以镍为金属中心、 对二甲苯二磷酸为有机配体, 构筑了一种有机磷酸类Ni-MOF前驱体, 再经过一步碳化, 原位制备出多孔碳包覆Ni2P纳米颗粒的复合材料. 该复合材料保留了前驱体的片状形貌, 比表面积可达202 m2/g, 复合材料中的Ni2P纳米颗粒具有良好的结晶度, 颗粒均匀且无团聚现象. 在锂离子电池性能测试中, 该Ni2P/C复合结构在缓解材料体积膨胀的同时提高了材料的电子和离子电导率, 进而提高了材料的电化学性能. 在0.2 C的电流密度下, 材料首次充、 放电比容量分别为247和226 mA·h·g-1, 库仑效率可达91.7%, 循环200圈后, 库仑效率接近100%. 相似文献

A new method developed for the reliable determination of extracellular and intracellular H(2)O(2) is very useful for gaining a full understanding of the role that H(2)O(2) plays in pathology and physiology, and the relationship between H(2)O(2) and environmental stresses and lipid peroxidation. This work developed and validated an electrochemical approach for the determination of extracellular H(2)O(2) released from RAW 264.7 murine macrophage cells. This approach is based on the electrocatalytic reduction of the released H(2)O(2) at the biosensor of HRP-HAP/GC, which was fabricated by depositing the horseradish peroxidase-hydroxyapatite (HRP-HAP) nanohybrids on a glassy carbon (GC, 3 mm in diameter) electrode. The biosensor exhibited a rapid response (less than 2 s), a low detection limit (0.1±0.02 μM), a wide linear range (5 μM to 0.82 mM), as well as good stability and repeatability. In addition, the common interfering species, such as uric acid (UA), ascorbic acid (AA), glucose, and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), etc., did not cause any interference due to the use of a low operating potential (-400 mV, versus SCE). Therefore, this work has demonstrated a simple and effective sensing platform for the detection of extracellular H(2)O(2) released from cells such as RAW 264.7 cells, which has potential utility to bioelectroanalytical chemistry, cellular biology, and pathophysiology. 相似文献

A fast and direct competitive biomimetic enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (BELISA) method was developed for the determination of methimazole (MMZ) in urine sample based on a molecularly imprinted film as an artificial antibody. This is the first example to monitor methimazole with a direct competitive biomimetic enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (BELISA) method. The imprinted film was directly synthesized on the well surface of MaxiSorp polystyrene 96‐well plate and characterized. The results showed that it exhibited an antibody‐like binding ability, rapid adsorption speed, high stability, which was particularly advantageous and suitable for BELISA development. The BELISA method established in this paper had a higher selectivity for MMZ than for the structurally related compounds and the IC50 (calculated as the concentration giving 50% inhibition of color development) and the detection limit values under optimized experimental conditions were 70 ± 4 μg L‐1 and 0.9 ± 0.04 μg L‐1, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of MMZ in spiked urine sample with excellent recoveries ranging from 90% to 95%, and the imprinted film was able to be reused for 20 times without loss of sensitivity. One dione O atom from the opposite side of the ether bridge completes the irregular coordination environment of each AgI atom. The complex is on a centre of inversion located between the AgI atoms. 利用静电纺丝技术制备了明胶与聚乳酸的复合纤维膜, 研究了组分配比对复合膜的表面性能、孔隙结构和力学性能的影响, 并以复合膜为组织工程支架进行兔角膜上皮细胞的体外培养. 采用扫描电子显微镜、免疫荧光染色和噻唑蓝四氮唑溴化物(MTT)比色法综合评价了细胞在支架表面的黏附与增殖能力. 结果表明, 纺丝溶液的组分对纤维的直径分布和表面亲水性有显著影响, 不同组分配比的复合纤维膜均具有高孔隙率的通孔结构; 以明胶为基材可维持复合膜的细胞黏附性; 与聚乳酸复合可以明显提高复合膜的力学性能. 相似文献

A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method is presented for the quantification of C21 steroids in the roots and rhizomes of Cynanchum paniculatum. Eight C21 steroids, including five steroidal aglycones and three steroidal glycosides, were simultaneously analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The extracted ion current chromatograms were extracted from the total ion current chromatogram using characteristic ions produced by target compounds for peak determination. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 reversed-phase column within 60 min, using an acetonitrile/water gradient. For comparision, six C. paniculatum samples from different locations were investigated by the established method, and the results indicated that the different geographical origin significantly influenced the C21 steroid composition. The method was observed to have the necessary sensitivity, selectivity, precision, and accuracy, and to be suitable for quality control of herbal medicines and their preparations. 相似文献

In this study, we successfully studied water‐soluble extract from Radix isatidis. Optimized conditions of MAE were listed, the sample can be extracted completely in 10 minutes under microwave power of 400W and solid/liquid ratio of 1:80. Active compounds in water‐soluble extract from R. isatidis were identified with HPLC‐DAD/ESI‐MS, these compounds followed by cytidine, uridine, guanosine, (R,S)‐goitrin and adenosine. RODWs–HPLC as a new sensitive chromatography were also first proposed and investigated, we favoringly used this method for simultaneous determination of these active constitutents in water‐soluble R. isatidis extract. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (5 μm, 150 mm × 4.6 mm) with a mobile phase gradient consisting of methanol and water at a flow‐rate of 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelengths 240, 250, 260 and 270 nm, the retention times of the tested five compounds were about 4.2, 5.8, 11.1, 14.2 and 20.8 min respectively, the limits of detection were 15, 12, 20, 5.8 and 24 ng/mL for cytidine, uridine, guanosine, (R,S)‐goitrin and adenosine respectively, their linear ranges were between 0.045 and 350 μg/mL with correlation coefficient (R) of 0.9998‐0.9999. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of intra‐day and inter‐day assays were 0.30‐2.36% and 0.86‐2.54% respectively. Extraction recoveries were 94.25‐106.21%. This novel analytical method was shown to be simple, low‐cost, sensitive and reliable for multiple components in complex or undeveloped materials via MAE, ESI‐MS and RODWs‐HPLC. 相似文献

An amperometric cholesterol biosensor based on immobilization of cholesterol oxidase in a Prussian blue (PB)/polypyrrole (PPy) composite film on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode was fabricated. Hydrogen peroxide produced by the enzymatic reaction was catalytically reduced on the PB film electrode at 0 V with a sensitivity of 39 μA (mol/L)?1. Cholesterol in the concentration range of 10?5 ? 10?4 mol/L was determined with a detection limit of 6 × 10?7 mol/L by amperometric method. Normal coexisting compounds in the bio‐samples such as ascorbic acid and uric acid do not interfere with the determination. The excellent properties of the sensor in sensitivity and selectivity are attributed to the PB/PPy layer modified on the sensor. 相似文献
