利用L-N,N-双(β-羟乙基)丝氨酸及L-N,N-双(β-羟乙基)苏氨酸与三乙氧基硅烷或氯烷基三乙氧基硅烷反应合成了具有手性的(4S)-4-羧基杂氮硅三环(1~5),并运用IR、~1HNMR、EI-MS等手段表征了结构。证据显示存在着贯穿笼状结构的N→Si配键。  相似文献

A Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(L)1.5(OSO3)]·3H2O (1) [L=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)benzene] was synthesized by reaction of ligand L with CuSO4·5H2O using solvothermal method and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.948 8(2), b=1.078 5(2), c=1.108 4(2) nm, α=74.820(2), β=81.331(2), γ=72.638(2)°, V=1.041 5(3) nm3, Z=2, Dcalc=1.687 g·cm-3, F(000)=544, μ=1.205 cm-1, the final R=0.062 3 and wR=0.132 8. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom has distorted square-pyramidal environment with a N3O2 donor set. Each L ligand links two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms using its imidazole groups to form an infinite one-dimensional (1D) ladder-like chain, which further linked by SO42- to form a two-dimensional (2D) network structure. The 2D sheets are further connected by C-H…O hydrogen bonds to give a three-dimensional (3D) structure. CCDC: 650388.  相似文献

A novel method for preparing silver nanoelectrode ensembles(SNEEs) and gold nanoelectrode ensembles (GNEEs) has been developed. Silver colloid particles were first absorbed to the gold electrode surface to form a monolayer silver colloid. N-hexadecyl nercaptan was then assembled on the electrode to form a thoil monolayer on which hydrophilic ions cannot be transfered. The SNEEs was prepared by removing thiol from silver colloid surface through applying and AC voltage with increasing frequency at 0.20V(vs.SCE). Finally,GNEEs was obtained by immersing a SNEEs into 6 mol/L HNO3 to remove the silver colloid particles. By comparison with other methods such as template method ect., this method enjoys some advantages of lower resistance, same diameter,easy preparation,controllable size and density.  相似文献

Five propiconazole(L) complexes (ML2Cl2, M=Zn(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ); ML4Cl2, M=Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ)) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. These complexes exhibited favorable controlled release property, it took 40 to 120 hours to release 85% amount of ligand in the water. The toxicity determination to Botrytis cinera, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Gibberella zeae, Fussrium moniliforme and Colletotrichum orbiculare indicated that the fungicidal activities of the complexes were better than that of the ligand except Mn-complex to Rhizoctonia cereali. The EC50 of Zn-propiconazole were 0.045 2~0.144 1 μg·mL-1, Co- and Ni-propiconazole were 0.066 3~0.210 4 μg·mL-1 and 0.183 9~0.340 7 μg·mL-1, respectively, and Mn-propiconazole were only 0.353 6~0.538 0 μg·mL-1. The growth regulation experiment to wheat seeding by dressing treating indicated that inhibiting activities of the complexes to root length and stem height were weaker than that of the ligand.  相似文献

通过界面改性,制备了以CaCO3为核,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体(POEg)为壳的高密度聚乙烯(HDPEg)/弹性体(POE)/CaCO3的三元复合材料.由于“核-壳”结构的形成,弹性体和CaCO3表现出协同的增韧作用.同未经表面处理的CaCO3复合材料相比,在相同的CaCO3含量的情况下,表面处理的CaCO3由于与弹性体形成更强的界面粘结,使得三元复合材料的“脆-韧”转变发生在较低的弹性体含量.  相似文献

采用TBA检测方法,体外观察了CaCl2对大鼠线粒体脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)生成的毒性作用和对半胱氨酸-Fe^2 诱导的线粒体脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明,1 μmol/L~1mol/L CdCl2均能诱导肝线粒体的脂质过氧化,使MDA含量增加,但只有CdCl2浓度高于1 mmol/L时,诱导作用才与对照组有显著性差异。在Fe^2 -Cd^2 半胱氨酸共同对肝线粒体作用时,由于试剂加入顺序的不同,100~1000 mmol/L CdCl2对线粒体脂质过氧化可产生诱导或拮抗作用。结果提示,CdCl2可直接诱导线粒体脂质过氧化,在做几种金属离子体外协同对肝脂质过氧化影响的实验时,应考虑试剂加入顺序所产生的不同影响。  相似文献

A quantitative approach was taken to determine the inhibition effects of glucose and other sugar monomers during cellulase and β-Glucosidase hydrolysis of two types of cellulosic material: Avicel and acetic acid-pretreated softwood. The increased glucose content in the hydrolysate resulted in a dramatic increase in the degrees of inhibition on both β-Glucosidase and cellulase activities. Supplementation of mannose, xylose, and galactose during cellobiose hydrolysis did not show any inhibitory effects on β-Glucosidase activity. However, these sugars were shown to have significant inhibitory effects on cellulase activity during cellulose hydrolysis. Our study suggests that high-substrate consistency hydrolysis with supplementation of hemicellulose is likely to be a practical solution to minimizing end-product inhibition effects while producing hydrolysate with high glucose concentration.  相似文献

本文提出了有一种简易快速测定剂来测定水样中的硫化氢的方法。该法的检出限为0.1mg/L,对1.01mg/L的H2S样品7次测定的相对标准偏差<4.1%,1h能测定12个样品。用本测定了几种水样中的H2S含量,回收率为84%-105%。应用它可上标准法的4h左右缩短到5min;使分析成本降低9/10;不需配制一系列分析试剂和仪器,只需一支小型塑料管和几片药片,便于渔业水质和环境水质的野外现场监测。  相似文献

In this paper, the molecular and crystal structures of the NH4[Y(trans CYDTA)(H2O)2]·4.5 H2O(trans-CYDTA=trans 1,2-cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid) are reported. The crystal data are as follows: Triclinic system, P1space group,a=0.8599(6)nm,b=1.0021(7)nm,c=1.4370(9)nm,α =88.095(13)°,β =75.559(1)°,γ =88.344(12)°,V=1.1981(14)nm3,Z=2, M=708.68,Dc=1.570g· cm-3, μ =2.506mm-1 and F(000)=590. The final R1 and wR2 are 0.0571 and 0.1350 for 4205 [I >2.0σ (I)] unique reflections and 0.1007 and 0.1615 for all 4981 reflections, respectively. In the title complex, the anion [Y(trans-CYDTA)(H2O)2]- has an eight coordination structure with distorted square antiprism. The trans CYDTA which acts as a hexadentate ligand with four Oatoms and two Natoms and two H2O molecules directly coordinate to central metal Y(Ⅲ) ion. It can be known that the Y(Ⅲ) ion can form an eight coordinate compound with aminopolycarboxylic acid ligands in addition nine coordination structure.  相似文献

新型聚丙烯酸酯类柴油降凝剂分子模型的建立及验证   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
在前期工作得出的正构烷烃含量与浊点、冷滤点、凝点的定量关系模型基础上,选择柴油降凝剂的基团对柴油降凝剂分子结构进行了设计,得出了设计模型。结果表明,将含氮基团引入柴油降凝剂可以显著提高柴油降凝剂的性能。根据设计模型合成了一系列聚丙烯酸单酯和混合酯柴油降凝剂,并通过对柴油降凝剂的性能测试结果和自行设计的计算程序对设计模型进行了验证,结果表明,从柴油正构烷烃含量对柴油降凝剂的配比进行设计是可行的。  相似文献
