研究了两个不同的非牛顿血液流动模型:低粘性剪切简单幂律模型和低粘性剪切及粘弹性振荡流的广义Maxwell模型.同时利用这两个非牛顿模型和牛顿模型,研究了磁场中刚性和弹性直血管中血液的正弦型脉动.在生理学条件下,大动脉中血液的弹性对其流动性态似乎并不产生影响,单纯低粘性剪切模型可以逼真地模拟这种血液流动.利用高剪切幂律模型模拟弹性血管中的正弦型脉动流,发现在同一压力梯度下,与牛顿流体相比较,幂律流体的平均流率和流率变化幅度都更小.控制方程用Crank-Niclson方法求解.弹性动脉中血液受磁场作用是产生此结果的直观原因.在主动脉生物流的模拟中,与牛顿流体模型比较,发现在匹配流率曲线上,幂律模型的平均壁面剪切应力增大,峰值壁面剪切应力减小.讨论了弹性血管横切磁场时的血液流动,评估了血管形状和表面不规则等因素的影响.  相似文献

In this study, a sensitive optical waveguide (OWG) sensor for the detection and identification of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) was reported. The sensing membrane is constructed by immobilization of peroxopolytungsten acid (PTA) thin film over a single-mode potassium ion (K+) exchanged glass OWG by spin-coating method. A laser beam was coupled into and out of the glass optical waveguide using prism couplers, and dry air functioned as a carrier gas. The sensor was tested for various volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and it showed higher response to the chlorobenzene gas compared to other VOCs. Therefore, we used the OWG sensor to detect chlorobenzene gas as a typical example of VOCs. The sensor exhibits a linear response to chlorobenzene gas in the range of 0.4-1000 ppm with rapid response and good reversibility. The constructed sensor is easy to fabricate and it has some unique qualities which can be characterized as inexpensive, sensitive, and reusable.  相似文献

对老鼠瓜种子中是否含有多种丰富的微量元素进行了测定,为维药老鼠瓜新用途的开发提供一定的信息和基础,用ICP-AES方法对Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,K,Mg,Cr八种微量元素进行了含量测定,测出这八种微量元素,其中Fe,Zn,Cu,Cr的含量较高,维约老鼠瓜无论在化学还足在药理方面都是值得深入研究和开发.  相似文献

探讨核磁共振氢谱结合模式识别方法应用于异常黑胆质糖尿病患者的尿液代谢组研究可行性。对32 例异常黑胆质糖尿病患者和29 例健康人尿液进行核磁共振氢谱检测,采用主成分分析(principal component analysis, PCA)、偏最小二乘法判别分析(partial least squares dis-criminant analysis, PLS-DA)、正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(orthogonal to partial least squares discriminant analysis,OPLS-DA)进行模式识别分析,比较3种模式识别方法的判别能力。运用3种模式识别均可以对2组数据进行有效的区分,但OPLS-DA较PCA、P[1]LS-DA更加有效,不仅提高了模式识别方法的判断能力,可以清楚的判断两组中有差异的代谢物。基于核磁共振氢谱结合模式识别分析方法可以为异常黑胆质糖尿病代谢标志物的寻找提供理论依据。OPLS-DA的模式识别方法较其它2种方法更具优势,在揭示维医理论本质上有着广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

为建立用电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定维药阿里红中微量元素及含量的方法,用硝酸-高氯酸进行消解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定了维药阿里红样品中Al、B、Ba、Ca、Co、Cr、Li、Mg、Mn、Cu、Fe、Ni、P、Sr、Ti、V、Zn等多种微量元素。结果表明,维药阿里红中含有比较丰富的Ca、Mg元素。ICP-AES法测定简单,快速,灵敏度高,准确,其相对标准偏差为0.36%~2.52%,回收率为95.8%~101.3%,且多元素同时测定,适用于维药阿里红中微量元素的测定。  相似文献

实验发现盐酸帕罗西汀能增强钌联吡啶的电化学发光信号,据此建立了一种盐酸帕罗西汀的毛细管电泳-电化学发光测定新方法。在实验中,分别对毛细管电泳分离条件和电化学发光检测条件进行了优化。在优化的实验条件下,盐酸帕罗西汀检出限为3.45×10^-8g/mL(S/N=3),线性范围为3.0×10^-7-1.0×10^-4g/mL。通过对1.0×10^-5g/mL的盐酸帕罗西汀进行11次平行测定,峰高的RSD为2.5%。已用于盐酸帕罗西汀片剂的测定。  相似文献

