诺氟沙星与DNA的拉曼光谱研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
报道了诺氟沙星(NFX)及诺氟沙星胶囊内容物的FT-Raman光谱和在银胶基底上的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS),归属了各个振动;研究了诺氟沙星与DNA的相互作用的SERS,结果表明:胶囊内容物的拉曼光谱图与对照品的拉曼光谱图的特征振动峰:C-F键的伸缩振动,C=C伸缩振动,O-C-O的对称伸缩振动峰值未发生变化,发生变化主要是分子骨架振动峰,诺氟沙星胶囊的辅料对拉曼光谱无实质影响,可建立拉曼光谱法检测诺氟沙星药物的分析方法;诺氟沙星可以在没有金属离子的存在下与DNA直接作用,与DNA相互作用的主要键合模式是插入作用,NFX分子中的平面结构插入DNA的双螺旋碱基平面,为深入了解喹诺酮类抗生素的抗菌机理提供可靠依据. 相似文献

The irradiation effect of FPGA, applied in Front-end Electronics for experiments of High-Energy Physics, is a serious problem. The performance of FPGA, used in the front-end card of Muon Counters of BES-III project, needs to be evaluated under irradiation. SEUs on Altera ACEX 1K FPGA, observed in the experiment under the irradiation of γ ray, 14 and 2.5MeV neutrons, was investigated. We calculated involved cross-section and provided reasonable analysis and evaluation for the result of the experiment. The conclusion about feasibility of applying ACEX 1K FPGA in the front-end card of the readout system of Muon Counters for BES-III was given. 相似文献

Using heavy-ion nuclear reaction and in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy technique,high spin states of 136La have been studied. The nuclear reaction used is 130Te(11B,5n) with a beam energy 60MeV. The level scheme with three collective band structures has been updated with spin up to 20h. The collective backbending has been observed in $\uppi h_{11/2}\otimes \upnu h_{11/2}$ band. According to the TRS calculations,this backbending is due to the alignment of a pair of h11/2 neutrons. The signature splitting and inversion for the $\uppi h_{11/2}\otimes \upnu h_{11/2}$ band were also discussed. Other two bands based on $12^-$ and $16^+$ levels were proposed as oblate deformation with $\gamma\approx -60^\circ$. They most probably originate from four- and six- quasiparticle configurations, that is,$\uppi h_{11/2}\otimes\upnu g_{7/2} h_{11/2}^2$ and $\uppi g_{7/2}\otimes\upnu g_{7/2}^2 d_{5/2}h_{11/2}^2$ respectively. 相似文献

研制了基于可调谐掺Er光纤激光器的共振式光声光谱乙炔气体检测系统,结合波长调制和锁相放大器的二次谐波信号检测技术,有效地消除了光声池窗片和池壁吸收入射光而引起的背景噪声,通过对该系统的光学、声学和电子检测系统的优化,实现了低浓度乙炔气体的流动式检测.实验结果证明,当气体浓度较低时,二次谐波振幅与气体浓度成正比,其线性响应相关度达到0.999 53.在常温常压和3.5 mW平均光功率以及100 ms锁相积分时间条件下,乙炔气体的极限检测灵敏度达到了0.3 ppm(1 ppm=1μg·mL-1)(SNR=1时),系统用可调谐掺Er光纤激光器代替半导体激光器作光源,降低了成本,为发展低成本、实用、便携式微量气体光谱榆测仪器奠定了基础.若采用多光程光声池,或者采用EDFA提高激光功率,可大幅度提高信噪比,将极限检测灵敏度提高至ppb(1 ppb=1 ng·mL-1)量级. 相似文献

The tunneling dynamics of a dipolar bosonic gas with repulsive interactions in a periodically driven triple- well are investigated. Because of the coupled effect of long-range dipole-dipole interaction and the short-range of on-site interaction, the increase of the repulsive atomic interactions can either suppress tunneling or enhance tunneling and, thus, the system experiences rich coherent tunneling(CT)-coherent destruction of tunneling (CDT) transitions. In particular, as the repulsive atomic interactions increase, the system can undergo CT-CDT-CT- CDT or CDT-CT-CDT-CT-CDT transitions. This cannot occur in non-dipolar gas, where the increase of the repulsive atomic interaction only suppress tunneling and the system can only undergo CT-CDT transition. We synthesize LiTal-x FexO3-σ (LTFO) remain single phase up to x = 0.09 ceramics by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The samples The magnetic measurements show that the doping of Fe successfully realizes ferromagnetism of LTFO at room temperature. The dielectric measurements indicate that LTFO is ferroelectric, similarly to LiTaO3 (LTO), but its ferroelectric Curie temperature seems to decrease with the increasing Fe content. 基于线性方程组数学分离模型建立在线过程检测复方缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片溶出度方法。分别扫描缬沙坦和氢氯噻嗪的紫外吸收光谱,两组分在最大吸收波长处完全重叠。根据朗伯比尔定律吸光度加和性原理,分别测定两组分在最大吸收波长处的吸光系数,建立线性方程组数学分离模型,采用光纤传感过程分析技术(FODT)检测缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片的溶出度,并与HPLC法相比较。在规定的溶出介质中,两种成分同时实时测定,并且FODT累积溶出度与HPLC法相比较结果无显著性差异(p>0.05)。不同批次药物的溶出行为一致,说明制剂工艺稳定,均匀度好。溶出曲线显示缬沙坦溶出快于并高于氢氯噻嗪,且30 min时两组分的溶出度均大于80%符合美国药典规定。结果表明,应用线性方程组数学分离模型结合FODT法可实现复方缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片中双组分溶出度的同时检测,并可提供双组分的溶出过程曲线和全部溶出数据,直观反映各组分在各溶出时段的快慢,为此药建立标准提供依据。与HPLC法单点数据相比优势明显,更有利于药品评价和抽验质量分析。 相似文献

Hadronic Scenarios for Gamma-Ray Emission from Three Supernova Remnants Interacting with Molecular Clouds 下载免费PDF全文
GeV γ-rays detected with the large area telescope on board the Fermi Gamma-ray space telescope in the direc- tion of HB21, MSH 17-39 and G337.0-0.1 have been recently reported. The three supernova remnants (SNRs) show interactions with molecular clouds, and they are effective gamma-ray emitters as the relativistic protons accelerated by the SNR shocks inelastically colliding with the dense gas in the clouds. The origin of the observed γ-rays for the three remnants is investigated in the scenario of the diffusive shock acceleration. In the model, a part of the SNR shock transmits into the nearby molecular clouds, and the shock velocity is greatly reduced. As a result, a shock with a relatively low Alfven Mach number is generated, and the spectra of the accelerated protons and thee'γ-ray photons produced via proton-proton interaction can be obtained. The results show that the observed γ-ray spectra for the three SNRs interacting with the molecular clouds can be reproduced. It can be concluded that the hadronic origin of the γ-rays for the three SNRs is approved, and the ability of SNR shocks to accelerate protons is also supported. 相似文献
