本文把通常单人决策问题的K－T最优性条件，推广到多目标群体决策问题，首先给出了群体K－T条件的表达式，然后证明了该条件的几个必要性定理，并在非常一般的广义凸性条件下，讨论了该条件也是充分的几种情况，通常单人决策问题的有关K－T最优性的很多成果，都可视为本文结果的特例。     

Three New Diterpenoids from Euphorbia wallichii

Three new abietane diterpene lactones, 3α-hydroxyjolkinolide A (1), ent-8α, 14β-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (2) and ent-8α,14α-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (3) as well as a known abietane diterpene jolkinolide A (4) were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia wallichii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.

迁徙海龟靠地磁场找到回归路

 迁徙中的海龟如何找到回归路?美国科学家在研究多年后发现,地球磁场是海龟回家时的罗盘和地图。有关成果发表在2004年4月29日出版的英国《自然》杂志上。生殖季节到了,经过几年甚至十几年的生长已达到性成熟的海龟都踏上返回故乡的征程,到它们的出生地去生儿育女。人们将标记系在海龟身上,研究它们在海里的行动情况,发现它们并不是任意漂泊游荡,而向着目的地迅速前进。棱皮龟的游速可达每小时14千米以上。在南非塔尔标志的一只蠵龟,91天后在东非沿岸向北2500多千米处被捕到。在巴西近海柄息的棱皮龟经过8个星期的跋涉,不吃不喝,横渡1400海里,到大西洋的复活节岛上产卵。还有的记录更远,从南美洲到非洲西部,其间的距离达5920千米。     

Effect of Laser Cooling on Frequency Standard of Single Ca^＋ Ion Trapped in a Radio-Frequency Paul Trap

The source of systematic frequency shift of single-ion optical frequency standard of^40 Ca^＋ ion trapped in endcap trap and laser-cooled to a few of mK is analysed and calculated. Second-order Doppler shift, Stark shift due to micromotion and thermal motion, blackbody Stark shift and ac Stark shift are calculated for the ground state and excited 3d ^2D5/2 state. The Hertz-level measurement of the optical clock frequency in a single ^40Ca^＋ ion can be performed.     

A Novel Method for Measuring the Photo－Induced Birefringence of Photosensitive Fibres Based on a Fibre Loop ＊

We report a novel method for measuring photo-induced birefringence of photosensitive fibres based on a fibre loop.The method is simple and is only slightly affected by the surroundings. The experimental results show that thephoto-inducing normalized birefringence of the photosensitive fibre is multi-decaying-exponentially proportionalto the exposure and it can attain 10^-5.
