The Eskiehir-Beylikahir district has the largest and richest thorium and rare earth elements deposits in Turkey. The uranium and thorium concentrations of samples taken from four different parts of this area have been determined by the delayed neutron counting technique. The results are compared with those of previous analyses by other techniques and found to be in good agreement.  相似文献

Novel molecular clips with anthracene sidewalls (1 a-c) were synthesized; they form stable host-guest complexes with a variety of electron-deficient aromatic and quinoid molecules. According to single-crystal structure analyses of clip 1 c and 1,2,4,5-tetracyanobenzene (TCNB) complex 14@1 b, the clips' anthracene sidewalls have to be compressed substantially during the complex formation to provide attractive pi-pi interactions between the aromatic guest molecule and the two anthracene sidewalls in the complex. The compression and expansion of aromatic sidewalls are calculated by molecular mechanics to be low-energy processes, so the energy required for compression of the anthracene sidewalls during complex formation is apparently overcompensated by the gain in energy resulting from the attractive pi-pi interactions. The finding that complexes of the clips 1 a-c are more stable than those of the corresponding clips 2 a-c can be explained in terms of the larger van der Waals contact surfaces of the anthracene sidewalls in 1 a-c (relative to the naphthalene sidewalls in 2 a-c). Color changes resulting from charge-transfer (CT) bands are observed in complex formation by 1 a-c: from colorless to red or purple with TCNB (14), and from yellow to green with 2,4,7-trinitro-9-fluorenone TNF (17). Independently, the host 1 b and guest 14 fluoresce from their respective excited singlet states, whilst in the complex 14@1 b the charge-transfer state quenches the higher-energy singlet states of the two components, and as a result luminescence is only observed from this new CT state. To the best of our knowledge, complex 14@1 b is the first example of CT luminescence from a host-guest complex. The binding constant determined for the formation of the TCNB complex 14@1 b from a UV/Vis titration experiment (Ka = 12 400 m(-1)) agrees well with the value (K(a) = 12 800 m(-1)) obtained by 1H NMR titration.  相似文献

Cabergoline (CAB) is an ergot alkaloid derivative with dopamine agonist activity. A novel, simple, and rapid stability-indicating high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for assay of CAB in tablets has been developed and validated. Chromatography was performed on a 4.6 mm i.d. × 250 mm, 5 μm particle, cyano column with acetonitrile–10 mM phosphoric acid, 35:65 (v/v), containing 0.04% triethylamine, as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min?1, and UV detection at 280 nm. Response was a linear function of concentration in the range 0.1–4 μg mL?1 (r 2 = 0.9999). The recovery of the method was good (99.45%) and RSD values for intra-day and inter-day precision were 0.24–0.88% and 0.66–1.19%, respectively. The method can be used for quality-control assay of CAB in tablets, for stability studies, and for in vitro dissolution studies.  相似文献

The effect of a cationic polyelectrolyte, PCMA, on the forces between two cellulose surfaces and between one cellulose surface and one mica surface has been studied using the interferometric surface force apparatus (SFA). The cellulose surfaces were prepared by Langmuir-Blodgett deposition of trimethylsilyl cellulose onto hydrophobized mica. Prior to measurements the surfaces were desilylated to obtain pure cellulose. Introduction of a cationic polyelectrolyte into the solution drastically changed the interactions between the cellulose layers. It was found that the cationic polyelectrolyte does adsorb onto the cellulose surface, although the adsorbed amount is low. The adsorbed layer is very thin, as expected at a low electrolyte concentration. Before the adsorption has reached equilibrium, when only some polyelectrolyte had adsorbed, the adhesion between the surfaces was high, and it was noted that the cellulose layer was damaged on separation. After a longer adsorption time an electrostatic repulsion and no adhesion were observed between the polyelectrolyte-coated cellulose surfaces. An electrostatic repulsion was observed between cellulose and mica. When cationic polyelectrolyte was introduced to the system it overcompensated the charges on both surfaces, and the range and magnitude of the double-layer force was higher than without polyelectrolyte. The molecular structure of 1,1,2,2-tetrabromodisilane has been investigated using gas-phase electron diffraction data obtained at 110°C. At this temperature the molecules exist as a mixture of about equal parts (X = 0.5 ±0.2) of the two conformers with the H---Si---Si---H torsion angle equal to 180° (anti) or 60° (gauche). Assuming that the two conformers differ in their geometries only in the torsion angle φ, some of the important distance (ra) and angle () parameters are: r(Si---Si) = 2.349(19) Å, r(Si---Br) = 2.205(5) Å, r(Si---H) = 1.485 Å (assumed), Br---Si---Br = 110.1(1.6)°, Si---Si---Br = 107.1(1.2)° Si---Si---H = 108.6° (assumed). The error limits are 2σ. The observed conformational composition (Xanti = 0.5(0.2)) corresponds to an energy difference between the conformers of ΔE = E(gauche) — E(anti) = 0.5 ± 0.6 kcal mol−1, assuming ΔS = Rln2.  相似文献

