北京化学会举行高等学校有机化学教学问题座谈会

目前高等学校有机化学教学工作中对如何处理教材,尤其是对教材中量子化学的应用,反应机制的讨论以及“四大谱”(核磁、质谱、红外、紫外)和共振理论的处理和安排等方面,存在着疑难。为此,北京化学会于1979年10月下旬,由北京化学会副理事长陈光旭教授主持举行了北京地区高等学校有机化学教学问题座谈会。王序、邢其毅、张滂、胡秉方教授等知名有机化学家以及北京大学、清华大学、北京师范大学、北京工业大学、北京农业大学、北京医学院、北京化工学院、北京师范学院、北京钢铁学院等校有机化学课程的主讲教师参加了座谈会。     

基于碘乙酸功能化树枝状聚合物的硫巯化肽段选择性富集新方法

蛋白质的硫巯化是一种重要的氧化翻译后修饰，在细胞衰老、内质网应激、血管舒张、细胞凋亡等过程中扮演重要角色。利用蛋白质组学技术表征硫巯化修饰具有十分重要的意义。该文发展了一种基于碘乙酸功能化的聚酰胺-胺树枝状聚合物（PAMAM-INS），并结合滤膜辅助的样品预处理技术用于硫巯化肽段的富集（简称FADE策略），利用FADE策略能从100倍质量干扰的牛血清白蛋白酶解产物中选择性地富集出硫巯化标准肽段。将细胞培养稳定同位素标记技术引入到FADE策略中，并将其应用于不同浓度梯度硫氢化钠刺激的SHSY5Y细胞硫巯化蛋白质组分析，共鉴定到163条硫巯化肽段。生物信息学的结果表明，硫巯化修饰可能在中枢神经系统中扮演着重要角色。     

A new Sequiterpenoid from Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng

A new sequiterpenoid compound 8aα-hydroxy-1-isopropyl-4,7-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,6,8a-hexahydro-naphthalene-2,6-dione(1),together with seven known compounds anti-HH-dimer-coumarin(2),(-)-5-exo-hydroxy-bomeol(3),O-hydroxyl cinnamic acid(4),9β-hydroxy-ageraphorone(5),10Hα-9-oxo-ageraphorone(6),10Hβ-9-oxo-ageraphorone(7)and 9-oxo-10,11-dehydroageraphorone 8,was isolated from the leaves of Eupatorium adenopho-rum Spreng.The structures were elucidated by IR,~1H and ~(13)C NMR,EIMS,HMBC and single-crystal X-ray spec-tral data.     

新颖双核钐硫酚化合物[(THF)3I2Sm(m-SAr)]2 (Ar = Ph, 4-Me2NC6H4)的合成与化合物[(THF)3I2Sm(m-S-4-Me2NC6H4)]2的晶体结构

Reactions of SmI2 in THF with ArSSAr produced two binuclear samarium thiolate complexes [（THF）3I2- Sm（μ-SAr）]2 [Ar=Ph （1）, 4-Me2NC6H4 （2）] in high yields. The structure of 2 was characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The crystal of 2 belongs to the triclinic system with space group P 1 and a=0.95705（13） nm, b= 1.22287（14） nm, c= 1.26450（14） nm, a=64.194（11）°, B=78.491（13）°, y=76.176（12）°, V= 1.2860（3） nm^3, Z= 1,μ=4.783 mm^-1, Dc= 1.964 Mg/m^3, M= 1521.19, S= 1.046, R1=0.0358, wR2=0.0910. X-ray analysis revealed that 2 is a thiolate-bridged dimer in which each Sm atom adopts a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal coordi- nation geometry.     

Ag(TCNQ)准一维微米结构的制备及表征

利用溶液化学反应法制备了准一维结构的金属有机配合物Ag(TCNQ). X射线衍射(XRD)表明，所制备的Ag(TCNQ)为晶态结构;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的观察证明，Ag(TCNQ)为准一维的微米管或线；Raman 测试结果表明，单根的Ag(TCNQ)形成时,Ag原子与TCNQ分子之间发生了电荷转移.对样品的制备工艺,即 Ag膜厚度和浸入溶液的反应时间对生成Ag(TCNQ)晶体形貌的影响进行了研究.结果表明，Ag膜越薄，生长出的晶体越稀疏;Ag膜与TCNQ乙腈溶液的反应时间影响其形貌的变化.反应历经三个阶段,晶体形成和长大阶段、反应完全阶段及溶解阶段.     

Wide-range optical sensors based on a single ring resonator with polarization multiplexing

Wide-range optical sensors based on a single ring resonator are investigated theoretically and experimentally.The sensor worked at the TE and TM modes simultaneously. Because the sensitivities of the TE mode and TM mode are different, the TE mode is used for the large measurement range, and the TM mode is used for the high sensitivity measurement. The experimental results showed that the measurement range for the TE mode was almost three times larger than that of the TM mode. A sensitivity of 233 nm/RIU was achieved for the wavelength interrogation of the TM mode.     

托卡马克中局域磁扰动引起的高能量离子损失研究

基于单粒子导心运动代码ORBIT，采用测试粒子模拟方法，研究了托卡马克等离子体内部不同径向位置处局域磁场扰动对高能量离子的损失的影响。研究表明，在局域磁扰动主要分布在某磁面附近、其环向具有类似纹波场形式下，可造成一些靠近等离子体中心区域的高能量离子损失，但对靠近等离子边界的离子损失影响相对不大。这些损失的高能量离子均为捕获离子，离子的投掷角越大就越容易损失。此外，造成高能量离子最大损失率的局域场径向位置与这些损失离子的初始径向位置通常存在一定的偏移，而且这个偏移与这些离子的能量密切相关。当局域场出现在某些位置时，能量较低的离子会有一定的损失，能量较高的离子反而不会损失。     

Two-dimensional model of elastically coupled molecular motors

A flashing ratchet model of a two-headed molecular motor in a two-dimensional potential is proposed to simulate the hand-over-hand motion of kinesins.Extensive Langevin simulations of the model are performed.We discuss the dependences of motion and efficiency on the model parameters,including the external force and the temperature.A good qualitative agreement with the expected behavior is observed.     

纯奇点范畴中的Buchweitz定理

我们定义纯奇点范畴D_(psg)~b(R)为有界纯导出范畴D_(pur)~b(R)与纯投射模构成的有界同伦范畴K~b(■)的Verdier商,得到了纯奇点范畴D_(psg)~b(R)三角等价于相对纯投射模的Gorenstein范畴的稳定范畴■的一个充分必要条件.同时,还给出三角等价D_(psg)~b(R)≌D_(psg)~b(S)的充分条件,这里R和S都是环.     

Depth resolution improvement of streak tube imaging lidar system using three laser beams

The work proposes a three-laser-beam streak tube imaging lidar system. Besides the main measuring laser beam,the second beam is used to decrease the error of time synchronization. The third beam has n+0.5 pixels' difference compared to the main measuring beam on a CCD, and it is used to correct the error caused by CCD discrete sampling. A three-dimensional(3D) imaging experiment using this scheme is carried out with time bin size of 0.066 ns(i.e., corresponding to a distance of 9.9 mm). An image of a 3D model is obtained with the depth resolution of 2 mm, which corresponds to ~0.2 pixel.
