate bias of +8 V(near Dirac point).The competing interactions between scattering and thermal activation are responsible for the different reduction tendencies.Four different kinds of scatterings are taken into account to qualitatively analyze the carrier mobility under different temperatures.The devices exhibit almost unchanged DC performances after high temperature measurements at 200℃ for 5 hours in air ambience,demonstrating the high thermal stabilities of the bilayer epitaxial graphene devices.     

Low-loss terahertz waveguide with InAs-graphene-SiC structure

We demonstrate a low-loss terahertz waveguide based on the InAs-graphene-SiC structure. By analyzing the terahertz waveguide proposed in this paper, we can obtain that it is the characteristic of a low transmission loss coefficient(αloss≈0.55 dB/m) for fundamental mode(LP01) when the incident frequency is larger than 3.0 THz. The critical radii of the inside and outside cylinders have been found for the high-quality transmission. The large inside radius and the high transmission frequency result in a flat transmission loss coefficient curve. As a strictly two-dimensional material, the double graphene surface rings perform better to improve the quality of transmission mode. These results provide a new idea for the research of the long-distance THz waveguide.     

基于改进的分块压缩感知红外图像重建

针对基于压缩感知理论的红外图像重建问题,提出一种基于改进的分块压缩感知红外图像重建方法。该方法首先对原始红外图像进行分块,并对每个子块用相同的观测矩阵进行随机观测,获得少量的观测数据;然后利用谱图小波变换优异的稀疏特性,将其引入平滑投影Landweber算法进行迭代优化重建,同时采用混合中值滤波进行处理以增加图像的平滑度和减少块伪影,最后输出满足要求的高质量红外图像。实验结果表明,在相同采样率下,该方法对于不同类型红外图像的重建性能均优于目前广为采用的一些小波压缩感知方法,可获得更高质量的红外图像。

Bottom-up design and assembly with superatomic building blocks

Constructing specific structures from the bottom up with artificial units is an important interdisciplinary topic involving physics, chemistry, materials, and so on. In this work, we theoretically demonstrated the feasibility of using superatoms as building blocks to assemble a complex at atomic-level precision. By using a series of actinide-based endohedral metallofullerene (EMF) superatoms that can form one, two, three and four chemical bonds, a planar complex with intra- and inter-molecular interactions was assembled on the Au(111) surface. This complex is composed of two parts, containing ten and eight superatoms, respectively. The electronic structure analysis shows that the electron density inside each part is connected and the closed-shell electronic arrangement system is designed. There is also an obvious van der Waals boundary by physical adsorption between the two parts, and a stable complex is formed. Since this complex is realized by the first-principles calculations of quantum mechanics, our results help not only achieve atomic-level precision construction with artificial superatomic units but also maintain atomic-level functional properties.     

地震作用下巨子型有控结构的半主动控制研究

在巨子型有控结构(MSCSS)的巨结构、子结构之间设置磁流变(MR)阻尼器,利用模糊神经网络建立了MR阻尼器的控制规则,并且运用遗传算法对控制器的规则库进行优化,研究了MSCSS在地震作用下的半主动控制问题。时程分析结果表明:在El-Centro地震波和Taft地震波作用下,本文建立的MR阻尼器均能很好地发挥调频子结构的减振功能,使巨结构的响应大为减小,两种地震波下结构顶层位移响应最大值的降幅分别为64%和74%,而层间位移响应的减小幅度也分别达到42%和61%。利用概率密度演化算法计算了结构在强度-频率双非平稳地震谱激励下的随机振动,计算结果显示本文对MSCSS进行的半主动控制能够使结构顶层位移均方响应峰值降低79%,提高了结构的抗震性能。     

含3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮结构查尔酮衍生物的合成及蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酯酶1B抑制活性研究

蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(PTP1B)作为胰岛素和瘦素信号转导通路的负调节因子,已成为治疗糖尿病和肥胖症的潜在靶标.为了寻找非磷酸酯类PTP1B抑制剂,设计、合成了一系列含3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮结构的新型查尔酮衍生物,并对化合物进行了PTP1B抑制活性测定.结果显示,所有化合物对PTP1B均显示出较强的抑制活性,其中化合物(E)-6-{4-[3-(4-氯苯基)-3-氧代-1-丙烯基]苄氧基}-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮(4e)和(E)-6-{4-[3-(3-溴苯基)-3-氧代-1-丙烯基]苄氧基}-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮(4i)活性最佳,IC50分别为(4.64±0.38)和(4.36±0.41)μmol/L.     

空心微球结构Au/Ag合金泡沫块体的制备

将平均晶粒尺寸为4.6 nm的金粒子通过静电作用粘附于聚苯乙烯（PS）微球表面用于化学镀,化学镀金后PS表面的金沉积层几乎达到完全包覆,厚度70~90 nm;在Au/PS表面进行化学镀银,沉积的银颗粒堆积紧密,颗粒大小较先前沉积的金颗粒大,镀覆层厚度增厚至200~400 nm;模板去除后,获得了完全自支撑的Au40Ag60空心微球结构的圆柱状泡沫材料。制备的金银合金泡沫由直径约10 m的空心球壳组成,圆柱体直径约5 mm,密度约1.2 g/cm3。
