低能辐照离子源设计及性能

简要介绍了低能辐照离子源的设计及性能。采用热阴极磁约束ＰＩＧ放电,并用两极多孔加减速系统引出离子束。调试结果：离子束能量在２００－２０００ｅＶ范围内可调,最大引出束流１５０ｍＡ,灯丝工作寿命１６０ｈ。     

Increased work function in PEDOT:PSS film under ultraviolet irradiation

An increase of work function （0.3 eV） is achieved by irradiating poly（3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene）：poly（styrene sul- fonate） （PEDOT：PSS） film in vacuum with 254-nm ultraviolet （UV） light. The mechanism for such an improvement is investigated by photoelectron yield spectroscopy, X-ray photo electron energy spectrum, and field emission technique. Sur- face oxidation and composition change are found as the reasons for work function increase. The UV-treated PEDOT：PSS film is used as the hole injection layer in a hole-only device. Hole injection is improved by UV-treated PEDOT：PSS film without baring the enlargement of film resistance. Our result demonstrates that UV treatment is more suitable for modifying the injection barrier than UV ozone exposure.     

Research on the discrete variational method for a Birkhoffian system

In this paper, we present a new integration algorithm based on the discrete Pfaff-Birkhoff principle for Birkhoffian systems. It is proved that the new algorithm can preserve the general symplectic geometric structures of Birkhoffian systems. A numerical experiment for a damping oscillator system is conducted. The result shows that the new algorithm can better simulate the energy dissipation than the R-K method, which illustrates that we can numerically solve the dynamical equations by the discrete variational method in a Birkhoffian framework for the systems with a general symplectic structure. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the results of the numerical experiments are determined not by the constructing methods of Birkhoffian functions but by whether the numerical method can preserve the inherent nature of the dynamical system.     

高斯光束经环形光栅的衍射特性分析

基于傅里叶-贝塞尔变换计算高斯光束垂直入射环形光栅时的衍射远场分布,分析了其衍射远场光强分布的一般规律,并与平面波入射时的情况进行了比较.计算结果表明：当光栅半径为1.5倍高斯光束束腰半径时, 随着光栅环数的增加,中央亮斑半值全宽先减小后增大、中央亮斑所包含的功率占总功率的比值减小、中央主极大光强值减小,三者的变化趋势与平面波入射时的趋势一致;中央亮斑半径、次极大光强值变化趋势与平面波入射时的变化趋势不同.当环数小于5时,高斯光束经过环形光栅的衍射场光强变化无规律;当环数大于10后两种情况下衍射场光强变化都不明显;当环数趋于无穷时中央亮斑半径、中央亮斑半值全宽、次极大光强值趋于圆孔衍射(环数等于1)时的值,中央亮斑所包含的功率占总功率的比值约等于圆孔衍射时的1/2,中央主极大光强值约等于圆孔衍射时的1/4.     

强激光等离子体中自由电子的经典行为

通过严格求解广义协变的电子运动方程,讨论了强激光等离子体中自由电子的经典行为.利用数值模拟,得到了自洽激光等离子体电磁场中自由电子运动的轨迹,并与平面波电磁场中自由电子的运动进行了比级. 关键词：     

用位置灵敏光电倍增管读出的CsI(Tl)探测器

报道了用双维位置灵敏光电倍增管读出的CsI(T1)探测器,其CsI(T1)晶体厚度为10mm,灵敏面积为60mm×60mm.探测器的空间位置分辨为0.81mm(FWHM).用蒙特卡罗的方法对该探测器作了进一步模拟研究,其结果与实际测试的结果很好地一致.
