Electrospun Aspirin/Eudragit/Lipid Hybrid Nanofibers for Colon-targeted Delivery Using an Energy-saving Process

Both electrospinning apparatus and their commercial pro-ducts are extending their applications in a wide variety of fields. However, very limited reports can be found about how to implement an energy-saving process and in turn to reduce the production cost. In this paper, a brand-new type of coaxial spinneret with a solid core and its electrospinning methods are developed. A novel sort of medicated Eudragit/lipid hybrid nanofibers are gene-rated for providing a colon-targeted sustained release of aspirin. A series of characterizations demonstrates that the as-prepared hybrid nanofibers have a fine linear morphology with the aspirin/lipid separated from the matrix Eudragit to form many tiny islands. In vitro dissolution tests exhibit that the hybrid nanofibers are able to effectively prevent the release of aspirin under an acid condition (8.7%±3.4% for the first two hours), whereas prolong the drug release time period under a neutral condition(99.7±4.2% at the se-venth hour). The energy-saving mechanism is discussed in detail. The prepared aspirin-loaded hybrid nanofibers can be further transferred into an oral dosage form for potential application in counte-ring COVID-19 in the future.     

Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering of Self-assembled Superstructures

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) is a molecular specific spectroscopic technique that amplifies the Raman signal of absorbed molecules for up to 10¹⁰times. Over the past decades, SERS substrates experienced rapid growth, resulting in excellent development for SERS analysis. Because the surface plasmonic resonance coupling between individual materials can form a "hotspot" region to maximize the Raman signal, among many substrate construction strategies, self-assembly attracts more attention in constructing superstructures with strong, uniform and stable SERS activity. In addition, a number of plasmon-free nanomaterials with appropriate superstructures samely show enhanced SERS activity, which is primarily attributed to the formation of the optical resonator. This review aims to provide a scientific synopsis on the progress of self-assembled superstructures for SERS and ignite new dis˗ coveries in the SERS platform, as well as SERS applications in various fields.

一系列氢键诱导液晶复合物的合成及表征

以２－氰基－３－（４－（２－氯－３－甲基－１－丁酰氧基）－苯基丙烯酸（Ａ）为质子给体，Ｎ－（４－吡啶基亚甲基）－４－烷氧基苯胺（ｎＳＳＺ）为质子受体，合成了一系列新的氢键复和物，经红外光谱证实了分子间氢键的存在，通过ＤＳＣ，偏光方法及Ｘ射线衍射方法对其液晶行为进行研究，结果表明复合物呈现近晶相行为。     

β-烷氧羰基乙基三氯化锡配合物的合成、结构表征及酯交换反应

合成了13个标题化合物ROCOCH2CH2SnCl3.L (R=C1-5烷基;L=DBSO, HMPA), 通过元素分析、IR和1H NMR进行了表征。n-PrOCOCH2CH2SnCl3.DBSO的晶体结构分析表明, 该晶体属正交晶系; 空间群P212121; a=1.062, b=1.427, c=1.635; Z=4。该化合物为含有分子内羰基配位和Lewis碱配位的具有畸变八面体构型的单分子有机锡化合物。研究了CH3OCOCH2CH2SnCl3.L和醇的酯交换反应, 提出了分子内Lewis酸催化的反应机理。     

（±）—Salvinolone的全合成研究

以２－（３，４－环己基类二氧－５－异丙基）苯基乙醇（２）和３－异丙氧基－５，５－二甲基－１，３－环己烯酮（４）为原料，利用羰基α－位的烷基化反应和分子内的Ｆｒｉｅｄｅｌ－Ｃａｒｆｔｓ反应为关键步骤，经９步反应，合成了多氧芳香型三环二萜类天然产物Ｓａｌｖｉｎｏｌｏｎｅ。     

二正丁基锡(Ⅳ)-邻菲咯啉-单核苷酸混配配合物的合成与表征

本文研究了二正丁基邻菲咯啉二氯锡(Ⅳ)(n-Bu)2SnCl2(phen)与单核苷酸(Nu)在近生理pH水溶液中的作用, 结果表明, 二正丁基邻菲咯啉二氯锡(Ⅳ)的一个顺氯原子被单核苷酸取代, 得到了(n-Bu)2Sn(phen)(Nu)Cl型混配新配合物,单核苷酸以磷酸根氧原子与锡(Ⅳ)键合, 并给出了其结构。     

一个实用的合成甾烯-3-羧酸Epristeride的方法

甾烯-3-溴化合物通过钯催化的一氧化碳插入反应被转化成为相应的甾烯-3-羧酸类化合物。从而为甾烯-3-羧酸Epristeride提供了一个实用的合成方法。     

西印度蔗螟聚集信息素次要组份合成方法的改进

2-甲基-4-庚醇和2-甲基-4-辛醇是西印度蔗螟(Metamasiushemipterus)聚集信息素的次要组份，本文以天然产物(S)-亮氨酸为原料合成出了2-甲基-4-庚醇及2-甲基-4-辛醇的所有对映异构体，其关键步骤是由(2S)-4-甲基-1,2-戊二醇合成出(2S)和(2R)-4-甲基-1,2-环氧戊烷两种重要中间体，目标产物光学纯度可达95%以上。     

W/O型乳胶粒子表面电性的近代测试技术

采取近代表面电学测试技术对乳胶粒子表面电性进行微观测量，取得了一系列反映胶粒表面双电层结构的特征参量，证明表面扩散双电层的存在。为完善W／O型乳胶体系的稳定性理论提供了一定实验依据。