采用乙二醇辅助共沉淀法制备了小尺寸Cr,In共掺杂MgGa2O4(MGO∶Cr, In)近红外长余辉发光纳米粒子(Persistent luminescence nanoparticles, PLNPs), 并考察了Cr, In共掺杂及煅烧温度对MGO晶体结构、 余辉发光性质和尺寸的影响. 结果表明, 最优Cr, In共掺杂浓度分别为0.3%和0.02%, MGO∶Cr, In晶体属于Fd3m空间群, Cr, In共掺杂对纳米颗粒的结构无影响, 平均粒径为(8.61±2.23) nm, 分散性良好, 最佳煅烧温度为700 ℃. 并且, In掺杂可有效延长其余辉发光寿命, 平均发光寿命(τav)从49.33 s增大至52.89 s; 荧光量子产率增高至44.9%; 活化能Ea为(0.36±0.04) eV, 具有良好的热稳定性; 陷阱深度为0.696 eV. 此外, 该PLNPs分别在260 nm、410 nm和600 nm处有激发峰, 表明UV光、 蓝绿光以及红光皆可实现对其的激发, 发射波长皆位于705 nm处, 属于Cr3+2E(2G)→4A2(4F)跃迁. 该PLNPs在红色LED灯、 光学储器件以及生物医学等领域具有巨大潜在应用价值.  相似文献

An accurate and numerically efficient method for the calculation of intermolecular Coulomb couplings between charge densities of electronic states and between transition densities of electronic excitations is presented. The coupling of transition densities yields the F?rster type excitation energy transfer coupling, and from the charge density coupling, a shift in molecular excitation energies results. Starting from an ab initio calculation of the charge and transition densities, atomic partial charges are determined such as to fit the resulting electrostatic potentials of the different states and the transition. The different intermolecular couplings are then obtained from the Coulomb couplings between the respective atomic partial charges. The excitation energy transfer couplings obtained in the present TrEsp (transition charge from electrostatic potential) method are compared with couplings obtained from the simple point-dipole and extended dipole approximations and with those from the ab initio transition density cube method of Krüger, Scholes, and Fleming. The present method is of the same accuracy as the latter but computationally more efficient. The method is applied to study strongly coupled pigments in the light-harvesting complexes of green sulfur bacteria (FMO), purple bacteria (LH2), and higher plants (LHC-II) and the "special pairs" of bacterial reaction centers and reaction centers of photosystems I and II. For the pigment dimers in the antennae, it is found that the mutual orientation of the pigments is optimized for maximum excitonic coupling. A driving force for this orientation is the Coulomb coupling between ground-state charge densities. In the case of excitonic couplings in the "special pairs", a breakdown of the point-dipole approximation is found for all three reaction centers, but the extended dipole approximation works surprisingly well, if the extent of the transition dipole is chosen larger than assumed previously. For the "special pairs", a large shift in local transition energies is found due to charge density coupling.  相似文献

The propagation of narrow packets of electromagnetic waves(EMWs) in frequency dispersive medium with the consideration of the complex refractive index is studied. It is shown that counting in the dispersion of the complex refractive index within the context of the conventional expression of the group velocity of narrow wave packets of EMWs propagating in a dispersive medium results in the appearance of additional constraints on the group velocity, which dictates that the physically acceptable group velocity can only be realized in the case of a negligible imaginary part of the group index. In this paper, the conditions that allow one to realize the physically acceptable group velocity are formulated and analyzed numerically for the relevant model of the refractive index of a system of two-level atoms in the optical frequency range. It is shown that in the frequency band where superluminal light propagation is expected, there is a strong dispersion of the refractive index that is accompanied with strong absorption, resulting in a strongly attenuated superluminal light.  相似文献

采用沉积沉淀和浸渍法制备了Au-Zn组合改性HZSM-5催化剂.并且对比研究了HZSM-5,Au/HZSM-5,Zn/HZSM-5和Au-Zn/HZSM-5催化剂的性质和催化性能.采用UV-Vis和XPS表征揭示出Au-Zn/HZSM-5催化剂中Au物种与Zn物种的相互作用.正丁烷探针反应结果表明,在Zn/HZSM-5催化剂中引入Au有效地提高了正丁烷的脱氢芳构化性能,同时抑制了正丁烷在Zn活性中心上的氢解副反应.在相同条件下,与Zn/HZSM-5催化剂相比,正丁烷转化率由49.1%增加到70.8%,烯烃和芳烃产物总选择性由57%增加到61.98%,干气的选择性由31%降低至28.4%.上述结果表明,Au-Zn/HZSM-5催化剂在轻烃芳构化反应中具有良好的催化性能.  相似文献