The NaF-AlF(3) system with additions of CaF(2) and MgF(2) has been studied with Raman and vapor pressure measurements for 3 >/= CR (NaF/AlF(3) molar ratio) >/= 1 and up to 50 mol % additive. The results show that the binary melt can be described using the two equilibria AlF(6)(3)(-) = AlF(6)(2)(-) + F(-) and AlF(5)(2)(-) = AlF(4)(-) + F(-) with equilibrium constants 0.25 and 0.05, respectively, at 1293 K. Both reactions have positive reaction enthalpies. The first equilibrium is strongly shifted to the right resulting in a melt mixture with very low AlF(6)(3)(-) concentrations even at the Na(3)AlF(6) composition. Evidence for nonideal mixing of anions was found. For the ternaries, models based on Raman data are presented and compared with vapor pressure measurements. Good agreement is observed when association between the additives, CaF(2) or MgF(2), with the AlF(5)(2)(-) ions in the melt was considered. This association could be experimentally observed through a band broadening and a slight shift in the AlF(5)(2)(-) band frequency. Our vapor pressures and Raman data both indicate that MgF(2) clearly acts as an acid when added to NaF-AlF(3) melts of any composition. When CaF(2) is added, a slight decrease of vapor pressure occurs. Raman data indicate a decrease of AlF(4)(-) concentration, corresponding to a dissociation of CaF(2) with liberation of F(-) ions. All these results are, however, very much dependent on the initial melt composition. These data are explained in terms of acid-base, dilution, and association reactions of the solute with the solvent.  相似文献

Synthesis and 1H NMR Spectra of (3-Acylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl)phosphonates Reaction of the (E)-(β-acylvinyl)phosphonates 1 with cyclopentadiene yields the isomeric norbornylphosphonates 2 (endo-acyl, exo-P) and 3 (exo-acyl, endo-P) in a 7:3 ratio. With 1,3-cyclohexadiene the corresponding bicyclooctenyl derivatives 7 and 8 are obtained from 1a . The (Z)-phosphinylacrylate 4 gives with cyclopentadiene the isomers 5 (exo-CO2Me, exo-P) and 6 (endo-CO2Me, endo-P) in nearly equal amounts. The configuration of the cycloadducts has been proved by 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Crystalline samples of La3Ni2B2N3 were synthesized using solid state metathesis reactions from combinations of La, LaCl3, NiCl2 together with Li3BN2. The structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction (I4/mmm (No. 139), a = 372.95(2) pm, c = 2056.3(2) pm, R1 = 0.027, wR2 = 0.062) and confirmed earlier results from neutron powder diffraction. La3Ni2B2N3 contains BN units capping square planar Ni layers. Isolated nitrogen atoms reside in La6 octahedra. Magnetic measurements on several bulk samples exhibit superconductivity at temperatures below 14.6 K.  相似文献

A synthesis of (2S,3S,7S)-3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-yl acetate (2) and propionate (3) is described. (2S)-2-Methyldecan-1-yl lithium (5) was reacted with (3S,4S)-3,4-dimethyl-γ-butyrolactone (6) to yield the ketoalcohol 19 which upon Huang-Minlon reduction furnished (2S,3S,7S)-3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-ol (1). Acylations gave the esters 2 and 3. The (2S)-2-methyldecan-1-yl lithium was obtained via asymmetric synthesis. The chiral lactone 6 was obtained from (2S,3S)-trans-2,3-epoxybutane and dimethyl malonate.  相似文献
