形态结构和光电特性对纳米TiO2光催化性能的影响

采用sol-gel法制备了系列纳米TiO2光催化剂,运用X射线衍射、BET比表面测定、紫外漫反射吸收光谱和表面光电压谱等手段对催化剂进行表征,并以乙烯作为光催化反应的指标反应分子,研究了TiO2纳米晶的性质对于光催化活性的影响.随着焙烧温度的升高,TiO2的晶粒逐渐增大,比表面积下降,晶相由锐钛矿向金红石转变,其吸收带边与光伏响应阈值向长波方向移动,氧化－还原能力降低,降解乙烯的转化率迅速下降.     

手性胶束中的有机反应(Ⅴ)——手性胶束中查耳酮的不对称环氧化

本文报道查耳酮用H₂O₂在手性表面活性剂N,N-二甲基-N-十二烷基麻黄素澳化铵(1a)及N,N-二甲基-N-十六烷基麻黄素溴化铵(1b)形成的手性胶柬水溶液中的不对称环氧化反应,得到相应的手性α,β-环氧酮,对映体过量为5～8%.     

Pt/Au双金属纳米粒子的制备及表征

Poly (N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)-protected Pt/Au bimetallic nanoparticles were obtained by reducing the mixture of HAuCl4 and H2PtCl6 with sodium borohydride. UV-vis spectra, transmission electronic microscopy and X-my diffraction reveal that the prepared bimetallic nanoparticles are of alloy structure.     

CuCl catalyst heterogenized on diamide immobilized SBA-15 for efficient oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethylcarbonate

CuCl has been successfully immobilized on a novel diamide modified SBA-15, and proven to be an efficient heterogenized catalyst for the oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethylcarbonate.     

分子信标荧光探针用于抑癌基因ING1表达产物的定量测定

根据抑癌基因ING1基因的序列设计并合成了检测ING1转录产物的分子信标核酸探针,发展了一种快速测量从正常细胞系和鼻咽癌肿瘤细胞系提取的ING1转录产物的方法,所得结果与用逆转录结合PCR法(RT-PCR)得到的结果相吻合.并且,将能表达ING1基因的质粒转入肿瘤细胞进行培养后,再将分子信标转入肿瘤细胞,发现转导了质粒的肿瘤细胞比未转导质粒的肿瘤细胞内的荧光明显增强,从而进一步证实了所设计的分子信标核酸探针与ING1转录产物的结合.     

一株红球菌脱硫菌株脱硫特性的研究

从炼油厂污水排放口取得的土样中筛选到一株能降解二苯并噻吩 (DBT)的菌株 ,用GC/MS方法 ,证明其降解DBT走硫专一脱除途径 ,即“4S途径” .该菌株被命名为SDUZAWQ ,用微生物生理生化实验及 16SrDNA序列分析初步鉴定为红球菌属 (Rhodococcussp .) .实验结果表明 ,红球菌SDUZAWQ可有效降解苯并噻吩 (BT)和DBT及其甲基衍生物 .在 2d内 ,BT与DBT可同时完全降解 ,0 .5mmol·L-1的BT在 1d内可降解掉 86% ,降解速度高于DBT的降解 .5 MBT的降解率也高于 4,6 DMDBT和 4 MDBT .4 MDBT较 4,6 DMDBT更难降解 ,在 2d内 ,红球菌SDUZAWQ可降解 62 %的 4,6 DMDBT ,而相同条件下 ,4 MDBT仅能被降解 3 6% .

高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中防腐剂的研究

采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中山梨酸、苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等6 种防腐剂,用Zorbax ODS柱(150×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),磷酸二氢钾∶乙腈=90∶10(V/V)为流动相,加入磷酸调pH值为2.0,检测波长254 nm。样品用乙醇水冰乙酸(70∶29.5∶0.5,V/V)提取,回收率为90.8%~105.7%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~8.5%。
