Comparative study of coherent terahertz emission from Fe/Pt ferromagnetic heterostructures

The ultrafast spin dynamic of in-plane magnetized Fe/Pt films was investigated by terahertz emission spectroscopy. The amplitude of the emitted terahertz wave is proportional to the intensity of the exciting laser beams.Both the amplitude and polarity of the terahertz wave can be adjusted by modifying the external magnetic field.The dependency of the amplitude on external magnetic fields is coincident to the hysteresis loops of the sample.Also, the polarity of the terahertz wave is reversed, as the magnetization orientation is reversed. The superdiffusive transient spin current with an inverse spin Hall effect is attributed to the main mechanism of the terahertz emission.     

SECRAL在18GHz频率下产生强流高电荷态离子束的初步结果

A Superconducting ECR ion source with Advanced design in Lanzhou (SECRAL) was successfully built to produce intense beams of highly charged ions for Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL).The ion source has been optimized to be operated at 28GHz for its maximum performance.The superconducting magnet confinement configuration of the ion source consists of three axial solenoid coils and six sextupole coils with a cold iron structure as field booster and clamping.For 28GHz operation,the magnet assembly can produce peak mirror fields on axis 3.6T at injection,2.2T at extraction and a radial sextupole field of 2.0T at plasma chamber wall.A unique feature of SECRAL is that the three axial solenoid coils are located inside of the sextupole bore in order to reduce the interaction forces between the sextupole coils and the solenoid coils. During the ongoing commissioning phase at 18GHz with a stainless steel chamber,tests with various gases and some metals have been conducted with microwave power less than 3.2kW and it turned out the performance is very promising.Some record ion beam intensities have been produced,for instance,810eμA of O~(7 ),505eμA of Xe~(20 ),306eμA of Xe~(27 ),21eμA of Xe~(34 ),2.4eμA of Xe~(38 ) and so on.To reach better results for highly charged ion beams,further modifications such as an aluminium chamber with better cooling,higher microwave power and a movable extraction system will be done,and also emittance measurements are being prepared.     

虫草素的合成研究进展

虫草素是从蛹虫草中分离得到的脱氧腺苷结构类似物,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等广泛的生物活性.虫草素的来源稀缺、价格昂贵,已有许多报道对虫草素的合成进行了研究.本文对这一领域的研究进展进行综述,以期为相关研究提供有价值的参考.     

基于氰基苯硼酸探针的尿液中微量葡萄糖的特异性检测研究

尿液中葡萄糖的高灵敏度、特异性定量检测在临床诊断中具有十分重要的意义。本工作在基于表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)法的尿液葡萄糖定量检测中,采用4-氰基苯硼酸(4-CPBA)为二级糖探针。此探针不需要与SERS活性基底结合,并且氰基(CN)的特征峰2226cm-1位于SERS光谱的生物寂静区(1800~2800cm-1),从而避免了其他内源性生物分子的干扰。本方法对葡萄糖分子具有高度选择性,可有效避免尿液中果糖、半乳糖等其他糖类物质的干扰。本实验方法成功实现了尿糖的特异性检测,检测限低至10nM,并检测出了轻微糖尿病患者尿液中的微量葡萄糖。实验结果表明,本方法为尿糖检测提供了一种专一性强,灵敏度高的分析手段,为后续定量检测提供了有力的工具。     

二苯醚烷基化反应中酸性离子液体的循环使用

使用酸性离子液体催化二苯醚与十二烯烷基化反应,考察了离子液体的失活原因,提出了循环使用离子液体的解决办法.在二苯醚与十二烯烷基化反应中, Lewis酸性离子液体不能多次循环使用的原因是离子液体与二苯醚相互作用导致具有催化活性的Al2Cl72－分解、流失.改变离子液体的阳离子不能从本质上解决其与二苯醚间的相互作用.适时补加损失量的AlCl3使离子液体的Lewis酸性得以恢复,可以解决体系中酸性离子液体循环使用问题,循环使用8次后产物产率仍保持90％左右.     

HPLC分析法在克林霉素磷酸酯合成工艺中的应用

采用高效液相色谱-内标法研究了克林霉素磷酸酯合成工艺的后处理过程.结果表明在克林霉素磷酸酯的浓缩过程中高温下会有少量分解,故应对浓缩温度及时间进行控制.     

嵌入化合物LixMn2O4的水热浸渍合成研究

本文用水热浸渍二步法合成了尖晶石型Li_xMn₂O₄微粉，并对其采用XRD，SEM， ICP， XPS和IR等进行测试。结果表明产物为单相立方晶体，粒子尺寸范围0.15-0.5 μm, Li_xMn₂O₄中X为0.96，其中锰为Mn³⁺和Mn⁴⁺混合价态存在。该液相合成Li_xMn₂O₄材料的方法尚未见报道。     

摇椅锂离子二次电池及其嵌入式电极材料

本文着重对摇椅锂离子二次电池的工作原理，电池采用的嵌入式电极材料的结构，常见的合成方法，插层反应和电化学性能的研究情况以及应用前景和存在的问题等作一综述。     

Fe3O4磁液的悬浮率测定及稳定性研究

The paper first reported the preparation of ultrafine Fe₃O₄ powder about 8～10nm by improved chemical pre-cipitation method， then turned it into magnetic fluid. The phase analysis， morphology， ultrafine powder size and magnetic property were measured by XRD， TEM and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)，respectively. In ad-dition， a new method ， by analyzed the suspending percentage of Fe₃O₄ powder， was introduced to study the effects of concentration， pH value， centrifugal rate and time on the stability of the magnetic fluid.     

LiNi1-xMxVO4的红外光谱和拉曼光谱研究

The vanadates of LiNi_1-xM_xVO₄(M=Fe,Co,Ni) containing VO₄ tetrahedrons were synthesized by soft chemical method through a new mild liquid route. The samples sintered at 450℃ for 3h and at 650℃ for 3h are named for LT-LiNiVO₄ and for MT-LiNi_1-xM_xVO₄ respectively. All of the products were measured by X-ray diffraction, IR and Raman spectra respectively. In comparison with IR spectra of V₂O₅ and NiO, the LT-LiNiVO₄ has a strong and broad IR absorption band of VO₄ tetrahedrons located at 600～850cm^-1 with three small splitting peaks corresponding to the asymmetry stretching vibrations of V-O bonds. The results of IR and Raman spectra for MT-LiNi_1-xM_xVO₄ show that the cations of Ni²⁺, Co²⁺, Fe²⁺ have the influences on the frequency shifts of the V-O vibrations.
