拓扑排序是有向图的一种重要运算.用一种线性的算法得到有向无圈图的一个更趋于合理的拓扑序列.     

阻挡层电容对ACu3Ti4O12巨介电性能的影响研究

用固相反应法成功地制备了ACu3Ti4O12(A=Ca，La，Y)系列陶瓷，在50—300K温区内测量了样品的介电性能，分析了交流电导与外场频率、温度的关系.发现在相同组分的CaCu3Ti4O12晶体中相对含量大于等于0776时，样品的相对介电常数可达104；而A位上价态为3+的化合物La2/3Cu3Ti4O12和Y2/3Cu3Ti4O12相对介电常数仅为103.分析表明，样品中内部阻挡层电容数目的多少直接对ACu3Ti4O12的相对介电常数产生影响.电导与温度及频率的关系是由电子、声子与外场的共同作用决定的. 关键词： ACu3Ti4O12 巨介电 晶相含量 阻挡层电容

Waveguide structure optimization of arrayed waveguide gratings concatenation in cascaded optical add/drop multiplexers

The dimensions of input waveguide and output waveguide of arrayed waveguide gratings (AWGs) determine the crosstalk, insertion loss and 1-dB bandwidth. In cascaded optical add/drop multiplexers (OADMs), the value of these parameters will largely affect the power penalty of system. The power penalty of cascaded OADMs is calculated with different waveguide dimensions of AWGs in this paper. Considering of wavelength misalignment, an optimization design of AWGs is obtained.     

半整权模形式Fourier系数的两个注记

地于ｆ（ｚ）＝∑ａｎｅ（ｎｚ）∈Ｓｋ（Г０（Ｎ））Ｈ．Ｉｗａｎｉｅｃ＾［２］证明了ａｎ＜＜ｎ＾ｋ／２－２／７＋ε，其中ｎ为无平方因子正整数。在本文中我们将推广这个结果。     

Zntbp－CA／PhR体系的光子选通光谱烧孔

首次报道一种新的光子选通光谱烧孔体系Ｚｎｔｂｐ－ＣＡ／ＰｈＲ２０Ｋ温度下，在对应的非均匀展宽吸收带内的不同波长处实现了一系列光子选通光谱烧孔．文中就孔的温度效应、寿命、光擦除性能以及选通比值Ｇ等方面作了不同深度的讨论．     

微观核芯+两准粒子模型中热核148—158Sm的比热容及其相变

应用微观核芯+两准粒子模型制备偶148—158Sm同位素的零温度能谱, 其基态带、β带、γ带和部分高自旋态能谱值与最新实验结果符合得较好; 采用正则系综理论, 计算出核的有限温度比热容.基于比热容峰是相变信号，给出了统一描述核发生热激发模式相变、从核超流相到正常相相变和核形状相变的可能性.讨论了两准粒子顺排态能量和指认, 以及核形状的热稳定性.     

Laterally Confined Modes in Wet－Etched, Metal－Coated, Quantum－Dot－Inserted Pillar Microcavities

We report the fabrication and the measurement of microcavities whose optical eigenmodes were discrete and were well predicted by using the model of the photonic dot with perfectly reflected sidewalls. These microcavities were consisted of the semiconductor pillar fabricated by the simple wet-etched process and successive metal coating. Angle-resolved photoluminescence spectra demonstrate the characteristic emission of the corresponding eigenmodes, as its pattern revealed by varying both polar (θ) and azimuthal ( φ) angles. It is shown that the metal-coated sidewalls can provide an efficient way to suppress the emission due to the leaking modes in these pillar microcavities.     

Cohen-Eisenstein级数与Shimura提升的一个推广

引进一类半整权模形式, 它们可以看做同余子群Γ₀(4N), 其中N是无平方因子的奇正整数上的Cohen-Eisenstein级数的一个自然推广. 应用这些级数, 证明了Shimura提升在Eisenstein空间E⁺_k+1/2(4N,x_l )上的限制, 给出一个从E⁺_k+1/2(4N,x_l )到E_2k(N)的同构.
