The work is devoted to the study of the LH wave effect on the peripheral plasma of the TM-1-MH tokamak. The set of all group relaxations of an integer program contains certain special members called Gomory relaxations. A family
of integer programs with a fixed coefficient matrix and cost vector but varying right hand sides is a Gomory family if every
program in the family can be solved by one of its Gomory relaxations. In this paper, we characterize Gomory families. Every
TDI system gives a Gomory family, and we construct Gomory families from matrices whose columns form a Hilbert basis for the
cone they generate. The existence of Gomory families is related to the Hilbert covering problems that arose from the conjectures
of Seb?. Connections to commutative algebra are outlined at the end.

A separation of the vibrational-electronic Hamiltonian in crude representation is presented. The separation is done in the following way: first we quantize only the electronic states on the unperturbed Hamiltonian level, then using the perturbation theory, we treat the terms where we have electronic operators to obtain new harmonic potential energy. Brewster-angle reflection ellipsometry and surface optical
second harmonic generation were used to study the growth of
4'-n-octyl-4-cyanobiphenyl
(8CB) films evaporated in air onto polymeric and quartz glass
substrates. The layer-by-layer growth of the films terminates
after formation of two distinctive interfacial layers. Both of
these two layers are polar and tilted. In the first layer the
molecules lie nearly flat on the surface, while in the second
layer they point on average about 50° toward the surface normal.
The dipole moment of the second layer has a lower magnitude and
an opposite direction with respect to the dipole moment of the

The formation of nuclei from a supersaturated vapor on a surface with active centers is treated within standard self-consistent classical model with exhaustion of active centers. Basic characteristics of nucleation process (total number of nuclei, nucleation rate, time lag and size distribution of nuclei) are determined by numerical solution of kinetic equations. It is shown that standard approach to nucleation on active centers based on Avrami model coincides with our approach in the values of time lag of nucleation process, but it differs in the total number of nuclei. 相似文献

We combine highly complementary information on branching fractions of charmed mesonsD 0,D + andD s + coming from two experiments both yielding doublecharm samples. The NA 32 experiment provided exclusive branching fractions for channels with at least two charged decay products while a recent Mark III paper provides results on inclusive charm decay properties. The knowledge of channels withK 0's in the former is used to recalculate the charged multiplicity distribution in the latter. We obtain 〈n ch〉=2.25±0.08 forD 0, 〈n ch〉=1.96±0.08 forD + and 〈n ch〉=2.41±0.38 forD s + . In turn the knowledge of the charged multiplicity improves the overall normalization of exclusive branching fractions. This reanalysis yields model-independent results for charmed mesons. In particular we obtain branching fractions for 16D s + decay channels including $$BF(D_s^ + \to \phi \pi ^ + ) = \left( {4.4\begin{array}{*{20}c} { + 2.3} \\ { - 1.8} \\ \end{array} } \right)\% .$$ . 相似文献
