We present a comparison between intracavity cooling and external cavity cooling for optical refrigeration. The results show that the intracavity scheme is preferred at low optical densities (〈 0.008), while the external cavity scheme is preferred at higher optical densities (〉 0.01). We can choose the proper scheme for different eases in experiments. Moreover, under the same conditions, taking Yb^3+-doped ZBLAN (ZrF4-BaF2-LaF3-AlFa-NaF) film as an example, the cooling processes of the two scheme are obtained. The calculated results show that intracavity cooling will achieve a larger temperature drop for a thin film sample. Finally, the diode laser may become a candidate for the intraeavity model briefly discussed. 相似文献

Based on the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment, an analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind is suggested. Two methods are proposed -the time domain method and the frequency domain method of analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind. The curves of σ pw -v under various wind speeds are obtained through the computation. The original curve of σ p -v is expanded, which turns the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment into the all-weather theory. Train derailment condition has been established under wind action. The first and second criterions of train derailment have been proposed in light of wind action. The analysis of train derailment cases at home or abroad is made, in- cluding the first analysis of Xinjiang train derailment case encountered 13-level of gale, which explained the inevitability of train derailment. The analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind shows its validity and accuracy. The input energy σ pw of the transverse vibration of train-track(bridge)-wind system is linked to train speed. With the establishment of the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind, It is likely to initiate an all-weather speed limit map for a train or any high-speed train. 相似文献

Indium tin oxide (ITO) layers are prepared on polymethylmethacrylate and polyethylene terephthalate by rf- magnetron sputtering at room temperature. Their 3D-AFM images and visible transmittance spectra are contrastively characterized and studied. An interesting morphological effect of the polymer substrates on their top ITO layers is observed. Dominant direct and indirect transition types deduced from optical spectra are surprisingly found in ITO films on different polymers. Furthermore, qualitative band structures are figured, and some theoretical discussions about the correlation of optical band structure, interface/surface morphology and carrier density are also presented. 相似文献

针对高空红外场景模拟的需要,提出了模拟低温背景红外场景的新物理概念和半实物仿真实验装置.将锗单晶制作的初始透明的半导体屏放置于低温系统前端,通过控制其小于禁带宽度的局部辐射系数,在室温下(≥27℃)得到低温背景(≥-30℃)的红外场景.对液氮槽和半导体致冷器生成的冷背景的效果、辐射功率差随写入光功率的变化及低温背景和目标的温度对比度进行了实验测试.实验结果表明,液氮生成的冷背景可达-30℃,半导体致冷器为3℃;在一定范围内增大写入光的功率可以提高半导体屏的转换效率,写入光功率过高会造成辐射功率值的饱和;随着写入光功率的增加,温度对比度也大幅升高. 相似文献

Coloured conical emission (CCE) is investigated experimentally in a β-barium borate crystal excited by intense second harmonic femtosecond pulses. Contrary sequences of green and red conical emission with variable diameters are observed at different incidence angles, which is consistent with the calculation results based on the phase matching condition. As its broad range spectrum, CCE offers an alternative means to produce an ultrafast broadband light source. We fabricate pentacene-based organic field effect transistors (OFETs) with Cu as source and drain (S-D) electrodes. The fabricated devices stored for ten hours under ambient atmospheric conditions exhibit superior performance compared with the as-prepared devices. The field-effect mobility increases from 0. 012 to 0.03 cm^2 V^-1 s^-1, and the threshold voltage downshifts from -14 to -9 V. The on/off current ratios are close to the order of 10^4. The improved performance of the stored devices is attributed to the formation of thin Cu oxide at the Cu electrodes/organic interfaces. These results suggest a simple and available way to optimize device properties and to reduce fabrication cost for OFETs. 相似文献

Some properties of excitons in polar semiconductors are studied theoretically by means of squeezed state variational approach. This method makes it possible to consider bilinear terms of the phonon operators as well as linear terms arising from the Lee-Low-Pines (LLP)-like transformation.
