Design of the low energy beam transport line for the China spallation neutron source

The design of the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) low-energy beam transport (LEBT) line, which locates between the ion source and the radio-frequency quadrupole (RFQ), has been completed with the TRACE3D code. The design aims at perfect matching, primary chopping, a small emittance growth and sufficient space for beam diagnostics. The line consists of three solenoids, three vacuum chambers, two steering magnets and a pre-chopper. The total length of LEBT is about 1.74m. This LEBT is designed to transfer 20mA of H-pulsed beam from the ion source to the RFQ. An induction cavity is adopted as the pre-chopper. The electrostatic octupole steerer is discussed as a candidate. A four-quadrant aperture for beam scraping and beam position monitoring is designed.     

A Continuous-Wave Diode-Side-Pumped Tm:YAG Laser with Output 51W

A compact diode-side-pumped Tm：YAG laser is presented, which can output 51 W of cw power at 2.02 μm. The Tm：YAG rod is side pumped by nine diode arrays with the central wavelength of 783nm and the with bandwidth of about 2.5 nm at 25^o C. To decrease the thermal effect on the both ends and dissipate the heat effectively, one composite Tm：YAG rod with the undoped YAG end caps and the screw threads on the side surface of the rod is used as the laser crystal. The maximum optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of the 2.02-μm laser output is 14.2%, with a slope effciency of 26.8%     

基于偏离-份额分析法的新疆产业结构与经济增长空间差异分析

采用偏离-份额模型,评价区域经济结构优劣和自身竞争力的强弱,说明新疆区域经济发展和衰退的原因,研究改革开放后新疆区域产业结构和区位因素对经济增长的影响作用及其类型和空间分布.结果表明,新疆绝大部分区域的经济增长水平低于全疆平均水平;由产业结构特征和区位因素所确定的不同经济发展类型的区域在空间分布上呈相对集聚趋势;接近80%的区域在经济发展过程中受区位因素限制,导致经济增长缓慢、充分体现了区位因素对新疆经济发展的阻碍作用;具有较高的发展水平和带头作用的县市都具有明显的产业结构优势,说明在恶劣的区位条件大背景下,合理的产业结构组织是实现经济快速增长的重要驱动因素.     

在硅晶体中由螺位错引起的电子散射

本文讨论硅晶体中由〈110〉螺位错引起的电子散射,用紧束缚近似只考虑s电子和p电子。用长波近似只考虑Γ附近的电子散射。此散射近似地服从基尔霍夫-惠更斯形式的积分方程。用规范变换和格林函数方法解出了散射方程。确认了在硅复杂能带的情况下也同单一能带的情况一样,在位错的下游侧出现电子波播及不到的影子。 关键词：     

Design of magnet and control of the beam emittance for Penning H－ ion source

The design requirement and principle of the deflection magnet for Magnetron and Penning H^－ ion source are discussed. It is proved that there exists a maximum emittance for the beam that may be transformed by the magnet into a state with equal Twiss parameters of α_r=α_y and β_r=β_y, which is the requisite condition to get a minimum emittance at the entrance of RFQ after transporting by a LEBT with solenoids. For this maximum emittance, the corresponding magnetic field gradient index is 1.     

Status of CSNS H- ion source

A new H^- ion source has been installed successfully and will be used to serve the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). In this paper, we report various components of the ion source, including the discharge chamber, temperature, cooling system, extraction electrodes, analyzing magnet, remote control system and so on. Compared to the previous experimental ion source, some improvements have been made to make the ion source more compact and convenient. In the present arrangement, the Penning field is generated by a pair of pole tip extensions on the 90° analyzing magnet instead of by a separate circuit. For the remote control system, F3RP61-2L is applied to the accelerator online control system for the first time. In the running of the ion source, a stable pulse H^- beam with a current of 50 mA at an energy of 50 keV is produced. The extraction frequency and pulse width is 25 Hz and 500 μs, respectively. Furthermore, an emittance scanner has been installed and measurements are in progress.     

高功率腔内双共振2μm光参量振荡器特性研究

报道了一种稳定的高功率双共振2?μm 光参量振荡器（OPO）. 该OPO使用调Q的线偏振全固态Nd∶YAG激光器作为抽运源,利用双棒串接补偿热致双折射和双Q开关正交放置技术提高了抽运源的输出功率和光束质量,通过腔内抽运单块KTP晶体实现了稳定的高功率2?μm 激光输出. 在调Q频率为5?kHz时,得到了295 W的2?μm 激光输出. 研究了OPO输出功率同KTP晶体温度和声光Q调制频率的关系,并测量了在29W时2?μm激光的功率稳定性. 在1 h内该OPO的功率起伏小于1.4%. 关键词： 光参量振荡器 2?μm激光器 KTP晶体 双共振     

Standing Rankine-Hugoniot Shocks in Black Hole Accretion Discs

We study the problem of standing shocks in viscous disc-like accretion flows around black holes. For the first time we parametrize such a flow with two physical constants, namely the specific angular momentum accreted by the black hole j and the energy quantity K. By providing the global dependence of shock formation in the j- K parameter space, we show that a significant parameter region can ensure solutions with Rankine-Hugoniot shocks; and that the possibilities of shock formation are the largest for inviscid flows, decreasing with increasing viscosity, and ceasing to exist for a strong enough viscosity. Our results support the view that the standing shock is an essential ingredient in black hole accretion discs and is a general phenomenon in astrophysics, and that there should be a continuous change from the properties of inviscid flows to those of viscous ones.     

铱（Ⅰ）苯乙胺Schiff碱络合物催化苯乙酮的不对称氢转移反应
