Generation of millimeter-wave sub-carrier optical pulse by using cascaded all-pass cavities

A novel scheme is proposed to transform an ultra-short optical pulse to a millimeter-wave frequencymodulated pulse by using the cascaded all-pass cavities （APCs）. The envelope waveform of the generated pulse train is calculated, showing effective improvement by APC cascading. The extinction ratio is analyzed with different input pulses, different cavity reflectivities, and different cascading numbers. It is shown that the cascading does not introduce much effect on the extinction ratio. Two designs by using Gires-Tournois cavity and waveguide ring resonators are proposed to realize the cascaded APC.

Local hydrated structure of an Fe2+/Fe3+ aqueous solution: an investigation using a combination of molecular dynamics and X-ray absorption fine structure methods

The hydrated shell of both Fe2+ and Fe3+ aqueous solutions are investigated by using the molecular dynamics (MD) and X-ray absorption structure (XAS) methods. The MD simulations show that the first hydrated shells of both Fe2+ and Fe3+ are characterized by a regular octahedron with an Fe-O distance of 2.08 for Fe2+ and 1.96 for Fe3+, and rule out the occurrence of a Jahn-Teller distortion in the hydrated shell of an Fe2+ aqueous solution. The corresponding X-ray absorption near edge fine structure (XANES) calculation successfully reproduces all features in the XANES spectra in Fe2+ and Fe3+ aqueous solution. A feature that is located at energy 1 eV higher than the white line (WL) in an Fe3+ aqueous solution may be assigned to the contribution of the charge transfer.

以芳香醛（1a~1d）、乙酰乙酸甲酯（乙酰乙酸乙酯）、乙酸铵和无水乙醇为原料,采用一锅法合成了5个2,6-二甲基-4-芳基-1,4-二氢吡啶衍生物（2a~2e）,其结构经¹H NMR, IR和MS(EI)表征。应用荧光光谱法和紫外光谱法研究药物分子2a与牛血清白蛋白（BSA）的相互作用。结果表明：药物分子对BSA有较强的猝灭作用,其猝灭机理为静态猝灭,药物分子与BSA间的作用力主要为疏水作用力。     

聚合物整体柱在线固相萃取/高效液相色谱法测定水果中敌灭灵与伏虫灵

构筑了以甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(EHMA)为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂的聚合物整体柱(10 mm×4.6 mm,i.d.)作为在线固相萃取吸附剂,结合高效液相色谱紫外检测器,建立了水果中苯甲酰类农药敌灭灵和伏虫灵的分析方法。构筑的聚合物整体柱结构多孔,比表面积为164.01 m~2·g~(-1),将其作为在线固相萃取净化柱,样品在0.1 m L·min~(-1)流速下经5 mmol·L~(-1)乙酸铵溶液上样,1.0 m L·min~(-1)条件下以乙腈-水(65∶35,体积比)洗脱后,进入C_(18)柱分析。该方法在0.1~50.0 mg·L~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.998),对敌灭灵和伏虫灵的检出限分别为0.007 2、0.009 mg·kg~(-1),定量下限分别为0.024、0.030mg·kg~(-1)。在0.03、0.3、1.5 mg·kg~(-1)3个加标水平下的回收率为89.5%~102%,日内和日间相对标准偏差不大于6.8%。     

聚合物整体柱固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中6种苏丹染料

以甲基丙烯酸丁酯为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,得到聚合物整体柱固相萃取小柱,将其用作固相萃取介质,结合高效液相色谱,分析测定辣椒粉和番茄酱中6种苏丹染料(对位红,苏丹I-IV和苏丹7B)。方法对6种苏丹染料在0.01~25μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数均高于0.9998。方法检出限为0.25~1.2μg/kg,在5,50和100μg/kg 3个加标浓度的平均回收率为80.5%~107.3%,相对标准偏差在5.3%~11%之间(n=6)。该整体柱对苏丹染料具有良好的净化和富集效果,同时,该萃取柱重现性良好,可以重复使用10次以上。     

气相色谱–加速溶剂萃取法测定油墨中的7种多氯联苯

建立了测定油墨中多氯联苯含量的气相色谱法。使用加速溶剂萃取法进行样品前处理,对加速萃取溶剂、萃取时间进行了优化,采用内标法定量,并对油墨样品中7种常见的多氯联苯物质含量进行了验证试验。结果表明,该方法回收率为91.0%~97.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为5.1%~8.3%(n=6),定量限为0.03 mg/kg。该方法易于操作,实验时间短,灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于油墨样品中多氯联苯含量的测定。
