This article presents a local and parallel finite element method for the stationary incompressible magnetohydrodynamics problem. The key idea of this algorithm comes from the two‐grid discretization technique. Specifically, we solve the nonlinear system on a global coarse mesh, and then solve a series of linear problems on several subdomains in parallel. Furthermore, local a priori estimates are obtained on a general shape regular grid. The efficiency of the algorithm is also illustrated by some numerical experiments.© 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 铁磁弹性薄板的磁弹性屈曲问题一直作为电磁——弹性力学相互作用的一个基本模型进行研究,而作用在其磁介质上的磁力计算则是定量理论预测准确与否的关键.到目前为止,文献上已有的理论模型对悬臂铁磁梁式悬臂板在横向磁场中磁弹性屈曲的理论预测值始终高于实验值,有的甚至相差100%左右.本文基于电磁力计算的微观安培电流模型,严格给出了软铁磁薄板等效横向磁力的宏观计算表达式.在此基础上,建立了电磁——力学相互耦合作用的非线性理论模型.该模型能描述铁磁薄板结构在非均匀横向磁场环境中的磁弹性失稳(或屈曲).其定量分析采用了有限元法和有限差分法相结合.数值结果显示:本模型给出的磁弹性屈曲的临界磁场值与实验值符合良好.与此同时,文中还对文献中认为较成功的Moon-Pao模型的基本假设进行了分析.定量结果发现:Moon-Pao理论模型的基本假设仅在梁式板的长厚比L/h比较大时(约在200左右),是可以接受的,而当L/h较小时,该假设将导致理论值与实验值的较大误差.L/h比值越小,理论值与实验值的误差越大 相似文献

为了研究由地表温度变化引起的向上的垂向气流对沙粒跃移运动的影响,本文给出了考虑近地表温度变化和水平来流风场作用下的沙粒的跃移运动。在定量给出不同时刻的近地表温度和垂向风速的基础上,计算了由于太阳辐射所引起的近地表层垂向气流对沙粒跃移运动的影响,发现:垂向风速在午后可达到1.5m/s并使得沙粒跃移轨迹的最大高度和长度分别增加55.56%和73.68%;同时,与不考虑温度效应的情况不同的是,沙粒跃移轨道最大高度将随粒径变化。 相似文献

The probability distributions of sand particles' lift-off and incident velocities in a wind-blown sand flux play very important
roles in the simulation of the wind-blown sand movement. In this paper, the vertical and the horizontal speeds of sand particles
located at 1.0 mm above a sand-bed in a wind-blown sand flux are observed with the aid of Phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA) in
a wind tunnel. Based on the experimental data, the probability distributions of not only the vertical lift-off speed but also
the lift-off velocity as well as its horizontal component and the incident velocity as well as its vertical and horizontal
components can be obtained by the equal distance histogram method. It is found, according to the results of the χ2-test for these probability distributions, that the probability density functions (pdf's) of the sand particles' lift-off
and incident velocities as well as their vertical components are described by the Gamma density function with different peak
values and shapes and the downwind incident and lift-off horizontal speeds, respectively, can be described by the lognormal
and the Gamma density functions. These pdf's depend on not only the sand particle diameter but also the wind speed.

An efficient and simple method to isolate and purify highly polar antioxidants from the antioxidant active site of Chirita longgangensishas been established. Firstly, the antioxidant active site was enriched with D101 macroporous resin, and then high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was used with the two-phase solvent system ethyl acetate–n-butanol–methanol–water (5:0.1:0.5:4.5, v/v) to obtain four antioxidants in one step. They were identified as plantainoside D (28.4 mg), plantainoside B (9.5 mg), calcedarioside B (18.1 mg) and calcedarioside A (16.7 mg) by analysis of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. The purities were all above 97 % as determined by HPLC. The inhibiting effects of the crude extracts, enriched fraction and the obtained compounds on superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and hydrogen peroxide were determined by different chemiluminescence (CL) systems. The result shows that all of them have good antioxidant activity. However, the sequence of antioxidant abilities among compounds I–IV was different when assayed by different CL systems (superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical, and hydrogen peroxide). This is the first report on preparative isolation and purification of antioxidants from C. longgangensis by HSCCC combined with macroporous resin and their inhibition of free radical-induced luminol chemiluminescence. 相似文献

合成了5种氨基酸席夫碱Sal-Gly(甘氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Glu(谷氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Met(甲硫氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Tyr(酪氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Arg(精氨酸席夫碱)及其金属锌离子配合物共10种化合物.用元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱等手段对其组成的结构进行表征.以Sal-Tyr-Zn为主体,咪唑(1),1-甲基-咪唑(2),2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(3),吡唑(4),4-碘苯胺(5),DABCO(1,4-重氮双环[2,2,2]辛烷)(6),邻苯二胺(7)和1,2-环己二胺(8)为客体,进行配位相互作用研究.选取大肠杆菌作为抑菌菌种,研究了氨基酸席夫碱的抑菌能力.结果表明,氨基酸席夫碱配体及金属锌配合物对大肠杆菌均有抑菌活性,配体的抗菌活性随氨基酸残基的增大而减小.金属锌配合物的抑菌活性大于其所对应的氨基酸席夫碱配体的抑菌活性,活性最大的则为Sal-Arg-Zn. 相似文献

An electrochemiluminescent (ECL) method has been developed for the determination of melamine based on the inhibition of luminol ECL. A significant luminol ECL can be found at 1.47 V in the phosphate buffer solution at high pHs and low potential scan rates, this ECL signal can be inhibited obviously by melamine. The decrease of ECL intensity was linearly proportional to the logarithm of melamine concentration in the range of 1–100 ng/mL (R2=0.9911) and with the detection limit of 0.1 ng/mL. The method has been applied successfully to determine melamine in dairy products and melamine tableware, the recoveries were in the range of 98.5%–103.7% and 95.5%–106.0%, respectively. The mechanism of the inhibition effect was also proposed, the active oxygen (O2· −) generated from the electrooxidation of OH− reacted with luminol anion (L· −) to generate light emission, and the present of melamine can eliminate the active oxygen, which cause the decrease of the ECL intensity. 相似文献
