Studies on Chemical Constituents of Polygonum Ciliinerve Ohwi

Three new apianen lactones Maomailiaoine I ( 1 ), Maomailiaoine II ( 2 ) and Maoimaliaoine III ( 3 ), together with one known apianen lactone, five known flavonoids and three other known compounds were isolated from Polgonum ciliinerve Ohwi. Their structures were deduced from spectroscopic methods and 2D NMR techniques.

将未保护的吡喃糖与醋酸酐在分子碘的催化下制得全乙酰吡喃糖 ,随后不经分离直接与溴化氢的冰醋酸溶液( 4 5 %)反应得到全乙酰吡喃溴代糖 .这种一锅法制备全乙酰吡喃溴代糖操作方便 ,收率高 ,经济实用且对环境友好     

A unified and quantitative receptor model for the microtubule binding of paclitaxel and epothilone

[formula: see text] Paclitaxel and epothilone represent the two major classes of antimicrotubule agents that promote tubulin polymerization and, presumably, mitotic arrest during cell division. A common minireceptor binding site model at beta-tubulin has been constructed for these structurally divergent compounds. Utilizing 20 amino acids identified in photoaffinity labeling experiments, the 3-D model correlates measured and predicted Ki's with r = 0.99 and rms(delta Gcalc-delta Gexp) = 0.2 kcal/mol. In addition, the model predicts the affinity of compounds not used in the training set and explains much of the SAR for the paclitaxel and epothilone families.     

POLYMERIZATION OF OCTAFLUOROCYCLOBUTANE IN GLOW DISCHARGE Ⅱ. ESCA AND IR CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYMER STRUCTURE*

In a capacitively coupled discharge with external electrodes, He, H_2, N_2 or Ar were used as plasmagas, polymerization of octafluorocyclobutane was carried out under different conditions by varyingdischarge power, pressure, plasma gas and plasma-gas/monomer ratio. Structure of polymerizedproducts was characterized by IR spectroscopy and ESCA measurement. It was found that therewere six elements in the products, i.e. C, F, Si, O, N and H. The probably existed groups in poly-mers wer investigated. By analyzing the resolved peaks of C_(1S) region in ESCA spectra, effect of thereaction conditions on degree of branching of the polymerized products and the relationship of thepolymer structure wth the mechanism of the competitive ablation and polymerization process werestudied. In addition, polymer deposition process occurring in glow discharge was discussed.     

固体Hp[EuA_4]配合物异构体的研究

合成了化学式为Hp[EuA_4]的配合物(A=对甲氧基苯甲酰苯甲酰甲烷;Hp=六氢吡啶),用X-射线粉末衍射法,荧光光谱及热谱等方法研究了它们的性质,并发现由于合成条件(反应物的摩尔投量比,反应温度,所用溶剂)不同,在固体Hp[EuA_4]配合物中配体空间的排布不同,而有不同的异构体存在。     

烯烃氢甲酰化催化剂活性物种的原位1H NMR研究

The rhodium-phosphine complex catalyst Rh(CO)(acac)(PPh3)(Ⅰ) for 1-hexene hydroformylation was studied under the following reaction conditions: CO/H2=1(mole rate), pressure 1.0 MPa, temperature 25-120℃, by using the pressurized in-situ 1H NMR technique. Experimental results indicated that the formation of a rhodium hydride complex from (Ⅰ) began at room temperature and its amount increased with increasing of reaction temperature. This intermediate complex began to decompose at 100℃ and disapeared completely at 120℃. The intensity change of the proton signal was parallel to catalytical activity in hydroformylation of olefins. Under pure CO pressure the proton signal of Ph-H bond was not observed. There was a 0.2 ppm difference in proton chemical shifts of Rh-H bond under pure H2 pressure and under H2+CO pressure. The results showed that the rhodium-hydride carbonyl complex is the active intermediate in the industrial hydroformylation process.     

Indirect Determination of Captopril with Sodium Nitrate and Thiocyanate by Floatation Separation of Copper

A new method for indirect determination of captopril (CPT) with NaNO₃ and NH₄SCN by floatation and separation of copper has been studied. In the weak acid, a small amount of Cu(II) can be reduced to Cu(I) by CPT, then Cu(I) reacted with the SCN, which can float on the surface of the liquid phase with NaNO₃. A good linear relationship is observed between the floatation yield (E%) of Cu(II) and the amount of captopril. The linear range is 2?32 mg/L. On the ground, captopril can be indirectly determined by determining E(%) of Cu(II). The method is simple, rapid, reliable and has good selectivity. The developed method can be applied to indirect determination of captopril with satisfactory results.     

β-环糊精与水杨醛缩间氨基苯酚包合物的微环境效应研究

采用微波促进法首次制备了以β-环糊精(CDs)为主体、水杨醛缩间氨基苯酚(SMA)为客体的超分子包合物,通过多种谱学方法对固体包合物进行了表征.研究表明二者形成摩尔比为1∶1的包合物,并且求得包合物的结合常数Ka为4.4×103L/mol.包合物在水溶液中具有更好的溶解性能和稳定性.同时,从微环境的角度比较研究了不同溶剂对SMA包合前后的UV光谱的影响以及不同pH值的变化对SMA和包合物的影响特征.结果表明溶液中微环境的不同对客体及超分子包合物的电子光谱有着显著而不同的影响.     

EQCM技术对电子传递促进机制的研究

本文报道了腺嘌呤存在时对超氧化物歧化酶在金丝电极上电化学行为的影响。并从电化学石英晶体微天平技术的测量结果，初步讨论了腺嘌呤对促进超氧化物歧化酶电子传递过程的作用机制。     

Polymer bound glutamic acid salicylaldehyde Schiff‐base complex ­catalyst for oxidation of olefins with ­dioxygen

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane.
